Xcel Centre Cafe Walton in Elmbridge

Order was over an hour late, we wanted to cancel the order but the person we spoke to was rude and put the phone down.

The lady in the till wasn't very nice. After telling us they run out of pasta and chicken, she gets upset because we didn't think in a second option straight away and took us an extra minute to order an alternative. We just ate here because it was already late for the kids, we assume the food is not great but at least we expect a good service to compensate the quality. And btw, how can they run out of anything being a supermarket?????

Won’t be using this Subway again.

I am not exaggerating it's barely possible to tell difference between box it came in and the pizza, only once have I had a pizza as utterly and completely bland flavourless and bad as this, straight in the bin.

Used to always get a good curry when it was in Hersham but since it moved to molesey it’s 50/50 whether good or not. Also they would to offer a 10% discount but not anymore and the prices have jumped up since lockdown, very disappointed will not order from here anymore which is a shame as we have been customers for many years.
