Best customer service and yummy food! The staff always look after us!

Could not have been more impressed stumbling upon Jaipur of Chigwell. For dine in, the service was impeccable, the staff couldn’t do more to look after me. The food is very good. I can not recommend the byriani more. I’d argue it’s the best thing on the menu. I also tried the chicken bhuna, which was lovely, flavoursome and delicate- I’d have no problem ordering that for someone who isn’t so keen on a ‘hot curry’. The lamb byriani blew me away, really really good. Very helpful with gluten free and even did a gluten free roti!! They also have a great selection of Indian beers.

Naan was dry. Both meat samosas and prawn puree padded out with potatoes

Unfortunately the food was cold on arrival. Flavours were good though. But naan was very dry and not fluffy

This is the first time being at Jaipur of chigwell and it was exceptional. The staff is very friendly and caters to your every need. The family feel as soon as you step in feels like home and the food tops it off . Definitely a must come and will be upcoming regulars😊.

This restaurant is a true gem and one that everyone should visit to experience the 5 star service from the wonderful staff and savour the really tasty dishes they bring out! The food is delicious and they have a large selection to suit all tastebuds including an array of delicious vegetarian and meat dishes. The lamb shanks are the best we have tasted! Even the naan bread they brought out was nothing short of mouth-watering, freshly baked in their special ovens. Everything was beautifully cooked and tasted great! I have to say the staff are superb and catered to all our needs and went above and beyond. At the end we told them we were celebrating a couple of family birthdays and they told us to sit back down. Lol! They organised a birthday song and brought out some complimentary celebration drinks and desserts. Super sweet staff! Will be visiting again and placing some orders for collection. :)

An amazing restaurant in a good location. Firstly the staff were superb and made the experience lovely. The owner was very kind and made sure everything was okay. He is also very nice to his staff and thats another reason why everything is good at Jaipur Of Chigwell. The food was delicious, my favourite was the butter chicken 10/10. I would highly recommend you bring your families for dinner.

The front of house at Jaipur Chigwell were so lovely and hospitable. We had the tandoori chops, butter chicken, lamb korai, tikka masala and garlic naan. It was all super fresh, delicious and authentic. I highly recommend you make a visit as I hope to be coming back soon myself.

Food was tasty but a bit oily. The portion size were very generous and they always give free poppadoms. The delivery person was polite and courteous. As an Indian person, will certainly recommend this place.

We had a late booking of 7 people. Excellent service. One of the dishes wasn’t exactly what we ordered and they sorted it out free of charge, without fuss. A couple of complimentary drinks. Fabulous.

Starting off with the inside of the place, gold cutlery with cloth handkerchiefs already make you feel welcomed. Service was incredible, waiters honestly treat you with care and kindness. Was personally greeted by the owner where he shared his recommendations and it did not disappoint one bit. He recommend the pashwarani naan with a lamb curry and a side of chicken biryani. The sweetness from the naan with the opposing savoury curry tastes incredible, words honestly cant describe it. Would 100% come back. Thank you Jaipur Of Chigwell.

Seamless customer service, quick food for a take-away or a brilliant time for a dine-in, either way its a win-win! The prices are very reasonable and the quality and taste of the food is remarkable. We recently dined at Jaipur of Chigwell and was thoroughly impressed by both the amazing food and the incredible service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who went above and beyond to make sure my experience was exceptional. The menu offered a diverse selection of dishes, each sounding more enticing than the last. They were very accommodating with changes to the menu and made dishes spicy when requested. Everything was perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. The flavours were rich and well-balanced, and the ingredients were clearly of the highest quality. But what truly set this experience apart was the service. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and quick to accommodate any requests we had. They anticipated our needs and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the meal. We haven’t felt this one to one service in such a long time. Overall, Jaipur of Chigwell provided an unforgettable evening of exceptional cuisine and top-notch service. I highly recommend it to anyone. We had the most delicious dinner tonight.The king prawn Shashlik was one of the best and the sweet corn and bindi bhaji were great.Its our local Indian and I would recommend it

It’s hard to find a restaurant that consistently hits the mark of excellence in their quality of food and overall service even during peak times. We have been more times than we would like to admit since finding this restaurant a little over 2 months ago and are always made to feel so welcome by Choudary and the team! We highly recommend!

A really lovely restaurant. Excellent food and so reasonably priced. The menu has a few different choices out of the norm and they are so worth trying. Staff are lovely and the restaurant has a real modern feel to it too. It’s like a local better class Indian that won’t break the bank!

First time we have ordered, will definitely use again. Very tasty, and delicious. Although it was late they phoned and apologised for it being late, and gave some complimentary items. Lovely.

I had a meal here last night with my young daughter. The owner and the staff were so amazing. Extremely friendly and very easy to have a conversation with. They make sure you are having a good time and you can tell that they love what they do. They even made my daughter feel welcome which was nice. The food was great too. I had a chicken tikka masala, garlic naan bread and pilau rice - some poppadoms to start with too! I'll definitely come back and bring some friends and family along too. If you're looking for a nice, calm and friendly atmosphere with an owner and staff who are very attentive, I'd give it a go :) Thanks again guys

Really lovely fresh Indian food. Their coconut naan bread was the best I have ever had! You can tell it’s freshly made! I really like going to an Indian restaurant where they play indian music too. The staff are so good with children which made it nice for us eating out as a family. We will be back :-)

Don't bother with delivery. Said it would take 45mins and quickly extended to 1hr30. Supposed to get free vegetarian side - didn't arrive. Naan tiny. Curries average. Food cold on arrival.

Very nice place, with lovely decor. Staff were very attentive. It was a full house when we walked in, on a Sunday evening speaks volumes about this place. Food was very good, with a lot of flavour. Service was five star! Will definitely be back again, and very highly recommend Jaipur of Chigwell.

Usually, I get a takeaway. The food is very good, if you want to eat in you will need to book in advance as only about 12 tables.

Disappointing chicken was dry, popadoms stale ... mint sauce tasted like plain yoghurt, overall very bland and not many flavours at all won't be ordering again

I’ve been coming to Jaipur for more than 10 years and I keep coming back despite moving away from Woodford because of how amazing the food and service are. The waiters are really lovely and compliments to the chef. This is my favourite Indian in London. Credit to the whole team for such an outstanding restaurant!

Some of the best Indian food I’ve had round here and honestly they care so much about the food and the service and if you order enough to feed the whole table.

Ordered takeaway. We were told it would arrive by 19.01 in an email from the restaurant. When it wasn’t there at 19.30 we phoned them. “It’s left the shop , should be with you soon”. Called again at 19.45. “We have no record of your order.You should not use the online ordering facility”. Unbelievable . The worse thing was no apology or sign of contrition. Safe to say we won’t be using them again.

Jaipur of Chigwell really is a pillar of the community. When my nan moved in to the area back in 2006 it wasn't long after that they opened up and started serving their wonderful food, and it became a regular spot for us. My nan lives just down the road and Kamrul and the team have been wonderful all these years at dropping in and saying hello, often with food to boot. I will always be so grateful for that not to mention the service in the restaurant and takeaway is amazing, and the paneer tikka is to die for... thanks to the team as ever and looking forward to seeing you again soon.

hi i thought this resturant had changed i ordered 3 times this week first two wor great but 3rd one tonight was not so great . food was cold definalty the chips wor barely eatleble also was late nearly 30 mins and was no apology i then tried calling resturant then no answer for near ten mins or they cut call before i can say anything and i am not to pleased shame has i thought this was back at its great service but tonight has deffo put me off again ordering from here i mite give one more try and hope this was a one off . Here Hoping .
