Nice dinner! Service was amazing from Kaycee, very polite and helped us with questions. She made our night!

We came for the student bottomless brunch and it was by far my favourite bottomless brunch that I have done anywhere. Usually its difficult to flag down anyone to order your next drinks however our host Kaycee suggested we work our way down the menu as it would make things easier and quicker for us. We were given our next round as soon as we had nearly finished our current drinks as she was watching out to make sure we always had something to drink. I would definitely come back and I believe the reason for our great experience is Kaycee and her welcoming chattiness and helpfulness.

Booked a week in advance for a table of 20 for a birthday. We were so well accommodated and Kaycee was attentive and made sure we had the best time. The drinks came flowing and the vibes were immaculate. Cannot thank her or the staff enough.

A very noisy experience was had by my group. Music was way too loud.

TOP MARKS FOR MARTA!! 👏🏻 I went for Bottomless Brunch here with 2 friends on the 6th Nov & I can honestly say this is possibly the BEST bottomless brunch in Reading, especially if the manager Marta is on shift. She IMMEDIATELY understood the assignment, and casually chatted with us like we were already friends about how it was going to work. No messing about. She 100% wants you to make the most of your money - no need to be wasting valuable time trying to flag down wait staff for your next drink, Marta had the system down to a tea and just before we’d finish our drink the next round of cocktails would come, meaning we got to try almost everything on the menu! Was the food any good? Probably 🤷‍♀️ I honestly don’t remember, but I ate it all and Las Iguanas usually has decent food - so in going to go with yes! We were so well looked after by all the staff (ESPECIALLY Marta) that we booked our next bottomless for Xmas Eve (which a tradition in our friend group) - we’re even bringing the husbands/boyfriends this time! Bottomless Brunch is our activity of choice when celebrating, so we’ve tried quite a few in Reading, and for food/service/cocktail celebration and general positive vibes, we feel Las Iguanas is going to be a hard one to beat. Kaycee was our server she's hilarious and fantastic and an asset to the team she's everything I aspire to be honestly I've never had such a good waitress before it's nice to be spoken to like a human being xxx Would 100% recommend the bottomless brunch.

Really nice food and service and great ambience overall but found it a bit noisy on the last Friday before Christmas with the place being jam packed with Christmas dinner parties all around.

The whole experience trying to book it and get any contact from the restaurant was appalling I was ready to give a 1 star. The staff on the night saved that. The general manager was very pleasant and came and introduced himself and took me over to Moveta who was incredibly all night. Nothing went wrong and the whole party had a brilliant night and no complaints from anyone. Moveta is a real asset to your business!

Absolutely the best bottomless brunch. Been to a few and this is above. Marta in particular is fantastic and ensures that your table has the best service and loads of fun. Thank you Marta!!

The food was delicious and we enjoyed every bit of it. A lot of vegetarians were available on the menu. Looking forward to eating there next time. Although the speed of service needs to be improved slightly, the food compensates at the end of the day. Five stars is purely for the food!!

Wow the front man is very very rude... watch out!

We were there for a family meal (7 of us), and were sat near the door from which a cold blast came every time it was opened. I asked to move but no tables available so we wore coats all evening. My sons burger would have been beaten hands down by Mcdonalds, the rest of the food was edible but not brilliant, kids chicken bites dry as concrete. They got the bill wrong, should have had 2 free kids meals but only got one because "the system couldn't do it". Didn't bother waiting to see manager as we'd already waited too long for the bill and even longer to sort it. Won't be going back.

Our server was Kaycee. We had to reduce our booking by one , the staff managed this really well and ensured the food was removed from the bill. We were a table of 16 and there was a similar sized table next to us. Kitchen and staff were ran off their feet but throughout Kaycee was amazing. She continually checked in to see if we needed anything, she managed the pass so well and was assertive but kind to the chefs. There were no issues with our food or drink, service was flawless and so friendly and fun too,which is important. It turns out that Kaycee recently turned 18! Crazy how food she is and is a real asset. Her can do, patient and hard working was great to see.

Really relaxed atmosphere and great food.

I walked in at 11 am. They say on the website and the phone that they open at 11am. When I got there I was told they open at 1pm. I left for shopping and came back around 11:30 walking around. There was a few people inside eating but they told me they were closed. It just felt discriminate. This was my first visit and the impression was awful.

Came for bottomless brunch, our server marta was amazing although they was short staffed we always had a drink on our table and she made sure we was looked after. Definitely returning for this again.

We had lunch at Las Iguanas. It was alright, nothing outstanding, but nothing to complain too much about either. Like most chain results, the menu and cooking (such as it is} on premises is very formulaic, consistent and, well, a bit boring. The service we received was unremarkable, the waiter was pleasant, did what he had to and nothing more. Prices were typical for this kind of place and I don't feel it was great value for money, rather the maximum the management felt they could charge without losing customers

Great food, Great service and surprising not noisy which I have found is a bit of a problem recently in restaurants. Our server Inout was great. We were a party of 12 and he did a fantastic job of remembering who had ordered what.

Google Maps Review: Las Iguanas ⭐☆☆☆☆ We went to the cinema and then to Las Iguanas. Unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable. The music was as loud as in a nightclub, making it extremely difficult to have a normal conversation. I even asked the barman for a quieter spot, explaining how the noise level was overwhelming, but there was no solution offered. My partner and I looked at the menu and ordered drinks. However, behind me, a man who ordered after us was served first by another server. To make matters worse, the barman struggled to hear my drink order due to the deafening music. The lady who served the other customer had a strange object, which looked like a mixing spoon, constantly in her mouth. It seemed highly unhygienic and inappropriate for someone handling food and drinks. Out of curiosity, my partner asked her about it, and her response was baffling. She couldn’t hear what was said because of the noise, and when my partner mentioned the music was “bloody loud,” she misinterpreted it as an insult. Her reaction was unprofessional, making faces and acting offended, which escalated the confusion. I tried to address the situation calmly, but the environment was chaotic. When I asked, “Why are you so cranky?” she immediately switched to a forced happy face and denied any issue. The entire experience felt awkward and unnecessary, with everyone left confused—all due to the excessively loud music and the poor handling of customer interactions. In addition, the hygiene standards need serious attention. The object in her mouth, touched repeatedly, does not belong in a setting where food and drinks are served. The atmosphere here is chaotic, the staff lacks professionalism, and the loud music creates a hostile environment. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or visit again.

OMG where to start!! MARTA was incredible, she made the whole experience x10 better. Drinks constantly flowing, we made our way through the cocktail list until our booking time was over. Sad for it to finish but I hope to see Marta again soon. Please book for bottomless brunch and I hope you are served by Marta.

We had an amazing time at the bottomless brunch!! Martha served us all night and made sure we had drinks every few minuets, she ensured to make any changes to accommodate us for example we couldn’t drink rum so she skipped straight on to other drinks without it! The best Brunch in Reading! We even stayed longer than our time slot with Martha saying “The party’s not over yet!”. Thank you Las Iguanas

Love the food, ambience and service always.. Anton from the service team and another lady (took time to talk to the kids and complement them on their attire that day - special event that day for one of the kids) were simply great.

Today we were served by the lovely Marta who's customer service was fantastic. It was extremely busy and it did not affect the speed of quality of our brunch in the slightest. Marta was the brightest and most beautiful lady who constantly had us laughing during service.

Our server Marta was exceptional in her customer service, made the experience very welcoming, and jovial. Nothing was too much trouble even when one of our group knocked over her drink. Wonderful food and great cocktails all the staff we interacted with were lovely.

Very good service by IONUT and we were made to feel very welcome by the charming lady who took us to our seats. Good food, quick delivery and reasonable prices. Just what you want for a pre entertainment meal. A little cold inside and a draught from the door and the toilets are smelly but otherwise, good.

Maybe it was a a bad night but it was my first time at this venue and as a couple we were positioned in a corner near a fire exit away from the main atmosphere so can’t comment on the experience of this. The food felt like you are in a chain and presented and served as if the food was sat on the hot plate plate to long. On a positive the sauces on the table improved the dish. All in all I ain’t rush back but perhaps my pallet is expecting to much.

Despite being a member of the team down, the service was fantastic (Rob was our server and was attentive and polite). The food was plentiful and tasty. Great selection! Lovely experience all round.

I took my wife on a date night and went here, got a table quickly without reservations. Drinks were a bit pricey but that's understandable. Food was amazing. My wife could not stop talking about it all night and I'm sure we will be back here in the next few weeks. Excellent in every way and fair price. 2 cocktails, bottle beer, and 2 mealsn£51 any take away that's just OK would cost you 30 to 40 pounds so this is very reasonable. Well done.

The service I received was really bad, staff is really unprofessional and unconsiderate. My boyfriend and I made a booking for our 1 year anniversary, which we let the staff know. They sat us in at a busy spot, surrounded by 2 big loud groups and on a table for 4, very unromantic as there were table for 2 they didnt want us to sit on even tho we asked for one in the booking! We could barely hear ourselves talk and it was really inconsiderate of the staff to sit us there when the restaurant wasnt that busy. It took them 15-20 min to come pick our order, we only ordered 1 round of drinks and starters. The server took our menus away, served us then never came in to check in on us. About 20 minutes after finishing both drinks and starters we never got checked in or asked if we would want drinks refilled. NOTHING. We didnt even get to order mains or dessert. We got fed up of being ignored, paid and left. Our night was nearly ruined by their bad service, we spent the rest of out anniversary at a bar across the river where we had better service than at this restaurant. Never coming again.
