The crispy chilli beef had more onions and peppers then beef, it’s a bit like a steak pasty more veg then meat, the sauces that accompanied the rest of the order was a bit tasteless 4 out of 10, come guys you can do so much better, I spent nearly £30 value it was worth about £10

Great tasting food and order was ready for when I collected.

first time ordering from here and so disappointed. Everything was cold except the chowmein. Things supposed to be crispy were soggy and full of liquid. Maybe just personal preference but I found it incredibly hard to stomach batter that was melting off shredded chicken due to being so wet. had to reheat what I could in the air fryer and added my own cornstarch to the sweet&sour as it was literally flavoured water. Paid so much money for food I had to cook myself. The Driver was lovely and polite

Prawn crackers were very very stale and everything in the tubs ( rice and chowmein ) was barley filled up

Food was very oily and salty used to be really good but since reopening the food quality has gone downhill such a shame as I order from here frequently but it was almost inedible gave it the benefit of the doubt as had a bad one the other week but think they must have changed cooks.

order was received piping hot, really tasty from a new vendor, very pleased with food. It was a little late, but on a Saturday night it was delivered within less than an hour, so good going!

Ordered beef chow mein, crispy seaweed and prawn toast, all great quality, no complaints , order made on time :)

The food is packed with flavour and you can tell it’s been cooked with passion. Everything arrived hot and we won’t be going anywhere else for our takeaways from now on! Friendly staff on the phone and everything was packed really well. Absolutely delicious!

Extremely frustrating that they allow their customers and delivery drivers to park blocking access to the residential properties in the area. Their delivery drivers are rude and drive dangerously fast and without care for children in the area. Owners won’t listen to any complaints.

Waited over 2 hours to receive my order while they kept changing the time further away on my order this was abomination to call that a Chinese all the spring rolls were soggy chips and curry were cold and there was more veggies in the chow mien than noodles and chicken never going here again

I usually order from Wong's a lot, but it has gone downhill over time. Quite often my last few orders have taken up to 2 hours from order, which would be forgivable if they kept you in the loop or apologised or gave a small gesture. I've called and it's always 'IT problems'.

Absolute joke of a chinese take away. Ordered at 18:39 with a time frame of 50-70 mins. I get one call at 19:55 saying there is an issue with the driver and there will be a half an hour delay. Skip forward to 21:45 - still no food. No real apology from the shop. No other order being sent out. No mention of a refund just “next time call direct and we’ll cover the payment”. There will be no next time. Now left hungry and angry and will never return. Thankfully ordered through an app so will pursue a refund through them. Phone lines are now closed with no resolution?? Are you serious?? J. O. K. E.

I ordered my delivery at 7pm and then we’re told a estimated delivery of 820pm to 845pm . I was then messaged to say it’s been delivered and enjoy the food . It’s now 910pm and I still not had my delivery . It’s now to late as it’s been over 2 hrs so I would like to cancel my order and have a full refund please .

Wongs must have changed hands or at least the chefs. I was looking forward to the food I knew from a while ago but it is no longer the same. Chicken was in lumps cut from a cooked breast. Spring rolls very poor but big. House special fried rice sticky and gloopy. Sorry Wongs you are no longer on my look forward list.

Unfortunately this time it was late, and the food isn't its usual tasty self! The rice was awful and while order wasn't hot.. Like warm at best. Disappointed especially because it was pricey too

The food was nice but I'm only giving it two stars because the curry sauce and the sweet and sour sauce were tiny and both of them were beyond salty this sweet and sour was very thin the consistency of water it was red but it was just salt it was inedible to be honest with you

The crispy chilli beef was inedible, the chips were undercooked and the chow mein smelt as unpleasant as it tasted. Waited over an hour for delivery and was definitely not worth it. Would not recommend at all and will not be using again.

Food over an hour late. When I called to ask about it they didn't even ask me anything to identify my order just told me I had already called (which I had not) and that the food left the takeaway "25 minutes ago" which is not acceptable. Food arrived cold, spring rolls soggy, part of the order was wrong, other parts were missing and what did arrive was bland.

Absolutely disgusting service! Ordered food at 17:10 and it stated delivery would be between 18:20-18:40. No order arrived. I asked the restaurant through just eat where my order was and it stated with the driver and would be here by 19:30. At 19:30 still not arrived bearing in mind we live 15minutes away from the restaurant. I then phoned the restaurant and spoke to a lady who half way through talking put the phone down on me!! When the food eventually arrived 3 hours after ordering, the delivery guy was very apologetic and generally a nice guy. I certainly will not be ordering from here again!!!! Disgusting

Over an hour late. Still waiting. Response when i called was "it left with the driver 25 minutes ago". Insisted I had called previously when I had not. Did not even ask name to check the order etc. Food leaving the restaurant 25 mins ago is not acceptable. Can't wait for my cold food to be delivered to my house on the moon.

Great food last time. But today it was poor to say the least.. quality control needed. How you can go from one of the best to one of the worse is beyond me . .. far better for nearly £30

The food was amazing as normal but due to an accident of one of the delivery drivers and a call from the restaurant, lt was easier to collect as had a child at home so didn't want it to be too late, they did refund me delivery cost which was really nice of them.

The crispy chilli beef was very rubbery and the quantity of chicken balls was poor. I would not return. The delivery lady was nice though.

Used wongs as our Chinese takeaway for years, never had a bad meal and won’t go any where else.. Smoked shredded chicken, salt n pepper prawns & chicken are amazing dishes, enjoy..!

Really salty, I was quite disappointed as the food is usually lush.

Not good quality at all. Order was incorrect, the taste was off, the sauces were poor, not enough sauce on some others were drowned. Won’t be using this one again

Worst chinese I've ever had (with the best customer service). Ordered the satay chicken and when it arrived it was pieces of chicken floating in a tub of oil with no satay sauce. Rang the restaurant as assumed it was a mistake and they immediately offered to redeliver another portion and threw in 2 extra boiled rice as they said the boiled rice I received with my original order would be cold. I was amazed at how understanding and generous they were. However, when the new order arrived, it was the exact same, pieces of chicken swimming in oil. I tried to just pick out the chicken bits but I physically couldn't eat it as it made me feel so ill. The oiliest meal I've ever seen in my life. I always order the satay chicken and not once have I ever seen it cooked like this.

Greasy food wouldn't order again. Chicken rubbery and burnt on skewers binned most of the food.

Sadly, the only two positive reviews I can leave here are; the plain chow mein noodles were lovely and the delivery driver was brilliant. However, I will not be ordering from Wongs again for the following reasons. The Malaysian chicken satay starter - The chicken was fine, however there was no sauce, just oil and some really bitter tasting burnt nut paste. The Satay duck main - The dish was once again just utterly saturated with oil, the duck was overdone and incredibly dry and there was not even a hint of either peanut or sauce; again there was so much oil in it, I was expecting a brace of activists to slow march past the door! The Pineapple fritters - nothing too bad to say about them, they just tasted bland is all.
