Florentinos Pizza in Doncaster

Was eating some leftovers for lunch, found this inside the actual dough sticking out, would not recommend clearly have no hygiene standards 🤮🤢

Notifications about when delivery is coming would be nice. Pizza we chose was good👍

Delivery was over an hour late and it was excuse after excuse when we called and told 3 times on separate occasions it was on its way. Blame game between manager and assistant on desk. Won’t be a returning customer but don’t think they’ll care much they didn’t when we called and that was after 1 hour of waiting! Order arrived 2 hours after it was placed.

Food was great as always but would have been better if the coleslaw I’d ordered had been delivered with it. Would recommend but please check orders before sending out as the missing item had been paid for.

Shocking delivery service. order took 50 mins when the pizza came looked like someone had sad on pizza box. Open box and pizza squashed. Not even baged up the pizza box. Delivery driver forgot my bottle of pop. HONESTLY PEOPLE DONT FCUKING BOTHER just moved to the area and the shop is a mile away If you want to try it go get it

Absolutely shocking service ordered a meal deal 2 the woman on the phone said you want mushrooms on garlic bread I said no no one likes mushrooms got mushrooms on garlic bread proceeded to look at my pizza no garlic on the pizza so rung up to ask what they would do about it they said they would send another garlic bread out to which I said that would be fine as for the pizza the woman said well there not gonna send another pizza out do you want some garlic butter to which I said no she went on to say well we’re busy what do you expect and then proceeded to put the phone down.

Food ready on time. Fresh and tasty as usual.

i love that restaurant and all of burgers but this is 2 time when i oredered Mexican burger and I don't get jalapeno.. but anyway its nice and tasty

Bang average food, nothing to shout home about, will not be ordering from here again. Ordered over £40 worth of food and no freebies (garlic bread), chips were cold and limp. Pizza might aswel of had no toppings on it and the Kebab was shit- no coleslaw, meat was dry as anything. What a waste of money. Do not order from here

Abaolulty lovely. Orders after a few glasses of wine, delivery driver was lovely and food tasted amazing. They had even drawn smiley faces on the wrapper of our food. 100% recommend!!!!

If I could give this place 10 stars even 100 I would. Food is sooooo good, tastes great, delivery fast and delivery staff friendly. I'm really happy as my son is autistic loves florentinos pizza and asks everyday to order. He says it's the only place cooks pizza to his standard and it tastes delicious.

Delicious food. The best pizza I have had for a while. Even though the delivery was within the approximate time. My food had clearly been ready for a while and just sat there going cold. When it reached me the pizza and chips could barely be called luke warm. I paid £3 delivery even though I live in the same village, as my child was getting ready for bed. In hindsight I would order it earlier and pick it up because as I said the pizza was delicious.

Click and collect order. Very polite and welcoming staff in the shop. Food piping hot, lovely quality and good portion size. No long waiting times. Would order again⭐️

I ordered here 4 years ago and it was terrible, iv given them another chance as must be better now, but sadly nope, ordered chicken shish kebab and got a few bits of chicken, no pitta bread, cold chips and cold chips with cheese, I called them back and they said they would send out a pitta bread but 40 mins later im still waiting and food is stone cold. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Garlic burger had no garlic on it and had cheese on Kids meal was tiny literally had about 10 chips and 2 chicken strips for £4,50. Garlic bread was very nice

If u like dry food this is the place for u, if u like sauce, this place rations it like we are still in ww2. They also cut the donner meat a bit thin, makes it have a weird texture like paper. Dunno why it takes over an hour to deliver food 2 mins round corner either

Woman who I rang saying my order wasn’t coming to the right address was really rude, telling me it was my problem but really it was the restaurant that set it to the wrong address.. lol
