I am dreading tomorrow morning. Just had the worst Chinese meal in mm life from here. The ribs were swimming in a tasteless sauce, The Satay skewers were the same and disgusting so went in the bin, tasted nothing like satay sauce. The house special honey and chilli sauce was disgusting and went in the bin. The only decent thing was the prawn crackers which were free.

Recently had a takeaway and I lost 5 days of my life with food poisoning. It was really bad. Excruciating abdominal pains, shivers/feverish and visiting the toilet half hourly. On the third day I was in so much pain that I had to call the doctor. The doctor confirmed it was severe food poisoning. It took a full 7 days to get to somewhere near normality. Never again!

Ordered at 7:30 for 8:30 delivery, called the shop at 9:20 for an update, I thought I would give them time due to the ice however they had only just started cooking my order. Food arrived at 10pm! Chips and rice were not hot and wrong drinks put into my order. Not happy

My husband had chips and gravy as part of his takeaway. It was almost black and so I told him not to eat it.Having the munchies he ate it. He was up all night and poorly fir 2 days. Never again

I have always walked by and never thought much of this place always ordering from down the road, yesterday the other restaurant was closed and gave this guys a chance based on Google Reviews, and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Food was tasty and fresh, chopsuey was very flavoursome and not greasy at all. Would order again

Now you may be thinking from the title that this review might not be helpful or informative. Read on. I ordered salt & chilli ribs, chicken curry, chicken fu yung. The curry came with fried rice, the fu yung with chips.I hate takeaway establishments penny pinching. Let me explain. Ribs were very good, curry good, fu yung average (very dry). The chips were disgraceful, inedible and obviously from the day before. The rice was exactly the same, inedible, from the day before and gross. Why do this? A decent accompaniment of rice and chips would easily get it 4 stars. I've given 3 stars only because the ribs were very good and plenty of them. Shame!

Used this Take A Way for 20 years. Now new menu through door - Could not get through on phone after 40 plus tries. so had to go onto New Website & register. Our order was 40 minutes late & our starters were not there. Managed to speak with the shop & driver brought them 10 mins later - no doubt forget he had them for us. Will NOT AFTER 20 years of regular service use this Take away again. They have gone from Family friendly normal service - To on line - not customer focused. Very disappointed the family friendly have gone from they did Brilliantly. However will NEVER USE AGAIN.

Chicken balls, chips, sweet n sour sauce. Awful. Worst I've had. Sauce was like red vinegar, batter like soggy pastry, chicken balls like old putty. Chips undercooked and bone dry.

One of the best salt and chilli dishes I have had. Got recommended it by a friend it it didn't disappoint million percent will be ordering again.

I visited the take-away for the first time recently and the service was excellent. It is clearly a family business and they really took the time to ensure that I was getting value for money. They ensured a meal deal whereby I was also given prawn crackers and spare ribs for free with my order. The food was delicious and the menu choice is certainly vast. The house specials tend to be more expensive than other dishes, but I would say that overall it is in line with the prices of most other Chinese take-aways. They also do a home delivery service. I had a big order and the food was ready really quickly.

In my opinion best chinese takeaway on Low Fell. Food very good. Delivery service available. Plenty of parking in car park behind takeaway or on the street outside

After contemplating what food to have, we decided on a banquet for 3, within a space of half an hour of ordering, it arrived piping hot. The food was definitely restaurant quality and such large portions, will definitely be returning.

Hemos sido asiduos de este para llevar muchos años, y siempre que se considera la mejor comida china alrededor. Hemos estado dos veces recientemente y había diferencias evidentes en todo desde: precio, calidad, tamaño de la porción y personal teléfono contestador? Algunas de las comidas no se parecía a las mismas comidas antes de los cambios. Y eran bastante obviamente comidas totalmente diferente (ej. Salsa de mar spice)? Le fue aconsejado que no tenía "nada había cambiado"? Una comida en particular, el: "Crujientes Cordero aromático, Fragante era la mitad de la cantidad usual y incomible! Y mi mejor descripción de sería: 'QUEMADO TOSTADA" ERAN LAS DE LA PARTE INFERIOR DE UN ASFIXIANTE de estaño. Para llevar la comida de este ahora va de mediocre a pésimo, y que incluso no se lo recomendaría a cualquiera! - - - - "sólo me hubiera gustado encontrar donde el anterior (Excelente! Ahora trabajo Chef).
