Never again. Really upset stomach from all that ate there

Coffee disgusting I now have coke because the coffee is awful weak and hardly warm

Went to the cafe and ordered hot chocolate and fizzy drink in a cup, though the Internet, only to find out that both machines were broken. Another customer said it's been like that for at least a week. The staff did give me 2 bottle drinks to compensate, but I was looking forward to my unlimited refill of hot chocolate. I also ordered an ultimate breakfast, which I usually love, all day breakfast, was bland and tasted weird, I'd say the only thing I liked the taste of was the beans. The hashbrowns tasted weird, and the sausages bland. It was a very disappointing time, probably not gonna eat there again.

The food was OK. Could have been a bit warmer. I didn't get the tomato ketchup I ordered, and the juice was not from the fridge.

Lovely breakfast but the black pudding was missing

First time ordering so was a bit sceptical bit the delivery and food was delicious, piping hot

Food luke warm, horrible cold beans and hair in my egg. No customer service so couldn't complain, staff were just hiding in back.Will not eat there again.

Food was cold and soggy, even the cardboard boxes were soggy by the time it turned up. Think transporting packaging needs to be addressed.

Not bad but black pudding missing from order

False advertisement - the veggie burger patty is not as described or as the picture. It is a patty full veg and breadcrumb :( Coleslaw missing from my order too.

Came completely fallen apart and stuck to the meal box and had to be messily repieced together. Also, its one thing to charge for the sauce packets that are free in store, but to charge for them then not actually deliver them?

Dont live near, but when passing always pop in good for buying plants at really good prices, love there bread cakes especially there sugar coated scons. Lot's of choices of food at reasonable prices, and a cafe you can buy cream teas cooked meals and lots more.

Cold food. Fried bread should be called dripping bread. Presentation looked like a compost heap. How do they manage to keep up such low standards. Staff more interested in chatting than serving. Poor quality food. Rude and ignorant staff

Great value vegan breakfast. Despite being very busy the café staff were friendly and kind. Highly recommended

What a complete disgusting place rude staff and run out of breakfast today heard all the excuses that they run out of food when this is a supermarket then admitted that they use a cheaper grade of food for the cafe terrible management running this store and the staff are treated badly would like a reply to this situation please.

Quiet, comfortable and a good price with large selection of food

Had to order food at the till, the woman was rude to a gentleman who asked for some sauces, I tried to talk through my mask and she snapped "I CANT HEAR YOU" and I apologised already feeling rubbish, I asked about what hot food they do. She angrily threw the menu at me and dissapeared to the back. I put the menu down and calmly walked out. There was no need to be rude and trying to deal living in this hard time, I worked in customer service so I get it. But if your having a bad day dont take it out on customers. I mark this Zero stars

Arried after school with the grandkids, checked in using the covid app, got to the till, and the guy serving got all officious saying we needed to fill in a form as well, so what's the point of checking in using the app, then we asked for some ketchup when the meals arrived, we got a look of utter contempt from the woman who told us " if we have any left" then disappeared and never came back, a lot of customer service training wouldn't go amiss, we were polite and followed all the rules, got the impression they didn't want to be there

Great food, well cooked, same level in most Morrisons around the UK. Very reasonable prices even without discount. Morrisons cafe in Hadleigh is our favourite. Fish & chips is the best.

Just had fish and chips for my evening meal and I enjoy it was hot and cooked just right

Had our learning disability bowling group's Christmas lunch here today. The food was delicious and we were looked after so well but the fantastic staff at the cafe. We throughly recommend the cafe in Hadleigh and will definitely be booking here for next Christmas!

Unable to provide certain things on the breakfasts, if only there was a shop near by! (Hash browns) Offered alternative items and even then, these were not brought out, had to ask multiple times and there were other items missed off. Porridge, what can I say? Half a pack of oats and then warmed in microwave, hard enough to remove teeth and yet a good alternative to plaster and filler for your walls. Told staff it wasn't cooked, and was offered a new bowl of porridge, however it was the same bowl and just microwaved a bit more. It even had the spoon mark from the previous try. I was assured it wasn't the same. I'm from out of area and this is the second time we've visited here. First visit was a similar experience (8 months ago) but gave it the benefit of the doubt. Now, never again! AVOID

Lovely staff, nicely prepared food. A world of difference from Canvey Morrisons nearby.

Really Awfull breakfast..cold egg, bacon looked like it had been boiled..left the lot..never again.

As usual unable to provide chicken dinners, and other items on the menu. Never have an mustard or horseradish and cutlery is stained. Always disappointing.

We often stop off here, The big breakfast is really nice and good value theres always offers like kids eat free from 3pm, my only criticism is that they often run out of lots of things on the menu

I love Morrisons. I meet people of my age who have similar intetests and I love the food. The breakfast is to die for and at my age I will one day. The cashier gave me a free cup of coffee because I didn't work the machine to full capacity. Kindness. Clean. The fish and chips are fresh and incredibly good! I want to live here. Any spare room for a night watchman? Woman? X

Had fish and chips and the fish was cold and raw and when I said about it the young girl was rude she said that it was supposed to be like that and I asked for my money back and she said that l couldn't have it so l went to the manager and got my money back and a£20 voucher

Very good, proper, tasty breakfast, set me up for the day, definitely recommended

Came in for some lunch, ordered the all day brunch, I get that it's pretty cheap but the whole plate was swimming in oil, bacon was hard and dry, chips were subpar. Ordered toast with it and it came out rock solid and cold. Was just inedible. Will not be eating there again.

10/10 service with a smile! Good food and for a supermarket cafe, a great atmosphere. Sarah was my waitress and made the simple experience of a full English breakfast one to remember! Definitely recommend and will be returning.

Morrisons cafe food was horrible. Chip's cooked more than once. Burger overcooked and dry. And I advised them that the coleslaw was off. And he said it's in date. He didn't show me the tub with the date on. Yuk.

Have to be honest we go there for convenience, especially if we're running late and need a quick bite. Let's be clear, this rating is a median average, with food being 2 stars and staff helpfulness a 4. The food is generally poor quality and, sometimes, not cooked with care - tough and/or dry meats for example. I'm only comparing with other supermarket restaurants too. The machine prepared cappuccino also tastes weak.
