The place is nice and cosy, food was delicious and our server was lovely, knowledgeable and helpful

Good food with good service. Pizza could’ve been cooked for longer. Carbonara could’ve had less cooking time. Overall we enjoyed it though.

Lovely restaurant, lovely food and lovely staff

All the food was well prepared and the service was outstanding but not intrusive. Friendly waiter seemed to have a genuine smile and was very attentive. The dessert I had was the panacotta which had no nice wobble - but other than that very small complaint the food was delicious.

Not the restaurants fault but the Police helicopter was hovering overhead for most of the meal which affected the ambience some what!! Otherwise a nice pre-theatre meal with good choices for my son.

I arrived and asked for the table under my name and they did not have our reservation. I showed them my confirmation on the app, and they still did not know we had a reservation. We then had to wait over 20 mins for a table. It was very disappointing. The service was not quick at all once we sat down, and we needed to be somewhere by 9:30pm. Several of our dishes came out nearly cold from the kitchen. Overall, not a great experience and would not go back.

My lobster spaghetti was delicious a special during the summer, I loved it and a friend loved her spaghetti bolognese, however my partners pizza was very ‘industrial’ not one of the best he’s had and he was disappointed. House carafe of white wine was good / overall good value but stick to the pasta

Table booked for 13:00 lunchtime for 2. Arrived few minutes before the time and waited by the door for someone to acknowledge us. After 5 min I managed to ask a waitress for assistance, she replied she doesn't speak English and she will call the manager. The manager looked at us from the bar area and did nothing. We waited for another 5 min and no one acknowledged us. I saw an argument between the manager and a customer over a bill. Many tables finished their meals and it was evident customers have been waiting for long and becoming impatient over lack of efficient service. A couple of women were walking out and one of them said to me "I would think twice before eating here...". That was enough for us and we left. The restaurant smelled bad, sticky sweet smell that lingers due to lack of proper cleaning. I was happy to leave without experiencing more.

They do not make the tomatosauce themselves. Every italien can make it. Would never go back

Had a nice family meal following a shopping trip. Good Italian food and service.

A nice restaurant for a group of friends. Lots of different pizzas and pastas. Quasi all were available with gluten free options. The pastas were very good. Waiters were friendly and the decoration is interesting. However, desserts were not all as good as they could have been.

On a busy evening this restaurant is pretty noisy but the food is reliable and tasty. We were rather squashed against the wall but we would go again and ask for a different table if we were in a group of six.

Myself and my best friend came here for a catch up drink befor we headed to Europe on our travels and the staff were incredible so lovely and kind you could have asked for better service. John-luka was brilliant and we couldn't have asked for a better meal (we even met the chef) overall this place is great. Davide Was our server and he was brilliant helping us in every way he could even getting me a plug for my phone. The Woodstock has a brilliant vibe with tunes and unique cocktails we tried a few and where very impressed. We defiantly will be back here to see the guys again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On arrival myself and my partner received a warm welcome, and we were shown quickly to our table. The Menu was offered and the drink order was taken, the food came out and overall it was very nice however I do feel that the pizza could have been slightly warmer, but overall a lovely restaurant with a nice atmosphere and would definitely recommend and return.

Went there before a show and couldn't have asked for a better meal. The food was fantastic, the staff were very friendly. Very reasonable prices considering being in the centre of London.

This place maybe ok for people who dont know what al dente means. Places like this never cook to order but re heat semi cooked pasta.<br /><br />Also served very old bread which was powdery.

You know what this restaurant chain will deliver and this particular restaurant is right on theme. They are never going to set the culinary world alight, but thats not why you go. Its for a familiar product, well delivered by enthusiastic staff.

Our dining would be challenging with 3 kids under 10 and four adults on one of the busiest days of the year. Just off Oxford St. at 6pm on a Saturday a week before Christmas! Crowds meant we were shuffling along from Selfridges and only just on time for our booking. We were greeted with a warm welcome - every table was taken so there was a real buzz - but the service and food hit the mark. Well done all!

A hint if you are dining out in London and want somewhere reasonably priced - especially on the weekend - make reservations! We wanted somewhere that we could have a nice sit down meal, and would be suitable for us and our 11 year old son. Spaghetti House fit the Bill perfectly, was it a Gourmet Meal, No, but it doesn't pretend to be. The Staff were great, taking care of us and the food was good too, I feel it is the kind of place that can do Family meals, but also can do a nice night out for a couple too, its small, its off Oxford St, but don't let that put you off, We went again to another branch off Regent St today for Lunch and Had Just as good an Experience. Recommended!

Had a great meal at Spaghetti House, Woodstock Street, near Oxford Circus. the service was quick and very pleasant. I had the special - gamberi provencale which was delicious and the chicken salad.

Had never visited this branch of Spaghetti House in Woodstock Street near Bond Street tube, London, before. In my experience, the quality of SH food varies by branch. This is a good one, in a very handy location. I visited with a friend and we sat outside on one of the last days of summer. Service was good. Pasta served nicely al dente, and interesting vegetable dishes to accompany it. A welcome change from the endless mixed salad. A very worthwhile lunch.

Spaghettti House Woodstock Street, near Oxford Circus - nine of us had a good meal and feedback was generally very positive. The service was pleasant and quick which was important as we only had an hour for lunch. A colleague had the chicken salad which she thought was a bit small but I had the same and it was really good, much better than at some other venues. Generally v. good.
