We chose Curry Club to cater our son’s wedding on August 18th, 2024, in Cheshire, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Curry Club, based in Ilford, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Gurdeep, one of the owners, personally accompanied me months before the wedding to inspect the venue’s kitchen facilities. He meticulously communicated with the venue, detailing every requirement from cutlery to tablecloths—his attention to detail was truly impressive. On the wedding day, Gurdeep arrived at the venue promptly, as planned. He stayed for the entire event, expertly guiding and instructing his team throughout the day. Both he and his staff were professional, punctual, and well-versed in managing our guests, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The table settings were beautifully arranged, and the staff were always attentive and courteous. Most importantly, the food provided by Curry Club was exceptional. We received countless compliments from our friends and family, who thoroughly enjoyed each course. I wholeheartedly recommend Curry Club to anyone planning a wedding or party. My daughter and son in law used The Curry Club London for their wedding reception on 25/8/24. Prior to this they were offered Food tasting and both of them were very happy with this, hence making the decision to go with Curry Club. During the event, all our families and friends were happy with the food and Curry Club provided a great service. We recommend Curry Club for any events and know that people won't be disappointed, as Curry Club offers a high standard quality food.

The interior is very nice and there is a wall that is Instagram worthy for pictures. We went on a Friday at 8pm and it was dead. The music was good though playing the latest Punjabi music. We ordered starts and alcoholic drinks. The stand out was the Jeera chicken, the prawns was drenched in sauce and so was not nice. We then ordered butter chicken and lamb and daal. The stand out was the butter chicken with a lovely hint of spice.

Fantastic service and food. Asked for dishes to be spicy/thicker and they did it great. Waiter was a lovely and attentive chap.

Amazing hospitality and experience, every last Thursday of the month there is a live music.

Will definitely be ordering again. Lovely food and even packaged so well, none of the usual spills when you order a curry

Great food and made on time. Really loved the garlic chilli tofu!! Unfortunately, the website says you are open to dine in. We had to collect our food from the cod club. Please do make it clear on the website what the dining times are , as we travelled all the way to sample the vegan food - which was delicious. We would have loved to dine in the restaurant though. More people will come if you’re clear about opening times :) we will definitely be ordering takeaway again

The most amazing service! We booked The Curry Club to cater for our reception in April 2024. The whole team were fantastic. They truly listen to what your expectations are as a client and go above and beyond this! The attention to detail made our reception the most spectacular evening ever. Gurdeep and Raj, together worked with us for over a year and despite last minute changes on our side, did not fail to action them. They also catered for children which was really important to us, allowing every guest to enjoy themselves! Not to mention the adult food was impeccable. 10/10 dishes! If you are in need of a caterer for any event, big or small…The Curry Club should be at the top of your catering list! Absolutely fantastic food and service. Each and every dish was full of flavour. A couple of must have dishes are the cauliflower starter, the butter chicken and the garlic naan. Do yourself a favour and give this place a try

Well Raj & Gurdeep, What can I say? Your catering for my son & daughter in law’s Wedding reception at Shendish Manor last week was outstanding. We’ve had so many comments from our guests about how great the food tasted and the excellent service by your staff. Your flexibility in helping sort out the meat, vegetarian and separate vegan options and sorting out the logistics in serving these was exceptional. We’re so happy that we chose you as our caterers. We have been here 4 times now and everything we have eaten has been delicious. The chef is prepared to alter the spicing to fit in with our requirements as I like my food very spicy and my daughter not so much! Stand out dishes so far are the beetroot tiki starter and the meat/chicken saag. The service is so friendly, the portion size is good and the prices very reasonable indeed. I will definitely be back for more

The vegan dishes are delicious! The staff are so welcoming and very friendly. Also very accommodating on slight changes to the standard menu.

We've dined at the curry club numerous times and have loved the food and service. So we got curry club to cater for a birthday party we had at home recently. The food was all ready exactly when they said and the whole process was seamless. All the guests loved the food and we'll definitely be using them for future events that need catering. p.s the kale chaat is incredible!

We hired The Curry Club London for our home catering for my wedding week and all I can say is FANTASTIC! The communication between myself, Gurdeep and Raj was always good, they were professional while also adding the personal touch. The service was amazing on the days we had catering dropped off and the day where we had them live cooking! The most important factor of why we approached The Curry Club London was due to the food, it did not disappoint and all the guests still talk about how lovely the food was! The food was fresh, always hot and such good quality. It always tasted amazing! I would definitely recommend these guys for anyone looking to cater their special events and I cannot wait to visit London again to eat at their restaurant. The Curry Club London catered our wedding for lunch and the evening reception. Gurdeep, Raj and their team did a fantastic job and created amazing food and drinks. We had many compliments from our family and friends saying it's one of the best food they've had for a wedding. The quality of the food was unique and expertly made. The Beetroot Tikki and Honey Cauliflower was one of the best and so unique for a wedding event! During the evening, the Dhamaka Prawns was a hit with all our guests! The cocktails were incredible and the bartenders served really well and were on top of everything. The communication leading up to the day was really good and they worked well with our vendors during the day to make the evening run smoothly. We would definitely recommend them and out of all the weddings we have attended in the UK, the Curry Club London is best we have experienced.

I used Curry Club Events department to provide the catering at my event and we were beyond satisfied with the food and service they provided. The Curry Club supplied the food, dishes, plates/cutlery, table linen, food heating trays and waiters for my event. The whole process was smooth and 2 days before the event they recommended a change on a certain dish to make it more appealing for my vegetarian guests which I thought was very thoughtful of them. The waiters were fantastic, they were so kind, helpful and interacted well with the guests. They went over and beyond what I would have expected from them during the event and were happy to help out in different departments where it was needed. Highly recommend Curry Club for any events but also the restaurant is great too- my family and I regularly visit

I have been wanting to try this place for awhile, especially it being local to me. I went yesterday with my family, we ordered quite a bit in food total came up to £130 including service charge. I must say I was very disappointed and completely put off from going back. I ordered a lamb Karahi for myself , after having a 2/3 bites i saw a piece of hair, I called the waitress I showed her the hair that was in the curry , she removed the dish and got me another one, it made me feel sick, I had very bad stomach problems that night. I did not enjoy at all. Such a shame Thank you for you response to the comment I left a month ago. Our experience at the Curry club was not a pleasant one and this was compounded, notably so, by the fact that you did not ‘apologise for the unpleasant experience’. You may indeed take your food and hygiene seriously, but however this was not evident on the day. Neither was the mere civility expected of adequate customer services. Being defensive and not offering an apology, simply removing the dish and replacing it without a word uttered when customer points out a hair in their food doesn’t equate to a very good experience overall, which is what we expect to experience when we pay £130 for a meal on our high street. The tip was not a reflection on the service received, I leave a tip whenever I go out with my family. And after having spent £130 in your restaurant I find it very reasonable irrespective of the quality of food provided to take the leftovers home. I may not have been able to eat it but someone in my household with a stronger stomach than me would. Waste not want not! Defensiveness rather an acknowledgement of fault has negatively influenced my view of your restaurant and not in any way reinforced the token welcom back that you added at the end of your comment.

Possibly the best Indian food I’ve eaten in a long time. Each dish was fresh and full of flavour and the service was top notch. Highly recommend if in and around the area.

Amazing evening, amazing food and amazing venue!!

Curry club has got to be one of the best indian restaurants in East London. I have ate in the restaurant a number of times and had no doubt about using them for my recent wedding. Gurdeep was in contact from start to end and ensured everything was taken care of and ran smoothly on the day. We went will all veg on the wedding and reception and people kept on saying how good the food was. We even had non veg eaters who said they never knew that veg food could taste so good. Highly recommended and will be dinning in again very soon.

Second time I've ordered from them. It's not the cheapest, but it is of a high quality, and that is what I'm looking for.

The Curry Club recently catered for our wedding. They were excellent and all highly professional with excellent communication throughout. An excellent 👌 place for fish and chips, masala fish, curries and much more. Friendly, attentive and non intrusive staff, clean see through glass wall kitchens, reasonable prices and large portions.

A good Indian restaurant, tasty dishes. Small place, but that's what makes it a good place for a gathering, and better environment. Overall a great choice if you fancy indian.

Absolutely amazing and truly authentic tasting flavours. A great selection of vegan and non-veg dishes on the menu. I was surprised that my favourite dishes ended up being one containing tofu and cauliflower when in actual fact I am not usually a fan of either but wow! Recently the décor has been updated which has given the restaurant an even greater luxurious feel. The sequin wall and florals are breathtaking and definitely worth a selfie moment. Staff are friendly and the service is immaculate. One of my favourite places to dine.

Mirchi paneer was a bit mild/sweet, kale chaat was nice, bit more kale to make it perfect! Paneer tikka masala good. Very friendly service, welcoming and attentive. Would visit again and recommend if your in Barkingside.

We had a dinner for a birthday here and the staff are so lovely and accommodating! It was really nice, and the food was great with big portions. The vegan options are also really good!! They also go above and beyond here so I would really recommend.

Food here was very good quality and had some great vegan options. The garlic sesame tofu and honey chili cauliflower starters are fantastic. Have been here multiple times with large groups and service has always been very good. This is definitely my new favourite local Indian!

Amazing curry flavours - very tasty. Would suggest the menu has some detail on each dish which would help to choose in future. The lamb Karahi was delicious!

I ordered for delivery from both The Curry Club and Cod Club and the food was superb. Perfectly tasty, well packed and delivered with care. I highly recommend these places for food, I'm looking forward to eating at the restaurant next time. The masala cod in particular stood out.

I used the Curry Club at my wedding on the 24 October, they were brilliant, took their time kept in touch with us and delivered the food on time and everyone loved the food, i highly recommend The Curry Club for weddings, parties or even dining in and they were worth the money we paid. Pricey! The restaurant has a canteen like feeling which does not work. The starters were ridiculously spicy so our children couldn't enjoy what they ordered. 3 little samosas for £5.95 was steep. We asked the waiter before ordering and he said they were full size! After telling the waiter about the chilli, the mains arrived mild which was an improvement. The waiter should really ask us first especially with children present. It would have been nice if they offered a replacement for the children's starters as they missed out which wasn't nice!

Visited this restaurant last night having visited a few months before I gave it 5 stars and thought it couldn't get any better, however it has! Great food great service ..ordered gol guppa ,chicken lollipop, Jeera chicken and paneer for starters all tasted great . Ordered garlic naan , lacha paratha , sadhi roti ,lamb rogan josh,punjabi chicken, veg kofta all tasted fresh and came quickly. Gurdeep who owns the place came over to see how things were going during the meal. Gurdeep explained how they cater for wedding and big events and thought let's open a restaurant which is a great idea. Thoroughly recommend the place and will be going back again soon. Its a family friendly place.On leaving a large group of ladies entered, which tells you it's a comfortable place to be.

I got married on 28t August 2022 - The curry club did catering for my mendhi day and wedding reception - for around 350 to 400 people. From the beginning of when I got in contact with Raj I was given nothing but helpful service - he gave me a good price worked around what I and my family wanted. I was not let down at all with the food - staff were amazing so polite - I would use the curry club each time - It was very stressful on the wedding day.. I had a million things going through my head - with some much pressure and being nerves ...you just dont need added stress...I got all my worries taken care off... weeks down the line my family and friends praise me for the food ....everyone was extremely happy - a week after my wedding a cousin had a wedding with another catering company and it just went awful...so be wise picking the perfect catering company - Raj was amazing - we came picked things up for me as I was so so busy - he worked around me - I am so grateful to The curry club and the staff - also the timings were perfect - manager was given on the day... they helped with cake . ...cocktails were lovely....my left over alcohol was given back to me.... food was amazing...im just so happy...I couldnt fault any where...

Thank you for accommodating us yesterday! There was 13 of us including kids. The food was exceptional and so was the service! We ordered a variety of food from starters to mains! There was not one dish that I would not recommend! All the food come out in prompt timing and fresh! Highly recommend checking this place out!

An amazing experience which everyone is still talking about. The Curry Club catered for my 50th birthday party for over 100 guests. I had the most professional service from the booking of the tasting to the night itself. The Curry Club were very accommodating and helpful given this was the first large event I have ever organised. Raj and Gurdeep absolutely exceeded my expectations. The night started with the team, looking great and polished, serving canapés and drinks. The canapés went down a treat and the drinks looked colourful and welcoming. The starters and main courses were also very well received! In particular, the honey chilli cauliflower went down a storm. The menu is so innovative - beetroot tikki anyone?! The food was served on time and was piping hot. Everything tasted delicious and as mentioned, 5 days on and my guests are still raving about it 😊 I should say, I booked The Curry Club purely based on recommendations. Upon booking them in for my party, I took a friend to the restaurant for dinner. Following the taster, I needed to try the menu!! The restaurant is fantastic. Really good vibe, fantastic food and really great staff. Cannot recommend highly enough. And I’m somewhat picky…! The day after the party, I received a complimentary short video from The Curry Club highlighting the night. A really lovely surprise! Keep up the great work guys and see you soon!

Had a wonderful experience! Loved the dum chicken biryani and the chilli chicken in particular. The staff were very polite! Overall had an amazing experience! Fully recommended if you are craving Indian food.

One of the good Indian cuisine restaurant in Redbridge. Staff was polite and very helpful. The ambience was nice and clean. We ordered variety of appetizers and vegetarian curry dishes , Naans and Biryani, it all tasted good , definitely indian cuisine flavor . It's not one of those restaurants who say Indian cuisine but taste like Bangladeshi cuisine .Though the dishes quantity is small but it's can be attributed to rising price and cost. I would definitely recommend anyone to consider it if you are looking for good Indian flavor dishes, definitely worth dining in.

The best Punjabi food in the area by a mile...the new kids on the block with quality food @ very reasonable prices. The restaurant is smallish so a reservation at busy times is a must.

Excellent food and service! Went for a meal with a group of friends and was pleasantly surprised with the vegan options available. They've been innovative, substituting paneer for tofu and finding alternative ingredients to cater for everyone! The dector is very glam and has a friendly, vibrant atmosphere. If you're tired of generic Indian restaurants, definitely check out The Curry Club - you won't be disappointed!
