My biggest gripe is that my meal was marked as "delivered" 15 minutes before it arrived. Fair enough I ordered at a busy time, but don't make me call to find out why my food has not arrived after it is marked "delivered".

the special fried rice was no where near cooked, it was very hard. as for the duck it was also dry.

Absolutely disappointed. Firstly my delivery was late, secondly the food had leaked everywhere and was handed to me.. And thirdly there was no taste in the food all you can taste is chillies. Will not be ordering from here again.. Very poor all round.

Usually I would give 6 stars for each category,but on this occasion I can't. The food was a little bland but the portions were a good size, and the delivery driver was quite rude, as I live up stairs it takes a little while to reach the door,I barely took a minute and he was knocking my door ferociously. I've been ordering here for quite a while and very annoyed with how he acted.i hope this does not occur again as I will go elsewhere

Firstly, they took over an hour to deliver. The food was luke warm. The Hong Kong style chicken was dry, so was the shredded chicken. Shredded chilli chicken was extremely over done dry and had no chilli in, was not got at all. Overall gutted I wasted my money. I will not be using them again.

Food was nice tho not very hot I order duck in plum sauce but got some duck in batter with pineapple and a Small pot of some kind of sauce not what I expected definitely not what I will call duck in plum sauce

You sent me chicken curry without salt. I had given you specific instructions about that same curry and somehow you guys had to screw it up. Disappointed.

I'm never one to write a bad review but the meal today was utterly disgusting the food was cold had no taste me and my husband have orders from hear so many times before we even have told our friends and family about how good this place was but I'm so upset with my food i had to throw it away I wasted £16.00 on food to just be bind 😡

No flavour and spicy food is not spicy at all, meat or boiled with no taste . Always been using this place because they make delicious food but seems like the cook is changed .wasted 30 pounds because food went to bin .

won ton soup tastes like warm beer it was really awful, most of soup was in the carrier because you gave me soup in the leaky container

I normally order from here, but this is my last ever time I ordered at around 9.50pm and the food got to me at 11.34pm. Cold, chewy and just horrible. The driver told the phone operator "he was 2 mins away". Ten minutes later "he was parking in front of my house", but I was standing outside and saw absolutely no one. Bad experience. I'd stay away from them just because of this one time

The order was delivered after an hour an a half however they had forgotten 2 parts of the order as well as an incorrect dish. It then took a further hour for them to rectify this and the food wasn't even that good. There's much better take aways on here than them, very average!!

Ordered at 4.20pm, food delivered at 6.17pm. At least they managed to deliver on the same day. Food ok.

So disappointing after such a good first experience last time. Took me 90 minutes from ordering to receive my food because "the driver couldn't find my house".

The food was delivered 2 hours after the order has been placed, and with 45mins delay. I called the restaurant 3 times to ask where the food is, they didn't bother calling me. However,food was freshly prepared and delicious.
