Lovely and friendly staff, dog friendly. Outside sitting area for views of the local farms and scenery. Seems a warm and loving neighborhood area that surrounds the pub This place deserves to be busier

Very friendly personnel. Our order for 4 people was quickly served and was delicious. In fact, it was so good we had to try the desserts too. They were delicious as well. Certainly, we plan to visit again with Springer Spaniel Willow, who was also made welcome by the resident Collies.

A traditional rural village pub, with a quintessentially english atmos with a cosy wood burner in the bar, a darts board, and a smattering of locals. Great hosts, friendly and nice. The garden is incredible in the summer, a must see!

Best fish I've ever had but arrived 15 minutes after pizza I ordered at same time. Lovely hosts but would rather put glasses away over serving customers, which I found odd as was quite. Needs some work!

Recently having new owners it has been renovated including new seating outside with views of the Malvern Hills. Landlady and staff are very welcoming, food is very tasty and at a good price. Highly recommend you trying it for yourselves.

I have been to this pub a few times now with friends. You always receive a warm welcome from the owners. They have a great selection of drinks including at least two cask ales. They currently sell great pizzas but will be serving proper pub food within the next week or two. There is a lovely log burner for those cold evenings and outdoor seating if its hot outside. The pub is currently undergoing improvements by the owners to include a large beer garden at the front and rear. I will definitely be a regular at this great Village pub.

Newly reopened, revamped and a wonderful welcome by the new landlady !! What a great addition to the village of Colwall. Definitely should be supported by the locals and a warm welcome awaits those who are passing through for the day in the Malverns. Perfect for walkers to enjoy a pint and a great car park around the back. Loads of local Wye Valley beers and Westons Ciders and drinks were very well priced. A perfect local. I'm told there will be a decking area on the front soon that will take advantage of the sunshine. My first visit was excellent and I'm sure to return soon. I'll see you in there ! Cheers 🍻

Visited the Burger Shop Hereford today and was extremely impressed with the service and food. Jake was very friendly, looked after us well and made us feel very welcomed. One of the best burgers I have eaten for a long time. Will definitely be back .

Food was okay, bit expensive (for what it was) and quite a bit of confusion / delays. Staff were friendly and clearly trying their best, maybe just understaffed. I would say the dining area we were put in felt like more of a group party area (bright pink walls, seating, pop music, etc), rather than a nice pub ambience so it did ruin the atmosphere a bit for us.

Last month we visited Hereford for the first time as a day out for my birthday. We really liked it, especially the area around the cathedral where we had previously booked lunch at La' De Kitchen based upon online photos, menus & endless positive reviews, all of which are fully justified. The lunch was the highlight of the day and in itself would have been worth the 2 hour drive from Bath. Fabulous high vaulted ceilings in an interesting old building with views from our sun soaked table to the cathedral. The toilets were spotless which says a lot about any restaurant. Paulina's hospitality was friendly & attentive from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent and refreshingly there were more interesting options than my wife is used to as a vegetarian. Calamari starter followed by the lamb casserole was a good choice for me, but don't miss the baklava with the world famous pistachios from Antep (Turkey), a mouth watering experience. We look forward to visiting again as from what we saw there is no other restaurant to touch this one in the whole city.
