kebab was nice and salad was fresh better than most I've tried

I got an delivery tonight and the donner kabab tasted disgusting 🤮 with looks of it it’s the last bits they had left overs and pizza was so thin and didn’t taste like margarita so disappointed 😞 never will I order here again

Food it amazing, especially the garlic pizza!! Staff and owner alway very friendly

Was really hot and delicious had a bad experience before because food came cold but this time it was good this is my regular takeaway

I’ll try to be fair. Half my order was great and was what we ordered. The other part was a doner wrap. It was missing salad and dressing and had hard small very hard bits in throughout that felt like they could crack a tooth! The meat was pretty tasteless and the wrap was dry and flaky and probably a bit stale. I called the shop but it just rang for a while with no answer so then contacted just eat who didn’t want to know. Unfortunate really because the other items were spot on

My first physical visit tonight, usually have delivery, but visiting my eldest daughter nearby gave the opportunity to meet the friendly staff in action. Sensational pizza as always, paprika chips delicious. Also recommend the cheesy chilli ? Bites Tried various pizza takeaways but this has been our go to place for a while. Thank you

I ordered 1 12'pizza and a wrap for wife when it arrived the driver said they made a mistake instead of a 12" they gave me 2 x10 " pizzas result very nice food highly recommended

ordered 3 burgers 🍔 and 1 10in garlic bread came to £22,90 delivered on time but with a catch the driver charged £10 on top for delivering in a deliveroo bag

The pizza was cold and the chips were hard

£3.90 delivery charge when I’m on the same rd less than half a mile . Disgusting! Pizza was poor, 2 pieces of Dona meat on the whole pizza. Would advise people against this place.

Took longer than I was quoted for delivery but it was worth it. Would definitely use again. Great food great prices still hot when arrived.

Placed an order through Uber Eats. It never arrived, their driver insists that he has delivered it when the item never showed up.

Sadly this isn't a good review, It is the second time upon consuming food from this establishment and ended up within a few hours. Saddens me to say you've lost my custom altogether now.

Pizza’s are really nice but went for a burger this time and it was awful, very poor quality. Chips tasted like they had been warmed up. Gave burger to the dog

Only recently started ordering from Mozza Prime. After just 3 orders so far, both me and my partner think they are the best we have had . (shame they don't do Bolognese, but I'm loving the Mexicano and Hot and Spicy pizzas) I'd certainly recommend and will definitely be using them again. Delicious pizza bases with plenty of gorgous topping !!

A counter-review to the one that Kerry Aspinall posted. In all the 4 years that I have ordered from Mozza Prime the food has been great, the customer service phenomenal. It is an honor for me to have been accepted as part of the team recently. It does however sadden me when people think that they can be rude to the people who work the tills, the cooks who make your food and still get a free garlic pizza as well as the garlic bread that was sent out because of a mistake on the menu that we were not even aware of. There are better ways to give us your criticism than being stubborn and not wanting to resolve the issue, my colleague stayed on the phone with you and offered reasonable solutions but you seemed to want the world and more. As for the other issues you have addressed, you could have given your complaints to the restaurant all those times and we would have been as helpful as possible. However, it appears that you hadn't and decided that now is the time to bring things to light that we weren't aware of, if something isn't right we encourage you to speak up as we don't bite.

Be aware the website is different to the store, ordered Garlic pizza that’s on the website, this is a garlic, cheese and tomato. This is now the third time this has happened, rang the store to let them know they have sent the wrong one again, only to be told they only do what they have on the menu in the store, and they don’t sell this in store, they do not look at the website, bad business practice to no know what they sell on line as well as store, lady on phone argued with me, after about 5 mins explaining they said they would send out another but I had to give back the one I have been given, this is also bad business, great customer service this is (not). I have ordered with them for a number of years but I am afraid I will no longer be ordering. Also ordered a chicken wrap with salad, and the salad was cabbage. Only part was the chips that were ok. Now sat waiting another hour to see if they do send out what I ordered, that will be a 2 hour wait for food. Never again. Dreadful service

Tried selling me microwaved food as fresh food. Saw him putting it in the microwave lol. Won't be going back. Very poor

Food was late taken nearly 1 hour to arrive. If I knew it be this long I would of ordered from somewhere else. Wont be using them again. Not even tried the food yet as it's not arrived. Tang they told me be with me within 5 mins but that 5 mins as been and gone. Comes cold and they can stick it where sun doesnt shine. Only giving 1 star due to it wont let me give 0.

Looking at the reviews on here I’m shocked, we order from here probably twice a month and the food is always AMAZING. Calzones are gorgeous and no grease on it at all and so tasty chips are always hot and the orders are always correct

Just order a donner burger it was the worse food ever never order again !!

Utterly disgusting! Rock hard kebab meat, probably re-heated from the day before (or even earlier) and burned pizza which was practically inedible. Without a doubt the worst take away meal I think we've ever had. Would give zero stars if possible.

Foods ok very slow delivery considering its less than a mile away.

Their online system ordered double so an order that should've been £19 became £38. We notices this around 15 minutes after placing the order but the staff were very abrupt and basically dismissed us as the order had already gone out (surely seeing 2 of everything is worthy of at lest checking). Furthermore the food arrived only luke warm and the portions/generosity of toppings is not as good when compared to some of their competitors who are priced roughly the same. I would strongly advise against using this establishment, especially if ordering online as their system appears to duplicate orders to get more money.

Payed extra for stuffed crust and could hardly see or taste the cheese the crust was hollow. Ordered cheesecake for after and was frozen solid. Took over an hour to defrost. Not bad if you want a cheap takeaway though

Placed an order on just eat... they accepted order. Fifteen minutes later I got a call saying I was too far and they cant deliver... I must collect. I live 2.6 miles away and paid up front including for DELIVERY... took 40 mins talking to Just Eat to get a refund. What a joke. Hour of my time wasted.

Worst ever. Chips cold and hard,burger like rubber, garlic bread cold and hard,forgot childrens bottled drink and lolly pop(orderd childrens meals) told driver who said id have to ring them so i did. Was told they would send drinks etc out and bottle of diet coke to say sorry it would be 20 minutes. Well 45 minutes later 2 cartons of juice arrive and a bottle of normal coke. Cant even get the apology right. Never again
