Caffe Nero in Ipswich

Great staff and lovely pastries apricot and custard also muffins, yummy. Café pet friendly and that's also a bonus.

By allowing well behaved dogs in it is a bonus to us dog lovers. Coffee and pastries although somewhat priced on the high side are normally very good especially the apricot pastry when it comes out of the oven.

Great customer service from whole team, and great coffee, my nieces really enjoyed the visit and although food choice limited, They enjoyed what they had. Thank you

I find it very annoying to be asked wether I want cream in a frapp milkshake when I assume it would come as part of the £3.55 price tag. As this obviously is an extra charge and I have to tell my 10 year old boy it’s a no which is embarrassing all round. I do not like hidden charges but it appears cafe Nero doesn’t like their customers.

My family and I visit Caffe Nero as often as we can. The hot chocolate is the best I have ever tasted and the Chai Latte is also delicious. The food is very tasty and the staff are always very friendly.

We gave this a try, instead of our normal rival better brand, but was unimpressed by the quality and taste of the coffee. The seating right near the window looks really worn from the outside, is worse on the inside. We won't be choosing this place again

Would like to say how friendly and helpfully the two ladies working were,they were very busy but delt with customers fast and efficient.

nice coffee, friendly staff. Never wait for my coffee more a than 5 min. If you're smoker they have a few tables outside coffee shop. Perfect

Went here on Saturday for a hot chocolate and a muffin. I had a raspberry and almond muffin which was nice. The hot chocolate , I ordered a small which was very small especially once the froth was taken off but it was nice. The lady who served me was polite. There were plenty of places to sit however the tables did contain empty cups and saucers which were not cleared whilst I was there. I’d visit again!

Not as busy as it used to be but on the positive side the queues for coffee and cakes have reduced. The staff are very friendly and there are several sofas to choose which is a plus for me. Upstairs is quieter than downstairs but the walk up the steep stairs means probably spilling the coffee but it's worth it for the tranquillity. A great selection of pastries , cakes , sandwiches and paninis and the coffee has more flavour than the rival chains . They also have newspapers available and also sell them . In the heart of the town centre if you need a quick coffee this is the place to be.

Pick up a warm pastry just when they come out of the oven but the secret is to get there early. Also good coffee.
