Went for a family meal. Visited at 13.00. So disappointed in the experience we had! A few items not in stock although no notice to tell us this. The barmaid failed to tell us certain drinks were not in the offer. Service and quality of food was dire. My dad's fried eggs were dry and his sausages were tough. A staff member did offer to provide fresh eggs. No toppings appeared for myself and my wife's maccaroni cheese. Beer battered onion rings beyong well done. Beer battered flavour chips. An awful looking lasagna. Icing on the cake was my neice receiving her meal over 20 minutes after the rest of us. Refunded for food that did not appear as ordered, but this experience was unacceptable. There was not exactly a rush on today so being busy cannot be blamed. A sign at Yates asks customers to share reviews. I shared s picture of my dad's fry up to contrast the image on their Facebook page. Hilariously Yates blocked me, therefore they must only like reviews that are positive. Go to Cricketers instead. Can't go wrong there. Won't be returning to Yates again.

Came here for drinks with friends and served by Lita and Arron, from which we received lovely service. Very quick and great servers.

Been in to yates on a couple occasions now and I must say the staff are very welcoming and there service is second two none the 2 ladies I believe I herd there names right anais how ever you spell it and kirsty were great hosts and very accommodating and helpful so I will definitely be back

Came in today with my Girlfriend to what was a very busy pub. The two ladies at the bar were very helpful and apologetic for the wait on food which we appreciated. Our food took 30 minutes which is expected at a busy time. Will definitely visit again!

This is a classic "Where do I start?" review. 30min wait for cold scrambled egg on toast. The sausage went missing during the reheating attempt. Sadly the lost sausage was the best thing about the breakfast. The chicken burger that was part of the order was a solid C-. All in all just a very sad attempt at feeding paying customers. The machine made decent coffee though so it's not all bad.
