Tried channa chart, gol gappas and samosa chart from here. Channa chart and somosa chart was really nice. I dont like the golgapas.

Just took the takeaway, Ordered few portions of HALWA PURI and sweet LASI, Came home it's pity that its the waste of food , money and time. PURI is like ready made parathas you buy from tescos, potato bhujiya is like all water with salt. asked for sweet lasi instead got heavily salted , you take a sip and straight away throw up. This place has definitely changed hands or chef. AVOID or waste your money and taste . your choice.

I have been to different restaurants in Ilford and Goodmayes but always appreciate the food quality even the quantity is sometimes less. Buying this little quantity for £3 was such a disappointment for me. And this thing was not that bad for me when another customer came and she got the large portion in same amount just because the girl serving the food was well known to that lady as i have observed. Also I usually go there to buy food as the station is near, staff is most of the time busy in their gossips about their ex staff members. Sorry to mention such a harsh comment but i am really annoyed by the behaviour.

Samosa chaat was horrible - in the past it had tamarind and a sweet flavour. In this order all I could taste was uncooked curry powder which was overpowering. I won’t be ordering again.

I wish I didn't have to leave this review but this place is quite shocking! My usual food place wasn't open because of Ramadan so the rest of us have to find other places to eat. I have been here before but it is not my go to place! The service was fine. I ordered 4 lamb kebab rolls to take away and everything was packaged as I requested. However, £22 for 4 kebab rolls is so expensive. I was also not given my change! When I got home I opened the tin container with the kebabs in and there were only 4! Kebab rolls always come with 2 kebabs per roll. Disgusted with how much I paid for such a simple meal and the fact I didn't get my change means I paid actually paid more for less! They also gave barbeque sauce and mayonnaise! It is meant to come with yoghurt and chilli sauce. No wonder it was empty! If you look at the photo I had to add my own yoghurt and siracha. You can just about see under the salad is actually the one kebab for my roll I had cut up 😂😭. Anglo-indian woman alone. I point that out as I never received this service here before when I come with my father...

whenever I order for dahi bhallas I always get chana chaat delivered. if you don't have it with you why is it still there on the menu. 3rd time I ordered this and it has happened again

Nice place for some delicious Asian/Pakistani food. Service was really good.

Me and the boys were visiting ilford needed breakfast/Lunch. I then seen this Yaadgaar restaurant that seems to be nice and clean. We Ordered two sets of Halwa Puri, 2 x Paratha, Aloo partha , Lassi jug, Desi tea, English tea. As a food critic I was impressed with the food quality the taste and the services. I Highly recommend to try this place indoor to have that 100% satisfying experience. The service from staff was 10/10.

I came all the way from Hainault to Buy Jelabi, there was a guy after me. They were talking and the guy was ignoring me. I waited for 10 minutes and a customer came behind me and he talk to him in Urdo or Hindi. Then he starts serving him and he gave him all the jelabi, then he told me how can I help you, I told him, he came just now and I was here why did you serve him, he started lying 🤥 and talking like ladies. Then I told him make a new Jelabi, he seems very panicking and he told me yes. Then he was trying to turn on the cooker and cooker dont want to turn on because he was panicking. Then he told me there is no Jelabi. Even his hand were dirty and there was a hair on the clingfilm above the white food on the container. Don't know the name, it is milky 👀 What an idiot person to allow him to run a small business. Zero star, zero service.

I ordered lamb chilli but it was literally all bones with very little amount of meat .The curry was just sweet and sour with lots of sugar in it .

Horrible food. I rang before I ordered the food and asked about how spicy is the food and they told me it's mild. So I made the order of 3 biryani. I must say, I wasted my money. Very spicy, my daughter f couldn't even eat it. We got only 2 pieces of chicken in the biryani in the chickenbiryani, and 2 pieces of lamb, in the lean biryani. I will not order again. Food is not nice and isn't fresh.

I normally order from them all the time and this tym i ordered jalebi and it wasnt properly packed n so so chilled as its cooked before .I am so disappointed with their packing it wasnt packed properly and all the jalebia were coming out of packet

I travelled from Mitcham to have breakfast here as I heard it was nice and OMG its absolutely amazing. I had halwa puri chana alloo and nihari kulcha & tawa paratha with desi tea. Honestly every single thing was scrumptious and it was perfectly cooked. Service was amazing overall but especially by deep & navjeet. I would highly recommend it if u are in for a desi breakfast treat.

Firstly I am going start of by saying I have had positive experiences both dining indoors and takeaway. I am a person that always tries to give the benefit of doubt, I ordered a large curry as you can see from the pic clearly is bog standard size and for this I was charged £20! I called the restaurant to my absolute shock they were standing by and justifying it. I leave the review in absolute disappointment and for future folks beware give your money to an honest establishment.

This restaurant is very unhygienic too .We found some unhealthy stuff in food . some kind of iron and metal pieces into our food. Their staff is very unprofessional. Especially the lady on the counter is so rude . They give small portions of food and quantity is inaccurate as they charge. They ignore you if you try to give any remarks. Their food is not worth according to the amount of money they charge.

I organised a brunch and asked Yaadgaar Restaurant to do catering for me. Consultation was thorough, they knew how many portions would be sufficient. On the day the food was ready on time, packed securely so I could bring it home safely. All my guests were amazed by the authentic Lahori Taste of the food. Best Lahori food in East London. If you are looking for authentic Pakistani taste this is the place to go. All the staff is very polite, friendly, helpful and understanding. The restaurant itself has a nice relaxed friendly vibe. A place for all the family to relax and enjoy delicious food.

The best NIHARI i have ever tasted. Haleem and Halwa puri are also star dishes. Big shout to Shahid and Deep for their fabulous service. Highly recommend for families who want to experience the real desi breakfast.

Halwa puri was good, tasted better than some of the other places. The only criticism is that jug of lassi was awful. It was just sweet milk with no yoghurt in it so It didn’t taste like lassi at all. That’s why I’m giving only four stars!! Ordered Halwa Puri again this morning and was massively disappointed. It’s like they completely forgot to put salt. Perhaps the good old days of halwa puri are gone!!

Every dish that I tried was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic desi dining experience. The service was top-notch and the food was simply outstanding. I can't wait to go back!

I wasn’t impressed at all with the yaadgaar. The menu for breakfast is only for the weekend. People get hungry during the week too. Not much options for breakfast and sold me am out of date canned drink. I would not go to this place again

Poor food quality,was overcharged for lamb garlic I paid £19.49 for a full kg portion, they sent half portions, the lamb buryani had pieces of bones only no clean meat,I was not refunded by justeat on complaint,with photographs seems like restaurant just lied about my order,I will never order from this place again.

The service of this place is the worst ever. I paid in advance for my parcel. Unfortunately, I waited 3 hours++ for my parcel and finally cancelled it. I have never even been to such lame restaurants in London. The management food and staff quality is so bad. Strongly suggested to avoid.

First time I came here, it has good seating to come with friends and family Good environment and a lot of options on the menu. I order lamb biryani it was good they gave salad on the side which is a good add up Taste wise it was not the greatest, but it is a good option at lunch time. Value of money and portion was good to fill you up.

They gave me somebody else’s order. Someone who eats meat. I don’t eat meat. They didn’t bother calling me back! I will not be ordering from here again!

Very tasty Pakistani food , their chicken and lamb karahi was very good. Take away service is fantastic. I had a lot guest at home last week and did take away from them , all my guest loved the food and asked me where I got it from. Definitely recommend.

I have visited today came in at 30 mins ago and place the order waiting for a very long. There are not processing orders in timely manner!!! Taste is ok but they waste a lot of time!
