Deberías probarlo si nunca lo has tenido antes. Me encanta el té de burbujas también.

I decided to order a bubble tea from here after seeing the long line, thinking it was a sign of a good product. It was! I ordered their specialty tea (Yi Fang Fruit Tea), which had chunks of fresh fruit and tapioca pearls. It was delicious. I did hear them say that they’d run out of green tea, so they were temporarily unable to make several of their drinks. However, they were in the process of brewing fresh green tea, so it wasn’t long before they had it available again. The service was a bit slow; all the employees moved in a somewhat slow, but graceful manner. Almost zen-like. I enjoyed my drink and would definitely come back.

There are so many 'bubble tea' shops available now that the novelty has long gone. However, Yi Fang offers a good range of personalisation of your drink including the amount of ice and sugar you prefer. We tried the iced passion fruit green tea with less sugar as it seemed the most popular - nice drink and good for after lunch on a hot day.

Chanced upon this place because of the queues winding out from the storefront. Authentic bubble tea places in London / Chinatown up till a few years ago was a rarity but now I can probably count at least 10 places in Chinatown alone so people are certainly spoilt for choice now. This place is one of a handful that do bubble tea with black / brown sugar, it tastes similar to normal sugar but I find it a bit more exotic. The weird thing is Yi Fang only offer black sugar bubble tea after 2pm whereas other places there are no time restrictions. However I did not ask as with 10 people behind you that have already waited 10 minutes its polite to order as quick as you can to not hold up the queue any more than necessary. Drinks wise the black sugar bubble tea is nice, a bit pricey but that's pretty much standard now, if you want to moan about the high price places charge for bubble tea its best not to get it. Yes there is a big mark up but just see it as an occasional treat. However one thing that annoyed me is that I ordered 2 drinks and because I had quite a bit of shopping with me that day I asked for a bag. Now I appreciate the ecological reasons not to use bags and certainly I recycle as much as I can already. But this place charged 15p. Yes 15p for a standard cheap plastic bag. For a reusable bag or decent looking bag I can understand but at that price for a cheap plastic bag, they are blatantly taking the mickey. So in summary, worth trying if you happen to be in Chinatown and the queue is not long but there are certainly better options around.

흑설탕 버블티가 맛있어요. 하지만 약 간 밍밍한 느낌이 있습니다. 제 친구가 후르츠티를 강추해서 다음엔 후르츠티를 시도해보려고요.

This place redefines chaotic and slow service. Way to many options and very hard to understand my server. Had the traditional melon and it tasted like stale Digestive biscuits. Binned it.

We were visiting the Old Spitafields Market and spotted Yi Fang. There was a long line but we decided to wait. Bubble tea was DELISH. Highly recommend if you are nearby!

Yi Fang is one of my favorite milk tea brands when I was in China. It’s amazing to be able to buy it in London!

I decided to give it a try after seeing the long queues outside a shop that is not much wider than a doorway. I see people taking pictures of the shop and it is always busy. The person that served me was friendly, he asked me to have less ice and less sweet (-50%). I went for the signature Yifang Fruit tea as this is apparently the best seller. It was pleasant. It had sliced oranges and apples in it. At £4.55, I didn't think it was that special. It was worth a try but I cannot see why it is so popular. At least I have now tried it to satisfied my curiosity. Hopefully, you may enjoy it more.

Despite the tea is lovely and authentic sadly the customer service does not quite meet the standard. In my last visit I ordered 3 teas and was given 2, when I escalated this I was told it was probably my fault for not communicating it clear, and rather than making a suggestion to take a quick order for me for the extra missing tea I was told to go back to the queue and queue again. Overall I feel that although the tea is nice but with its poor customer service I certainly wouldn’t be paying a visit again anytime soon.

Delicious tea in their newest opening area. We stumbled upon this stall and had delicious bubble tea! Prices were modest and affordable. It was constantly busy every time we walked past.

This is very authentic Taiwanese tea. There was a line when we visited. The store was very tiny and you can only have tea to go. The fruit tea and black sugar bubble tea are very good. It’s a bit pricey but worth it.

Sargeant's Mess is a British restaurant just in front of the Tower of London and adjacent to Tower Bridge. Created by celebrity chef Mark Sargeant, the restaurant serves unmemorable food in a fairly bland atmosphere buttressed by one of the most spectacular locations in London. The food concept behind Mess is to offer traditional British fare at a high quality. Frankly, it is just average. The food is the weakpoint of the restaurant. The concept just seems to have fallen away with for instance the only vegetarian dish in the main course even using the American name Mac N Cheese. It is ok but it is just macaroni cheese so there's a clear ceiling to how good it can be. A large part of the menu is burgers. Not exactly traditional British fare. The vegetarian burger was not bad because it had an avocado in it. Otherwise not the kind of a quality a specialist upmarket provider might generate. Dessert options are fairly limited though the Eton Mess is ok. Service was not that great unfortunately. The faux accent was jarring in its articulation. Chips as an accompaniment to a burger were served without question as to whether a condiment could be offered then an over the top response was generated to a question asking whether such a thing could be provided. Price is high considering the fare. The location does demand a price like that but the food does not. Sargeant just has failed to generate interesting eating. One real shame for a December lunch was that it turned out the Christmas menu was not on offer. It was a real disappointment and made the whole place feel like a let-down. The plus is absolutely the magnificent location. Nestling in the shadow of the Tower and next to Tower Bridge the views are incredible. Looking out at the Thames is beautiful here although the number of window seats is quite small. However, going outside while waiting for food for instance offers a terrific perspective on some of London's finest buildings. Admittedly it is perfectly possible just to walk along the Thames and get the same view. Sargeant's Mess is ultimately a disappointment. The food is flavourless and too simple. Nothing interesting about it at all. No creativity or flair. The price reflects the location and so is too much for the quality of the eating. Service is not great and it was such a shame to find the menus advertised on the website did not exist in reality. The plus is the magnificent location, one of the very best anywhere in London.
