I order here regular and tonight a couple of minor items missing. Called the shop and was sent a full order again, free of charge. Fantastic customer service from Xotica I didnt ask for anything, they insisted I accept a full order. Thanks Guys

this place is great had the ultimate meat box which was amazing the staff where so friendly and helpful food delicious can't say any more apart from i will be back

Had many curries but this time was awful the rice was stodgy and smelled off food went in the bin total waste of money

Stumbled across this place by chance as we saw some cops queuing up for food - normally a good sign and we were not disappointed. Ordered the shredded doner on naan and mix meat shredded kebab with the BadBoy sauce. We will def be back!! Amazing.

The most amazing experience. My first experience and the menu has an amazing selection and choice. The guy on the till order taking was so helpful recommend what would tick my boxes. I have never seen such a busy place. I understand other reviews commenting on delivery times but if you visited the takeaway you'd appreciate it, I was there for 15 minutes and there must have been 25 delivery drivers collecting orders. Now on to the food Wow, out of this world the amount of balanced flavours are amazing by far the best Kebab I have ever had. I ended up chatting to Mo who spent some time telling us about the food and I asked if I could try a small sample of the garlic mayo, he quickly gave us a small test and it was amazing. Great customer service from all a really good experience. I travelled a 30 mile roundtrip but will definatley be returning soon. I wouldn't listen to the doom and gloom reviews just go and try it yourself you will not be dissapointed. Thanks for the experience guys!!

WAS DISAPPOINTED. When you order the food over the phone you can’t hear them as there music was blasting. Then they mixed my order up and said I wanted 2 flaming bad boys I only wanted 1 plain. I got a chicken korma was really watery. Outside parking is terrible. Bus drivers can’t get in the bus lane due to the delivery drivers parking there so if someone was disabled they can’t get off. When you walk in your waiting about 10 minutes to be asked what have you ordered. Very rude place will not be coming here

I ordered at 6pm and delivery was scheduled for 7 15pm to 8 15pm. After two phone calls it finally arrived at 8 50pm. On inspection of my order two important items were missing. It took 40 minutes plus for them to bring the missing items. Can't fault the food as it was delicious but sadly spoilt by the delay and missing part of the order. Will only eat in from now on.

Takeaway, wish we went elsewhere. The last few times placing takeaways orders from Xotica Fusion have been slightly disappointing, seemingly getting sweeter eat time, but we thought we’ll give it another try as everyone seems to rave on it, but tonight was the worst yet, food was chewy, dry and cold. I’m disappointed, we wanted a nice meal tonight as it’s New Year’s Eve, not much else to say apart from we probably won’t use them again.

Ordered what should have been a nice weekly takeaway. I cannot believe this place has genuine good reviews. The radioactive red slop that was delivered, each meal look the same, we chucked straight in the bin. More red food colouring than I've ever seen. Didn't look safe to eat. I've had a lot of takeaways in my life and some terrible ones. This is rank bottom by far the worst food I've ever seen. Avoid at all costs.

Always get good food. Usually ready for collection way before the estimated time. Definitely worth a look.

Ordered as a delivery. Delivered on time. Starters not worth for money- very small portions. Chana masala is very sweet ( odd !), not typical Indian food. May be not suitable for me / as they are not real Indian foods. Could feel all sweeter.

Only half the food I paid for was delivered with the missing items promised for delivery never turned up Bloody bandits

Started to order from Xotica during lockdown after a recommendation. It does delivery but we are out the area. It's well worth travelling to collect your food. We have eaten here many times now and the food is delicious. The menu is packed full of many different foods. I can definitely advise you to try the mini monter and the chicken kebab on naan bread. Absolutely delicious. The portions are massive and very reasonable prices. One of our favourite places to order food from. Thank you Xotica. 5 stars

Even with all the issues going on at the moment we ordered some food to be delivered and after a short while (less than stated time) the food arrived. And I can say the only criticism I have was that I couldn’t finish it all...

I ordered a meal through the website and waited over an hour. I contacted the restaurant who told me the food had been delivered, maybe it had but certainly not to my address. The guy then turned very aggressive telling me that I’m a liar...

We have used Xotica for a few years, their food is amazing and there is nothing like it around! However..... their delivery service is shockingly slow! Regularly 15-25 minutes late and this really spoils their great tasting food. No apologies, no sign of this issue...

Ordered all the starters and sat around our table with bottle of wine and used the starters as tapas. All different and wonderful tasting dishes. Staff friendly and obliging gave us extras for free.

Food absolutely superb from here but delivery poor for a Tuesday night, we had an hour wait and then delivery took nearly as long. Food arrived warm not hot and they forgot our garlic naan.

After all great reviews I thought I'd give it a go I sort of wish I hadn't. The food I received was ok although my chicken chat was missing the chapati the rice and chat was covered in coriander which I can't stand and asked for it to be excluded and my chicken tikka madras was a masala all be it was tasty it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered at 5:30 to be delivered at 7:30 it was delivered at 8. I'll probs give it a miss next time

Delivery time on just eat was 90 minutes phoned the shop to complain and they reduced it to 40 minutes apart from that food was good as usual

Great food, been looking for an Indian takeaway for years and missed this, excellent food, ingredients, quick delivery, naan bread gorge, mixed starter best I've had in years, had chicken tikka khorai for main strength 2 chili's would say it was more of a 3. Will definitely be back, best Indian takeaway for miles

This place has redeemed itself. When it first opened I had a, quite frankly, rubbish curry from here. I mentioned it and they delivered me another curry at a later date for free, which was also awful, so, when a friend recommended it tonight, I was apprehensive. I have to say though, I pleasantly surprised. Food was absolutely top notch and I'll be ordering from here again :-)

Super quick delivery time but quite disappointing curries. Very very watery, like they weren't simmered enough which considering it only took 15mins from ordering to delivery I assume that they weren't. Such a shame due to the large amount of good reviews.

Can not fault this place...and i eat a LOT of curries from different places. Food is delicious...id recomend chicken tikka chilli masala if you like it hot.

Missing yoghurt and mint sauce even though it was on the order, didn't ring as it cost 50p, however it's the principle, not a large order so expect it all to be there. Food that arrived was nice but will be ordering more local next time. Not a great first time experience.

Don't mind the delivery time as I know the quality of food is excellent! Still delivered way before estimated time anyway. Never have to mention free offer as always in the bag. Chicken quarter starter was cooked well and very tasty. Same goes for the madras and pilau rice. Onion bhaji's little overcooked, but no biggie... favourite Indian. Cheers 😉

First time ordering. Lovely curry, great value for money and I asked if we could swap something for chips in our set menu and they happily did so. Will be my new curry place of choice from now on!

Food was as excellent as always but the portion size was massively smaller than usual it's been a few months since I have order and I don't get why there was 4 pieces of lamb in a curry and about 5 potatoes in Bombay potatoe was a bit of smaller portions than usual and wasn't really with the money and hour spend waiting for it

The food tastes great overall the low stars are in reference to my 'King Prawns' of which there were small pieces of prawn which were chopped up and disappeared in the sauce (which was delicious) guys if you are selling a prawn curry then give your customers more than a few scraps of meat. Little bit tight seen as the curry cost £7.50 because it was KING prawn.

Forgot the free poppadoms and was very little in the mixed grill compared with other takeouts.

Food was excellent as always, unfortunately we didn't receive any free items even tho it was over £20. But am never disappointed when we order from here.

Good food but could of been warmer, put everything in tin foil trays instead of plastic tubs and you've solved the issue. Apart from that tasted fresh enough.

Having recently moved to the area we wanted to find an Indian takeaway and as most people we looked at the highest rated. We wasn't disappointed. Everything was as ordered and certainly one of the best Indian takeaways I've had. I'm glad we won't have to shop around again for another.

Quality is good as always , I ordered the meal for 4 and the side order's and starters were not adequate to feed us all , stingy portions that would probably be ok for 2 or 3 , definitely not 4 though .

Curry was obviously frozen in tubs as it came very watery. Puddle of water on plate when dished out. Won't be ordering again

Pre ordered the food hours before and it came 45 minutes late but they gave a bottle of bud as a gesture staff seemed nice and polite over the phone food was nice and filling but they could of heated it up more so it would go cold as fast. Would get from here again tho really nice food ****
