Excellent service, respectful staff

Although they’ve faced a few days of closure it doesn’t take away from the brilliance of the food they serve, food was done beautifully and the burgers cooked very well. Generous portion sizes and very very thick and tasty milkshakes I will definitely be returning. Also to note the tables and kitchen are kept quite clean and there was wasn’t much mess on the floor round the crowded tables which is a good sign the place is being looked after well.

Used Escape Rooms and the lazer tag. Then used the arcade after good family time. Security on the estate kept place looking safe and another security officer in ten pin was good to see.

Short stay in Selsey and I'm not one for Indian food but got some for me and my partner. Thoroughly enjoyed it.. Would definitely recommend. 5* all the way.

Nice courtyard with potential to be a great venue - but - we had to wave/call and ask for service each time we wanted to order/get a drink, were only told menu items were not available once we had placed the order (for both food and beverages), had an unenthusiastic waitress and who literally side wristed our bread basket at our table (the bread of which was rock hard) as she passed. We also had to ask for knives and forks once our food had arrived. No salt & pepper etc was on the table or offered. We were very disappointed with our experience.
