Wrightchoice Caribbean Cuisine in Reading

Finally got round to trying and it was definitely worth the wait! The food was succulent and tasted so traditional, even down to the coleslaw reminds me of Sunday dinner with the family. Amazing flavours and great service. Will be using again!

Just ordered their Mac and cheese, rice and peas with oxtail and jerk chicken and the flavours were absolutely crazy!! Will definitely be back soon.

Ordered an extra large meal with Rice n peas, curry mutton, stew chicken, coleslaw, Mac pie, with a side of jerk chicken and plantain… which costed £19.50 Everything was well packaged and the good was hot. The rice n peas was the best tasting thing in the box… unfortunately, that’s where it ended… the stew chicken was 1 and a half pieces ( we felt cheated) and it was overbooked and dry esp as it was a breast piece.. the curry n jerk lacked flavour and seasoning and the meat tasted like it was frozen and not fresh… Unfortunately won’t be ordering again!!

Absolutely delicious would eat it everyday if I could afford it yum yum 😋 I would recommend to friends definitely.

Wrightchoice catered for a family party ot my home and they were a great choice! The food was delivered exactly at the requested time, piping hot and DELICIOUS! The portion sizes were plentiful. My guests kept going back for more, some took food home and I still had left over. I have to make special mention of the curry goat.... absolutely perfect!! I definitely recommend them and will most certainly use them again.

After 18 months of not seeing family we hosted a small garden party on the weekend. Writechoice provided catering and all I can say is it was delicious! We had people going up for 3rds and taking food home. It was great that they catered for vegans also. I would 100% recommend Writechoice for any event, super professional, great value for money and great service. Thanks for making our event special.

We recently had a party for my 30th birthday celebrations and made an order for around 15 people, The food was SO good couldn’t fault a single thing, the portions were huge (everyone took food home with them and I even fed my neighbours) the service was brilliant, great communication and very friendly. Food was delivered prompty on my door step when i ordered for home delivery. Food is tasty, big portions and never disappoints. Everyone in my household enjoys the food. Also love the extras they include from time to time which are always a welcome surprise. Would highly recommend when you are in Reading and its environs.

Ordered the Curried Mutton with Fried Fish, Rice & Peas, Macaroni and Coleslaw, food was absolutely amazing, large portions and really speedy delivery, highly recommend.

I’ve eaten at wrightchoice a few times now & while there’s a lot to choose from my favourite meals have been the jerk chicken & mutton meals everytime😍. I can’t think of anything better than mutton, with the rice and coleslaw which is made fresh on the day, I do like to add the roasties to my order too as they’re simply the best. I am very impressed with the quality & prices you get a lot for what you pay! I will be returning! :)

We have tried various Caribbean takeaways in Reading and have found this to be the best! Delivered very hot and bang on time. Very tasty! And even had vegan options which were also really flavoursome. Portion sizes are great! I won’t use anywhere else now I’ve found them! Would definitely recommend

The food was amazing, 10/10. We had the jerk chicken meal with rice & peas, macaroni and coleslaw with a side of fried dumplings & fried chicken. The chicken was very moist, so flavourful and a good amount of it all too. Everything else was also on point. The macaroni was a winner with the kids too! My little girl has said it’s the “best pasta ever”. I ordered and within 30 minutes it had arrived. Amazing service, food and wait time.
