McDonald's in Castle Point

Stopped using the drive thru as always made to park up or order turns up wrong. Went into the restaurant today to order and when arrived home items missing.

This is one of the worst McDonald's for making you wating iv ever seen

Always expect to wait for your meal not matter what you order, you will be asked to park up!

Very poor service would not recommend coming here manager are useless and are not problem solver more like robots with no common sense

I ordered food form there cold food and the drink was all melted ice one better of going Basildon manager are useless at canvey

Took 45 minutes to deliver our food. He was right by us and didn't deliver. He drove all over before delivering to us. The food arrived cold 😝. Also gave instructions to not ring the bell..guess what he bloody rung the bell. Twat!

Absolutely terrible store, every time I've been i go through the drive through there's a 10 minute wait parked up and waiting for ya food , how is that fast food They need to stop doing just eat and user eats and worry about in store customers

They will serve you from the till, instead of pointing you to the giant iPad you’ve already seen and walked past. Clean, you can see who’s in charge almost instantly. Running a tight ship. Actually can’t believe I just 5 stared a mc Donald’s.

Yet again got my order short..checked it in drive through and had to go back in and rectify...no apology or anything...sick of this place!! Sort it out and sort your rude staff out

paying for dips every week and they never come with the order. even the dips that are supposed to come with a meal are never delivered. wouldn't mind if it was a one off but it's every single time

It's McDonalds. You're not going for gourmet food. Just something quick, hot, and leaves you feeling a little bit gross after. However, the service at the location is appalling. Every single order we've had has items missing or is wrong in some way. The milkshakes we had tonight were watery and tasted wrong. They put the wrong burger in the bag. My husband waited over 20 minutes for the order to be fulfilled on the click and collect, even though the restaurant wasn't overly busy. Then the order was wrong. If it wasn't the only McDonald's on the island we wouldn't bother.

We had a wrong drink, receiving an oasis instead of a large vanilla milkshake. And no toys with our Minecraft Happy Meal.

Very unhappy with delivery driver contacted to say to come down to collect food.Didn't press the buzzer also left food on floor with bag ripped open food was freezing cold

This is one of the worst McDonald's there is I order from Uber eats and when it gets here it's cold the fries are like they are five days old the food is slipped about and they get your order mixed up most of the time the food quality is very poor I love McDonald's but getting in canvey is really bad.

3 large fries were actually 3 regular fries in large containers. It’s the 4th time this has happened. Now I have to order a large fries and a regular fries per person to actually get a large fries portion. McDonald’s need to seriously sort this out. Better profit for them rubbish customer service and unsatisfied customers- do they care probably not as they make so much money and it’s a regular occurrence. And for the 3rd time the drinks order was wrong. Very unhappy children 🥲

This establishment is horrible. They always forget something, never pick up from window, we had to wait 45 mins to get our food. Only a few workers are nice,the food gets expensiver and smaller. Truly horrible.

Check your order if your getting take away sauce and fruit pie not in bag when I got home

It took over an hour to get my food

Ordered at 5.30 and food arrived ar 7.30pm the label stated the food had been prepared at 6.19pm. I was unable to cancel the order and it arrived cold and we only 2 mozarella sticks instead of 3

Cold chips and missing half my order

first of it was late I was waiting for hours and secondly I opened the bag when it was delivered and it was the complete wrong order I'm absolutely fuming!

Just used the drive trough to get ice creams, but the queue was short so very quick service. As for food, it's a McDonald's, so you know what you're going to be getting when it comes to food.

original delivery time was 20:55 arrived at 21:15, which isn't awful but having the drinks half empty because they were not upright was a bit of salt in the wound for it being 20 minutes late

Customer service shocking, always messing up orders! The fowl language of some teens are a joke who work there. And the food is crap but what more can you ask for from mc donalds!

Fast service, i enjoyed the Philly Cheese Stack meal, my favourite McDonald's burger, minus the pickles. We found a seat easily, I think it was grandparents' and grandchildren time, as there were a few of us. I will be going again.

Drive Thru but most times a 20 min wait for food!

Always something missing, no dips, bag wasn’t sealed so everything arrived freezing cold. Can never get a refund but if you go in person to the drive thru you end up waiting in the car park for 45 mins

Honestly every single time with this McDonald's! Just get it right! Ordered a share box with all the dips missing. Large chips with less than half in the box. Delivery bag open as not closer properly with bag cover thing half stuck on. Food freezing cold. What is wrong with this McDonald's.

Missing item which was noticed as I always check before leaving. The big tasty burgers should be renamed lukewarm big tasty burgers both burgers were warm and that was bringing them home in a Thermal bag on a six minute journey

My order turned up but there was a medium chocolate milkshake rather than than a large! There was no straw and the large chips were put upside down in the bag.. So I’m not happy .
