Best Chinese takeaway in canvey island!

We have a pest experience and worst service from this place . I was ordered for veg noodle they send chicken still I call them explain 2 time call them each time they said they will change it but nothing been done . Whole family dinner got spoiled because of these people . Shame on them and shame on their service .

Have been using Tasty since we moved to the Island 5 years ago and have not had a bad meal always Tasty and enjoyable food for out taste, friends we have over always enjoy it too so can't say anything negative, keep up the good cooking Tasty

1st time I've tried this Chinese. Food was hot and was excellent . Good portion sizes too .highly recommend.

50 minutes went by and still wasn’t here so I ringed them up and they said it’s just leaving now

I love chinese food and this place really hits the spot! I love the customer service very nice people over the phone, and the delivery sometimes is delayed but overall very great shop and an underrated.

I'll start off with £4 for plain (mushy) rice! Curry wasn't great. Oh and a delivery charge has now appeared! Yeah I agree that this used to be a very TASTY Chinese, but like most places now its all overpriced and underwhelming...brexit? Or people getting greedy?

Amazing Chinese in Canvey. I've been ordering for a year, and it's always been consistent. They have heaters in the winter, so it's always warm. Try the duck and chips with curry sauce. Best items on the menu. Try it they won't disappoint you.

I got the spring rolls and chicken chow mein. Definitely a must try

So disappointed Tasty used to be my favourite Chinese. Ordered today prices gone up a lot so I requested a menu did not get one. and the food was not great some of the order was incorrect ordered lemon chicken got or Angela chicken which is as dry and tough would not recommend. Used to be my favourite Chinese would never order from here again. Food quality has really diminished

Was a lovely chinese with really nice people working their, but sounds like the staff that work their now are not very friendly when things go wrong. Ive always said look after your customers and they will look after you. Shocking reviews. Such a shame.

Lovely food but got 1chow mein and something with vegetables in it instead of a chicken fried rice got asked to take the order back when I got home with the supposedly correct order I had 2 chow meins I phoned again and was told I would have the rice delivered within 5 minutes still waiting for the rice and now the chips are cold very disappointed with this customer experience

Overpriced barely warm I would advise anyone to go elsewhere there are much better nearby

Tried this takeaway last night the was barely warm and not very nice also expensive I would not recommend. There are much better takeaways near by

Spent over £50 on an order when I arrived to collect I was given someone else's order which was much less than what I ordered when I asked to be refunded the difference in price they refused when I complained I was met with abuse I certainly wouldn't recommend this place .totally unprofessional I will never use again .UPDATED your arrogance is unbelievable you messed order up and say its my fault your staff are extremely rude and arrogant. I hope people read this review before they order with you.

This must be the worst takeaway in canvey. Bad service expensive prices and terrible food I would advise anyone not to use there are much better nearby

First time trying this takeaway after the last one, great quality and service and this is surprising as i’m a quite picky eater. Recommend if you love Chinese dishes

We always order different takeaways every weekend and this takeaway was fabulous we will be coming back as my kids and my husband enjoyed this.

We have been disappointed a few times food always hot on outside cold in the middle. My husband has pointed this out a few times to the shop but really not interested. Such a shame because when it's good it's good but never consistent

Been a regular customer , called as usual to have a takeaway delivered but the gir who answered refused to deliver unless i spent over £15 , i said i would pay the delivery charged as i usual do , as they advertise delivery charge of £1 if under £15 , but the girl still refused my order . Told her they have now lost a customer ... alright was the reply !. It seems they were happy to deliver with a delivery charge during covid but the day restrictions are lifted the customer does not matter , good news is there are plenty of other chineese on canvey that do deliver and have customer care .

We always use Tasty Chineese takeaway and was having a meal with friends last night. We all had a lovely meal the service was good arrived on time and hot. I felt that I needed to comment as there have been some negative reviews lately. Well done and thank you and I would definitely recommend

Will not be using this takeaway again. Food was sub standard and not edible. Also order was for £35 and no free prawn crackers. We hesitantly called to inform them of our disappointment and were told 'if you don't like the food don't order from us again'. We won't be.

Food is great and at a good price

I gave this place a 2nd chance today and this will be my last time. Cold food arrived and after talking with the owner/Manager she offer us 20% off but unfortunately she did offer that when we did get cold food last time but unfortunately when I ask her about 20% off she refused because she couldn't remember.....

The food tastes lovely but we’ve had many orders where it’s been partially or wrongly delivered. Tonight was the last straw. My husband asked for prawn crackers (with our £30) order, which didn’t arrive. When he called to ask where they were, and if the missing part of the original order could be sent out - the response was to argue about whether they were originally ordered - and then to ask if he wanted to pay for them with cash or card. If a restaurant can’t give out a free bag of prawn crackers - or demonstrate even the smallest amount of gratitude or customer service - then I dread to think what the standards are in the kitchen. Categorically will never order again from a company who treats repeat customers like an inconvenience. If

Phoned orders at 4 min after 5 barring in mind that they open at 5 had to wait 1hour and 10 minutes for delivery phoned to complain a d was spoken to rudely I will not be back again as a regular customer some times twice a week I will now invest my money somewhere else

We ordered a meal for 3 the pancake roll was missing and the size of the potions was no different from when we had the meal for 2 also great big black hairs visible in the bag of crackers before we even opened them , we phone to tell them and they weren’t interested at all offered to send just a pancake roll . I explained the whole meal was not any different it was for only 2 people they didn’t want to know, that with a curry came to £42.60 really awful and not worth the money. The quality was really bad.

If i could I would give it NO STARS. I Ordered chicking chow main and chips and curry sauce they forgot the curry sauce the chiness felt like i was drinking a pint of oil from a glass chips stone cold called them back found the pretty rude. So for everyone who likes drinking lots of oil and eating cold chips this is the place for you.

That was pretty much the best Chinese food I have ever had in my entire life. Sorry I didn’t take any photos of the food but I ate it all. Dont feel gluggy after it like I usually do, I actually feel uplifted.
