used to be great now rubbish. got some chips and for £3 I would still not give them the dog. Pale white under cooked no wonder they was ready in 1 minuet they must have been yesterdays just warmed up ..and they was full of eyes left in the spuds. Such a shame it used to be no1 now its a no go for me . Stay clear go somewhere else.

A nice looking restaurants for indian dishes. The environment is nice and cozy. No dine is available, only take away. They accept both cash and card. The biriyani / biryani taste good but too blunt for asian, specially south asian tastebuds. A common rice and a common curry with different meat and vegetables. Food is fresh and well cooked but the taste is not like a biriyani / biryani. The quantity is for 2 persons in one box, i mean 2 persons can share. The staffs are well behaved but don’t talk much. If one ask about anything they say something can't be understandable so need to ask again. Yeah a good one but they must improve otherwise a lot of people will be ditched. Best wishes

Family has been coming here since they opened in the early 90's always loved this place and fairly priced yet now they rip people off with rediculas prices knowing people are struggling, lost my families faith and custom as regulars. Absolutely disgusting from trusted guys

My order was no way upto the usual standards for this takeaway! Curry was just a sauce & 4 small pieces of chicken tikka, no onions etc.. rice was disgusting!! Total waste of money! Real shame we have had some lovely food from here... wont be ordering from here again!..

This place has been serving Salford for over a decade, how anyone could leave a one star or complain is beyond me. This place knows how spicy I like my vindaloo or phall. They make it to your specification. I love this place, everything is freshly made, and you see the chefs making your order in front you. If you order online, but for example your order may be little late, or an item is missing they will rectify it! Not hard to pick up the phone and give them a ring, they cant rectify a problem if you dont tell them about it, they aint mind readers. So before you start being a keyboard warrior to quickly rate and write a bad review over something missing or late, pick up the phone first, ring them, explain the problem and they will resolve it. Everyone has a mobile, but if you have no credit or whatever reason you cant ring from a mobile, go back to the year 2000 and use a pay phone! Believe or not they are still about.

Been ordering from tandoori house since I was a child, best curry house by far. Gutted when I moved to Bolton as we can’t have it as much anymore, but if I ever order a curry I’ll always drive down to Salford for it! And it’s always still piping hot by time I get home with it!

Ordered from here on Friday and it was amazing!! The tandoori chicken was delicious and the onion bhaji was really good too. Even the chips were decent! The garlic naan was a little disappointing, not much flavour but I’ll just ask for extra garlic next time. Quick delivery considering it was peak time on a Friday evening. Good value for money. Will definitely be ordering again. Had to call up as there was an issue with Just Eat, recommend just ordering direct through the website instead.

We order from here when we have any corporate events or parties and have never been disappointed. The food and service from this team are always excellent. They go the extra mile to help, even opening up hours earlier to meet our time. Highly recommend it for all your catering needs.

Food is usually lovely but on christmas eve it was awful the curry was swimming in water there was zero taste and all day on christmas day we was being sick and other things it totally ruined our day i wont be buying from here again

Meal was absolutely terrible that's all I can say. Been struggling to find a decent curry takeaway since Love Balty closed its doors.

A real shame the food has not been the same in my last two orders. I thought my taste had change but it hasn’t. Definitely something happened in the management/staff as the food was still amazing a few months ago.

We ordered from here because of the ratings well more foolish me we were sent the wrong Nan bread the lamb karahi was that dry I thought I was chewing on a a leather slipper it tasted off also ordered a tikka massala it was rank could not even taste any masala it was a half beaten Rogan Josh only had some of this I had to throw up and yes it was tandoori house on liverpool st if you want I will come down as I only live a mile away and i will film everything and post it on line if you try and say oh it's not you it was disgusting stay away from here you have been warned RANK!!!

Great guys and food has been excellent. Called in after being on allotment and gave guys courgettes. Was not impressed when I got home to have my meal. Chips was that dry they looked like they have been cooked for a while and rewarmed. Went straight in the bin. Felt badly let down guys.

Just order 2 mixed starts chicken tikka Bhuna chicken tikka madras chips and rice I was told it will be ready to pick up in 25 minutes I got there and when I got home it was cold plus the madras tasted off and also the bhuna had a funny taste to £25 in the bin... never again !!! I will not recommend to anyone !!

Been going here for years, recently moved out of the area but I still tarvel back for the best curry around.

Recientemente nos trasladamos a la zona, elegimos este llevar puramente. Las buenas críticas. Entrega muy rápido. Increíble cantidad de pollo fresco de degustación. En el lado negativo, la salsa dhansak le faltaba sabor, no podía probar cualquier lentejas o garbanzos o cualquier spice. Parecía salsa glumpy. Encontramos una piña, aunque. No elegiría esta comida otra vez, pero puede probar otra opción, en el futuro. Ojalá que vivía en el Mar Rojo de zona de entrega :(

increíble comida. El lugar tiene una cocina abierta, así que puedes ver preparan su comida justo delante de sus ojos. El personal de allí son también muy bueno. Una auténtica joya de lugar. He estado utilizando este lugar ya que estudió en uni Salford Manchester. la comida de aquí es mucho mejor que cualquier otra casa de curry por millas. He probado unos pocos differnet que hay en la zona, pero una vez que he encontrado este lugar, nunca he molestado con ningún otro lugar. la comidaes fresca y siempre preparado delante de sus ojos. el personal es siempre amable y juegos para reír. Have been using this takeaway since we moved in 2 years ago and it is without doubt the very best we have had. Nothing is too much trouble for them. As a vegetarian with a meat eating partner we adapt the banquet for 2 regularly, this is done with no hassle. The onion bhaji's are the best I have tasted, the naan's are light and wonderful and my partner swears by the tandoori chicken saying the sauce is wonderful. A fabulous take away, by far the best in the area. Well worth a visit.

if you're in Salford and you want the best Indian Takeaway, there is only one possible choice and that's these lads. I've been using them since i was a kid but they've running since 1992. The food from there is always top notch. Never too oily or greasy like other fast food places. They cook the food the way they eat it themselves. Never pretentious but always good. The lads who work there are always brilliant when you go in, they obviously enjoy their job. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone
