Nice staff but management really need to get hold of the queues at the cash tills. The front car park really could be closed off and made into retail space.

Really good helpful staff and a great range of products and plants. Really nice coffee shop. Improvements to toilets would be good

Lovely 3 tiers of cakes, scones and sandwiches prepared fresh. Unlimited teas and coffees, just fine. Would definitely recommend and was surprised there were not more people there, but service was good. Great value for money as well.

Not sure who actually owns this coffee shop but I’m pretty sure they must be unaware of the amount of money that their staff must be losing them daily.I live within walking distance and have now wasted time on numerous occasions walking down to find either no food being served, not enough staff to work it,or sub standard food if you’re lucky enough to get any at all. It’s the only one within walking distance of hundreds of houses so could be a gold mine if run correctly. But it’s a mess, and a waste of a walk. Think they prefer tottering around serving a couple of OAP every hour as it’s pure panic stations if two people fancy a Panini ar the same time. Close it or do it right at least.

We have just been to the cafe in Beaconsfild and waited 50 minutes for a cheese toaster and a cup of coffee and tea. If you are in a hurry do not stop for lunch.

Never know what you might find, good selection of bird supplies, pet food. Plants look in good condition and plenty of garden tools and accessories available. Small and attractive looking coffee shop.

A lovely garden centre that has a nice cafe. Ordered fruit tea bread costing about £2.50. When it came to the table I received 2 very thin slices of very brown toasted raisin bread that was dry (butter included). My friend had the same and was still extremely hungry after eating and was going home after to eat! If this was a £1 or so then you could say you get what you pay for but £2.50 seemed a lot for two thin 3 inch pieces of bread. I know a whole loaf can be bought for less than a pound. So, will not order again! Won’t put me off going again, however will avoid this particular food. Enjoy amigos!

A special offer for afternoon tea was fantastic value. We had a warm welcome from the restaurant staff and the service was excellent. A choice of sandwiches and plenty of yummy cakes, strawberries and cream and unlimited coffee with the offer.

The worst brie and bacon panini I have ever had misfortune to eat. In any Costa £3,95. Here £6.55 and so fatty. Added to that the ambience of finding a table, clearing the crap from previous occupants and then trying to have a conversation above the hoards of screaming kids. Never ever again...

We really enjoy visiting. Order at the counter and even if it’s just tea or coffee it’s brought to your table. Quality is good. Can’t help thinking the seating area should be enlarged as it always seems to be busier than the garden centre!

Went to the Beaconsfield garden centre cafe for lunch with my wife and Mum. We've been going since the cafe opened and usually ok, other than normally short or run out of standard stock. Very poor service this time unfortunately by a very miserable lady who was preparing food. My wife's food hadn't turned up some time after mine and my mother's so she quietly asked this staff member if it would be ready soon. This seemed to displease the person who mumbled that "she hadn't been told". When it came out a while later it was passed in front of my face ( I was eating) to my wife with no comment or apology whatsoever. The staff never seem able to cope with normal lunchtime trade. It wasn't actually that busy at the time. Very poop customer service. Definitely put off going again.

I use Wyevale quite often for plants but today was the first time we've tried out the cafe there. The 'flat white' coffee was quite excellent and the carrot cake was pleasant. It tasted very good, but was slightly dry. As we had the last...

Went out with friends on Sunday afternoon. Excellent food, great service and great outdoor sitting for a sunny day. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you guys.

Visited Bertram’s today with my friend for a light lunch. We both had tea and the most delicious Polish apple cake and custard. The garden centre is lovely but I’d visit again just for the pie!

We went for food at the pub. The venue itself is stunning, beautifully designed, and on a sunny day like today, the courtyard area is perfect for dining outdoors. The staff were very welcoming, and our waitress, gave some lovely recommendations. Our starters arrived promptly and were tasty. However, as a table of ten, we experienced a significant wait for our main courses—around 45 minutes—which became quite noticeable. When the food finally arrived, it looked well-presented, but unfortunately, the beef was undercooked and served on a cold plate. The beef was very fatty and looked ugly on the plate. One dish had to be returned as it was too raw to eat. The side of greens came in a small bowl filled with water, which was unnecessary. The chicken on a friends plate was dry. The Yorkshire pudding with the main was excellent—crispy, light, and very well done. It’s a real shame, as this is a lovely venue. With some improvements to service and more attention to food preparation—it could be exceptional. There seem to be a lack of senior staff to oversee the restaurant service.

I’m always impressed by the quality of the food at Browns. A chain, but I’ve never had a bad meal. We ate off peak and the restaurant was clean and in good order. Ella, our server, was great.

Large cafe unfortunately feels more like train station waiting area instead of cozy cafe. Drinks are nice. Costa quality.
