McDonald's in Castle Point

No problem with the food quality, but the service speed is horrendous. Waited 20 minutes for a Big Mac, chips and a Cola. No sense of urgency, all just young kids who couldn’t care less.

Really piss off I ordered two big mac meals with milk shakes and a extra big mac when I got home two big macs not three,make you angry because the price of them is so expensive now,piss right off gave them ticket as well when I collected good so I've been Rob by mac Donald. Hope they get Rob today see how they feel.

Drive thru that is not a drive thru. Being asked to park while they prepare the order and cant put menu on the screen. Come on

Great location with parking and everything clean and tidy.

Absolute shambles this place is. Every single time you order through the drive thru "park up please" you sit there waiting with your mcflurry melting for 10-15mins, then when your food arrives chips are stone cold and your given a single quarter pounder instead of a double and you have the pleasure of eating your melted mcflurry. After the 6th time in a row of being asked to park up I demanded a refund to suddenly "we can do it now" and I was served my food within 30 seconds if that!! I won't be wasting my time or money anymore..

Half the meal missing out of multiple bags with labels explaining what should be in each bag. Impressive.

Delivery was at the end of the time notified. Driver could not find address although this is understandable with new drivers. What should have been hot was cold and what should have been cold was warm.

order turned up missing 3 big tasty burgers. contacted MacDonald, was told to contact just eat. which was just an automated message. had to use the help function on the app, which just gave me a refund. still no burgers. ordered 3 more which cost me more than my refund, due to another delivery charge. contacted MacDonald & was assured the burgers would be delivered ASAP. 50 mins later 3 cold big tasty's turned up. very poor customer service.

They always start cooking late when the order is late in the evening and thus make the driver wait unnecessarily which is unfair to them and make our food delivery late.

Everything was good apart from getting the new cheesy mccrispy how I didn’t want it… i asked to take off the onion chutney, lettuce and the cheese sauce but it came with it all in… extremely dangerous if someone is allergic to onion chutney because you can hardly see it until you take a bite.

Unacceptable - McDonald’s team need to check carefully regarding the orders that come in from the public using the apps and pay good money for the goods they ordered! Missing item which was noticed as I always check before leaving. The big tasty burgers should be renamed lukewarm big tasty burgers both burgers were tepid and that was bringing them home in a proper bag on a six minute journey

I'm a bit fed up that yet again we received no dips This time I ordered 5 BBQ dips separately because they always seem to leave them out of the happy Keal, so not only did they not put a dip in the Happy Meal, they also didn't include the 5 that I paid for separately. Also no steam for the drinks

'hot' chocolate was icy cold to the point it was like it had been sat in a fridge. dip didn't arrive, nor did any straws for cold drinks. phoned store to speak with manager, partner is a soux chef and wanted to let them know so they could check store temperatures are correct - told us there's nothing she can do they're busy just request a refund. ordered as we'd just returned home with our children from an event, ended up having to cook after a long day anyway.

Unfortunately this delivery wasn't one of the best. Driver took ages to arrive and on map seemed to be delayed. Arrived to find drink spilt and about an inch left in pot. Ice cream melted and dripping out. Food stone cold. Just pointless.

Loyal customer to McDonald’s. But sadly again food was stone COLD, no napkins, straws or sauces that should have been with the order. Gutted considering how much money goes towards us public paying for McDonald’s food. Staff need to be alerted bout this to make their deliveries better and not to be badly branded for future.

The chips were cold… especially the fries in the happy meal, and no dip. Also the Oasis came spilled in the bag a little. Apart from that, good service.

35 minutes to get my order whilst being told stupid excuses why I had to wait so long and in all that time waiting I was ignored when try to get attention of staff to find out what was happening with my order when I finally got my order and got home items where missing when I called to complain I was told if I wanted the rest of my order I could have next time I came in soi had to all the way back to get my sons meal the attitude of the majority of staff was disgusting to say the least only one member of staff actually apologised as she knows I regularly take my son here. Today though I witnessed so many orders missing items and they had to come and complain. Someone clearly needs more training or to stop talking about what there going to be doing on there Friday night and pay attention to there job
