Se metió en un almuerzo para llevar. Hay que decir que el Caribe Cordero Roti fue excelente. Lo que me molestó, por decirlo suavemente, fue a) el servicio (desinteresado, fuera de lugar) y la actitud. Pagando 7 por una envoltura para llevar relativamente pequeña, pedí algunos trozos extra de verduras. . . . para ser dicho de manera bastante grosera tengo dos opciones. Ahora, no creo que sea demasiado cuando estoy comprando una lata de coca cola y un sándwich para obtener un poco de zanahoria rallada extra o una pequeña pizca de tomates para animar las cosas. En mi humilde opinión no es un gran servicio al cliente. Sí, hay límites que no se pueden cruzar para no comer en ganancias, lo entiendo, ¿pero un poco de verduras ralladas marginales? Vamos chicos, consigue mi lealtad. No volveré El roti fue A 1 +, pero la gente me molestó muchísimo y ese es el principio que resta (no hay juego de palabras).

Envoltorios bastante buenos, servicio rápido ideal para las pausas breves para el almuerzo. Prefiero la tortilla, pero este lugar no está mal.

Es barato y rápido, y tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Pero. . . El servicio fue bastante deslucido. La chica detrás del mostrador apenas articuló una sola palabra y tuve que pedirle repetidas veces que viniera otra vez. Ella esperaba que yo supiera el simulacro y todas las opciones, y fue completamente incapaz de identificarme como cliente por primera vez. La envoltura estaba un poco seca, pero sabía bien. Buena relación calidad-precio comida rápida, yo diría. Pero nada más que eso.

This place is awful, the staff is unpleasant and the food is terrible. I ordered a lamb box and a toddler could have make a better meal for me! I am really disappointed and will not go back there, ever again. Do not recommend at all!

My first time getting a wrap from this place and it had me in the bathroom at the end of the work day. Had to stay late until I was sure I was empty and my stomach calmed down before I got the train home. I'd advise to avoid the turkish lamb wrap, but it's more likely fecal contamination or some other basic unsanitary hazard so just avoid all of it IMO.

I previously wrote a review on Wrap it up, and after a slight complaint I can say that their customer services team got back to me and without fail sent me a voucher for a free wrap as compensation for my negative experience. I can't really ask for more. ?The next wrap I had was also a lot better than the previous one. Thanks

Ive come here many times for a quick, cost effective and filling lunch over the past 3yrs and have always been satisfied...until now. Although I've wanted to try most of the menu the majority of the time I have had a Mexican burrito which I love. I went back recently and where they used to have sml,med,lge options its only med and lge now (which can be a bit much for me), the prices have also gone up. I asked for a burrito as per and as they were making it I noticed the salsa had olives in it (which I've never seen in a mexican salsa), when I said to the girl I didn't want olives she looked at me blankly, they guy who works on the till (who is always very nice) told her to go and get the salsa without olives then stated picking the olives out of mine (in hind-site) I should've asked them to make it again as I know olives can be overpowering which unfortunately it was and my burrito tasted of nothing but olives, I couldn't eat it. I get due to inflation things go up but was disappointed and doubt I'll go back.

I love Wrap It Up. I get something from here almost every day for lunch. They do a loyalty card - buy 9 wraps, get the 10th free. My go to is the Mexican Burrito but they have a number of options all themed to different countries/cuisines. They also do low carb/wrapless options where the food comes in a box instead. the staff are lovely and friendly and work well together. They get very busy over lunch time but the line moves quickly. There are a small amount of tables and a long bench for eat in customers and also some outdoor seating.

You know what? This is an excellent fast food! All what they do is just few types of wraps for few pounds, but they do it great. Especially my favourite with pulled beef, cheddar cheese and coleslaw
