Eaten from here for 10 years. Always easy to order, quick delivery and yummy food

Worst Chinese ive ever had. All over cooked and tasted like dirty oil. First and last time i'll be buying food from here!

Unsatisfactory resolve. The stars I have given are based solely on this order. Messed up order and said they will get the items switched in 10 minutes, so waited to dish up our meal, believing this to be true. 15 minutes later rang in to explain we are waiting to serve dinner to be told driver is on the way. 10 minutes later, the item turns up, so re-heated dinner in the microwave. 1. If I wanted a microwave dinner, I would have gone to the supermarket. 2. The chips and chicken balls part of the order do not do well in a microwave, at the very least they should have been replaced aswell if they new it was going to take longer than the stated 10 minutes. 3. No apology from both phone calls or the driver, just an interrogation on what I said I ordered, which by the way was reiterated by me and then read back to me by them. 4. I live 3 minutes from the shop, so that would suggest the driver delivered elsewhere before replacing my order, as it took another 10 minutes after ringing in a second time to receive my meal. Surely, someone who has a partial order should be the priority?

Best Chinese food always piping hot and fast delivery.

Ordered the chicken balls, chicken chow main, vegetable chow main and peanut sauce. They were absolutely brilliant and will be ordering again. Fully recommend. Plus delivery time is super quick and staff super friendly.

Ordered sweet and sour Chinese style with egg fried rice…..totally disgusting no taste……🙁 won’t be going back!!

My mum always buys 3 take away plates of noodles from Wong Hing, we buy vegetarian ones as we are vegetarian but on Friday 11/03/2023 when she bought it home and arrived at 11pm. I tried the first box and it was filled with chicken. So my mom called them on 12/03/2023 to complain about it as we are vegetarian and the manager told us she will only exchange one plate as she knew that she gave us the wrong order, instead of vegetarian they gave us non-veg.

Reply of the Response from the Owner If you knew that only one of them was chicken chow mein then why did you give it to me. How come you are sure that rest of the boxes were vegetarian chow mein. Also, do you think that after eating chicken in the first box I was going to eat and check for chicken in the rest of the boxes. I threw all three boxes in the bin. I don't need a free chow mein which you offered me rudely over the phone. As you were questioning me why didn't I call you earlier. You were not even bother to reply of the message of Messenger. Original Review I order 3 plain chow mein from Wong Hing every weekend and me and my children love their food which is why we order every weekend. I am disappointed as on Friday 10th March 2023 I ordered 3 plain chow mein again however they gave me chicken chow mein and I did not realise until I got home and the restaurant was closed by the time I realised. I am also vegetarian due to religions reasons and I am disappointed. I called Wong Hing the next day and said that they will give me 1 free chow mein instead of giving me replacement for all 3. I feel disgraced as I should get a replacement for all 3. I definitely won't be going back and will order food from somewhere else in the future. I advise everyone to check what they are given before taking it home.

So glad we tried Wong Hing, The delivery time was under 30mins. The food was brilliant. There was a sweet chilli source, which goes lovely with chicken balls. We will, order again.

Twice in a row now food has mot been hot and the chicken chewy. Did offer to replace but wasn't interest as I had it to go with stuff I cooked at home. Very disappointed.

We were recommended to try this Chinese as found others on the island were nothing special. The food is not only plentiful but delicious. This is now our number one

Th food was ok. I had a Thai curry and the king prawn were very small and lacking of flavour. My partner and kids enjoy the food and will probably order again.

Over cooked, no flavour. Sauce was watery. Chips and spring rolls burnt and rice bland

Although their food is adequate, frequently get order wrong and when you try to talk to them they have a tendency to blank you. Service with a scowl!

Very disappointed in the food tasteless, over cooked, a waste of money the star for the quick delivery.

Rarely do i give a 1star review but this was shocking. First of all I was told card payments could only be taken for payments over £25. 20minutes later my food arrived ( was told 35-45 minutes so was quite shocked) The chips were so hard I couldn't put my fork in them...like yesturdays chips warmed in the microwave, the chow mein was burnt,the chilli salt chicken was also burnt and the special fried rice was cold. When I phoned to complain I was told to put the food back in the containers and give them back to the driver to make sure I hadn't eaten it 😅 The driver brought " fresh rice and chips" rice was hot but very dry to prob microwaved and the chips were the same as the chips I returned. No apology or offer of a refund. Will not be using this place again. Shocking !!!

Sorry but I don't like putting places down but this was bad very bad but maybe can learn from reviews....chicken satay dry and tastless the chips I'm sorry but disgusting rock hard like brick burnt no one could eat them dumped .... cungpo was soggy and chewy chicken chips and gravey ruined by using same chips

Possibly the worst meal I have had from here (ever) they used to be so nice but tonight's meal has gone to the bin. Egg fried rice was burnt, sweet and sour balls over cooked and the lemon chicken was like rubber. Very disappointed, think I'll stick to iceland Chinese take away from now on 😔

Great food! Great taste the receptionist Sophie recommend afew dishes and they were lovely. Would definitely recommend this takeaway.

Would of given it 0 stars, was disgusting, no flavour at all. Satay chicken with no sauce , chow mein flavourless, pancake roll wasnt even pancake roll was covered in batter! Expensive for the quality of food, absolutely disgusting will never be returning here again

Used to be a good Chinese takeaway but recently the last 2 or 3 orders we've had have been well below standard. You've lost our business now and won't be using you again. Prawn toast was dry and stale. Pork curry was nothing but fatty rubber. Chow mein was dry and tasteless. Even your crispy seaweed was tasteless. Will be trying another Chinese takeaway from now on.

Recently had delivery. Prompt, hot and thoroughly enjoyable. Pancake rolls, chow mein, chicken balls, beef in black bean sauce and curry sauce. All very tasty.
