Lovely pub full of lovely people! Locals and staff are amazing, excellent service and always something happening, whether it's live music on a Saturday night or the pub quiz on a Wednesday, there's something for everyone

Would definitely recommend visiting when in the area, I’ve been a handful of times and everything has been very well priced. Sunday lunch was 2 courses for £18 and was really good! Portions were very generous and food was fresh and piping hot. Took a little while for the food to come out so I do not recommend if you are in a time crunch

Staying here for my first business trip away. With it all being very new to me I was apprehensive about how it all worked, but the two ladies on reception I was met with welcomed me wonderfully. I cannot remember their names but they were excellent! Being greeted with a smile goes a long way! I’m back again in a weeks time and feel good about returning!!
