Hadxa lovely carvery here. Choice of Gammon, Turkey or Beef. Lots of vegetable choice here though, more than an average carvery. Would go back

We love Woodfield Farm. The carvery is fabulous. Even more important is how welcoming the staff are. Our 88 year old mum is always made to feel special. They are a great team. Thank you Mandy and Donna for looking after us today and big thanks to wonderful Chef. We appreciate you all.

Visited at 8pm after work, we knew we wouldn't get the freshest food but Woodfield farm is still a solid choice. The food is topped up throughout even at that time, Andrai topped up the Mash and Gammon as we pulled up to get served and was friendly theoughout. We was given our ticket with no queue and at the bar and was served a few seconds later. Couldn't complain at all apart from the sad looking Yorkshire pud. It's nice to see that the food is homemade too and not out of a tin, the chunky carrots and cauliflower cheese is a treat.

Decided to visit the Woodfield for breakfast this morning. Got to admit really really enjoyed everything about the visit. Was greeted by Donna who assisted with anything we needed, polite, professional and all round lovely person. Service at the bar was quick and efficient. Breakfast buffet was ordered and for me personally everything was cooked exactly how I like it. Thank you all will definitely be back 🙌💙

Ian was our waiter for the night. I had the best Mac and cheese main meal with garlic bread. The service was amazing Ian was very polite and friendly. I visit wood field farm a lot with my girlfriend never had any issues. Very good vibes. Good music and a good place to take your family and friends.

The food was not cooked all the veg was hard nobody came up and asked if we was alright or evrry thing OK it was disgraceful it is gone down hill it used to be my favourite place for carvery won't be going no more 68 quid waisted

Great place to eat, especially if you like a carvery. This time I had fish, chips and mushy peas, my brother always has garden peas. This was delivered by a friendly chap called Daz. I asked for some red sauce for the chips and was supplied with Heinz Tomato Ketchup. The meal was very good and I had apple crumble to follow. Helen brought this, which pleased me as she always makes sure there is plenty of custard. Food and staff both lovely.

We popped in to have a carvery meal. It was fairly late in the day, so the food wasn’t as hot as it could have been. Service was good. We even had a pleasant conversation with a couple of local people. (After all, we were over 100 miles from home)

Came in for the buffet breakfast made by charlie was lovely served by the amazing mandy who is the most wonderful lady made me feel really welcome

First things first , I was stood while the nice gentleman on Carvery was cutting my meat , and the girl I think she’s called Amy , squashed a Yorkshire pudding with her hand while preparing a takeaway carvery for just eat , not good even if hands was washed , also she used the wrong tongs to pick the food up if anyone had allergies it would have be a problem, also at the bar there was lots of people who was waiting for a while to be served and then others pushed in and was severed first , it wasn’t nice to see that others was getting served , there should be a proper que or the people that push in should be asked to wait in the queue.

Left feeling disappointed today. We got sat at a table right opposite the bar, kept getting knocked by people in the queue, plenty of other tables open to sit at too, we did book. Next onto the carvery, £12.79 for Sunday carvery and we got 2 small pieces of meat cut that thin you could nearly see through it, very disappointing for the price we paid to be given so little meat.

My rating 7.6 worth a visit 😄

Fantastic Service at Woodfield Farm Tonight! We had a Good experience at Woodfield Farm, and a big part of that was the excellent service from Andrew. He was polite, helpful, and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed while serving our carvery. It’s always great to be welcomed by staff who genuinely care about their customers. My friend and I had the breakfast buffet, everything was beautifully cooked and there was plenty to choose from! I’d certainly recommend this. Staff were friendly and it’s a good clean pub. Hope to go there again.

Attended a working breakfast this morning at Woodfield Farm, first-class service from Mandy and Beck's, greeted with a friendly smile and welcome, will definitely be returning.

We came here for a carvery last weekend. The carvery itself was good, there's a lot of choice which we really liked. The service was lacking a little, we were told to sit at a certain table, we sat there and then went to get our food. When I came back I noticed that there was no cutlery on the table, the pot that it's usually in was empty. There was a staff member nearby who looked like he was clearing tables so I asked him if I could get some cutlery as there wasn't any on the table. He was very rude and accused me of sitting on a table before it had been cleaned? Then shoved some cutlery on the table and walked off, like I'd done something to offend him. I imagine he was probably just having a bad day as it was busy, but it felt a little unnecessary.

We booked a table for 7 PM near the children’s play area. Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception to show us to our table—we had to stop a staff member and ask where we could sit. When we ordered dessert through the app, only one was brought to the table, even though we had ordered three. We had to go to speak to a staff member to get the rest of our order. The worst part, however, was the cleanliness. The place was incredibly dirty—the chairs were filthy, and I had to swap mine with one from another table. The children’s play area was in an awful state; the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned. Overall, a terrible experience with a horrible atmosphere. I will definitely not be coming back.

Ordered a meal on the app to collect tonight while in there having an earlier drink. Struggled to get order right but the barmaid Megan came over and manually corrected my order to ensure we were completely satisfied. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely eat there again. Carvery was gorgeous

We visited for lunch on Monday 17 February, first day of half term. We booked a table and were promptly seated and told kids eat free. I ordered the chicken combo with napolins sauce, but they had no sauce. I was offered peppercorn sauce but I don't like it. Without the sauce my chicken was dry. Others in my party ordered burgers, even though they had lots of ingredients I was told they were bland and un-seasoned. Food wasn't very hot when it arrived and only the kids plates were hot, ours were cold. We were going to have desserts but they had run out of children's ice cream (free with kids meals). We left a bit disappointed.

My mum often visits Woodfield Farm for a carvery and she is never disappointed. The staff are always extremely helpful from the front of house staff to the carvery servers. In particular, our server Andrei has always been really lovely, attentive and polite (he takes time to ask how we are even when you can see he is extremely busy and always has a smile on his face). We have eaten carvery’s and off the main menu and often choose Woodfield Farm as our choice of place to eat out. (The dog boxes with scraps of meat always go down well with our pooches too!)

Popped in for breakfast to be greeted with the warmest welcome ever from Rebecca, and the most friendliest service at the till from Mandy. The breakfast was fantastic always and the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Will definitely return 😀

worst service i have ever had,steak pie should read lumps of fat and rubber in gravy with concrete pastry.15mins wait to get served at bar for a drink.would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I've been for breakfast and a carvery. I love a full English and this one didn't disappoint. Plus it's a buffet so it's good value for money. The carvery has a wide range of veg. I enjoyed it but I wish they would use the meat juices to make the gravy. If you have a dessert some of them are huge and can easily be shared between two. It's worth asking before buying. Great staff and atmosphere.

We were staying at the nearby Holiday Inn & thought we would eat at Woodfield Farm. It was a big mistake & if we are in the area again would not eat here. The only good thing was the roast beef, it was very tender. The roast potatoes were overcooked & the vegetables were too, there was very little variety & looked like it had been there for quite some time. It is on a par with the carvery near to where we live. It is called Beechwood Farm, so we are thinking it could belong to the same chain of pubs/restaurants. We couldn't stand the noise as there were a group who were almost shouting they were so loud. Sorry this review seems quite harsh but think you need to up your game.

My friend was waiting for his fish and chips for more than half an hour as most people got carvery. I got carvery, and the yorkshire pudding was a bit burnt and not a lot of meat was put on my plate. Plus I got ignored at the bar, I know I'm short but staff asked the man behind me what he wants and ignored me. It's a nice pub otherwise. The app doesn't have the option for soft drinks without ice, so I had to go to the bar and ask for drinks as it was too cold to have ice in my drinks 🤦‍♀️ The marz attack cake was on display yet when I've asked for some was not available and I was told if I want some to wait for 15 minutes
