have had to two separate home deliveries...cant find any fault in the food 🍲 or in customer service and deliveries. would use this take away again .friendly customer service

So I came in and ordered Chicken balls , Char you Pork in BBQ sauce and special chow mein which all came to 26£ , as I left I realised the prawn crackers had not been put in so I went back in and the workers were extremely confused , after 5 minutes of explaining I recieved my prawn crackers and left to go home (15 minute walk) I wish I had checked all of my things at the shop but to my arrival at home I had been given the wrong meal altogether (I didn’t want to check in store as it takes ages to get out of containers) , I then phoned up and explained and asked if they could drop me round my right meal and I would happily pay an extra fiver but the lady said they had no delivery drivers there (which was a lie as I had seen 2 seated in there next to just eat bags) and that I had to come back to get my meal changed. I’m 19 years old and payed 25£ which to me is a lot of money for a meal I didn’t eat nor enjoy , I couldn’t go back up there as it was getting late and my family were also eating so parts would’ve been cold by the time I was back . Really annoyed to be honest and defo won’t be coming back. The communication was appalling no one could understand anything I was saying. I’m very respectful that not everyone speaks English but when you run an establishment that requires you to communicate with others , someone should know the native language otherwise orders are going to continue to be mucked up. Get an interpretator , and actually listen to orders instead of rushing everything and getting it wrong. P.s the prawn crackers were yellow and the chicken balls tasted old and as if they had been microwaved. Ridiculous!!!!
