Wolfies in Cheltenham

Been a few times and it’s always busy. Staff are friendly. I had a chicken and cheese toastie and sadly it was just warm bread not a toastie. Will try something else next time which I’m hoping will be better. Cakes were nice and the menu choice is vast.

Great sandwich shop. Quality ingredients, great selection and nice service. Family-run. Highly recommend.

I actually can’t rave about this place enough! Rach and Emily are absolutely amazing and look after everyone! The food is incredible and wouldn’t go anywhere else in Chelts for my lunch! Thanks for always looking after me :)

I'm visiting from the US (Texas specifically) and I had the pulled pork for lunch. Delicious! We take our pulled pork very seriously so I was thrilled when it tasted amazing and I'll definitely be back for another one before I leave.

Been going here for a few years now, I love the choice and you can tailor the sandwich to your own preferences and if you like a full sandwich then ask for extra filling! Always a warm welcome from the front of house staff. A good wholesome run family business. Way better value for money than the skinny dry sandwiches off the shelf!

A slice of cheese and a slice of pastrami doesn't constitute a sandwich filling, shame as it was tasty but was mainly bread and cucumber. I'd expect a few slices of cheese and pastrami in a sandwich

The sandwiches here are probably the best in Cheltenham, and such good value too!

Wolfies did a fantastic job of catering for a large conference that we held at BPE. We ordered lunch catering for 50 people and breakfast rolls for 40 and the food was delicious, well labelled and arrived ahead of time! Thanks so much to Rachel and the team for taking our last minute booking - it was much appreciated by everyone. Fantastic that they were so mindful of our guests that were gluten free, vegetarian and no pork too!

10/10 Probably the best takeaway sandwich 🥪 shop in Cheltenham. Best selection of sandwiches I have ever seen! So much to choose from. Great 😊 tasting and great food and fast service with a smile. A message to every other wannabe sandwich and coffee shop in Cheltenham. We don’t want bland paninis or weird avocado 🥑 strange sounding pretentious overpriced nonsense, that tastes drab. We want just good quality tasty sandwiches. This is how it’s done guys, it’s not rocket science. It’s just hard work and passion and good customer service. Well done 👍 Wolfies. You now have a customer for life.

A decent and clearly popular lunch spot. The team know how to get it done fast. The Reuben is made with corned beef English style, which I questioned but is not a mistranslation from American salt beef. So I gave it a hard pass as that makes it not a Reuben and I just don't like our corned beef cold, needs to be warm or it's too pastey on the mouth. The sandwich I did have was well balanced with meat, cheese and pickles but was loaded all in the centre, so I had to take apart and redistribute. The sausage roll was mega!

Delicious food and fabulous customer service! We ordered a mixed lunch platter for a training day and everyone was so impressed. Great mixture of sandwiches, pastries, chicken skewers and the cake platter was to die for! We will definitely be ordering from Wolfies next time we need a working lunch! Thank you :)

It was my first visit today, and wow what a great place. Amazing range of fillings, breakfasts, salads, jacket spuds etc., and very friendly and helpful staff. Wolfies is now my new go to place for lunch..

Since my usually frequented sandwich shop closed during the lockdown, I have been looking for a place to replace my lunchtime cravings. Wolfing serves a cracking selection of breaded delights as well as salads, jackets and a load more. Their godfather baguette hits the spot every time and its at a great price. Staff are always friendly and the shop is well maintained.

I have had several takeaway afternoon teas made by Woolfies, they have been brilliant, we had a mixture of gluten free and vegan and all our needs were catered for. A mixture of savoury and sweet that we could change if we needed to and such a great variety to choose from. Really good value for money and delivered by lovely friendly staff. Thank you.

Fabulous individual cream tea in a box with a group of great friends in the park today. Excellent mix of savoury and sweet items. Sausage rolls amazing. Choux pastry rich and light. Absolutely stuffed. Lovely way to spend an afternoon with food taken care of for you.

The best sandwiches in Cheltenham - go for the roast pork or sausages! The coffee isn’t great, but that’s not why you’re here. Lovely staff too.

Sandwiches just aren't worth it, the bread is thinly sliced, so you don't get the luxury of a fresh thick sandwich, way cheaper and no worse buying supermarket bread. The mocha tasted like bitter murky water.

Was attending meeting in offices near here. Was suggested to try Wolfies. Impressed at the large range of options. I selected simple 101 egg and cress. Was prepped in just a few minutes. Lovely portion size, not too large. Well filled sandwitch, very nice bread. Prices I though very reasonable even for the fancy butties. Will get lunch from here anytime I'm in the area. From some of the banter as people were waiting a few mins for their buttie to be prepared, some folks been going their for quite a while. Was a very good lunch buttie.

Awefull service, tasteless food. After putting an order in 5 minutes before the rush came through the door, my bap was served to two subsequent customers before I received my own (which did not come with napkins). The bread may as well have been picked up from ASDA bakery and the contents (aside from being bland) sent me to the restrooms to involuntarily empty my stomach little over an hour later. Will Never visit again, if your pushed for time during lunch I would recommend picking a sandwich from the fridge at Sainsbury's!

Excellent quality sandwiches, all freshly made with plenty of filling and a great choice and variety of fillings, all at good prices. Excellent friendly service. A great example of good old fashioned sandwich shop, great choice, great service and great price, just the way it should be, way better than any pre-packaged sandwiches or well known high street chains. Highly recommended if your in the Cheltenham area.

Absolutely awesome range of sandwiches and filled baguettes!! Fast service, very reasonable prices, and plenty of filling. The pulled pork and jalapeno was wonderful - I'd recommend that one!

Wolfies sandwich van calls at my place of work daily. They serve the best sandwiches ever. Fresh, tasty and some of the fillings are just so inventive! American deli, the Christmas special, and my all time fav egg and cress! The bread they use is just amazing! Their sausage rolls are better than all the rest too, full of flavour!! Yes highly recommend them, tuck in folks!!

Great place to grab a sandwich or panini & a hot drink, located just off the High Street. Family run, been there for years, so they know what they are doing!!!

Had a gluten-free ‘Roast if the Day’ roll today and was absolutely delicious! Very generous portions, maybe a little much as the roll fell apart - but was worth it and held together towards the end! Great prices, with great food! Along with a wonderful set of friendly staff - highly recommended to all!

A great find just off high street. Very wide selection of sandwiches, with daily roast and sausage options. If you need gluten free bread, theirs is fantastic. Ended up eating from them the entire week I was in town for training

Have been going to Wolfies religiously for the last 6-8 months and I can honestly say they have never let me down. Incredible baguettes, paninis and sandwiches with fantastic service. Best sandwich shop in Cheltenham and if you are near there and don't go in - you're a fool!

This is one of the best sandwich shops in the town. Good mix of food and coffee ok. If you are that end of the town and want something quick it will work for you Enjoy...

Came here while delivering a training event across the road. This place delivers a great range of homemade freshly made sandwiches. 'The Godfather' was huge! Service is quick and it needs to be as this is a popular place with local people.

Went off menu with my order and they were more than happy to make me exactly what I wanted. Reasonably priced as well.

Visited today as on a work offsite nearby and a friend had recommend it. Can't believe I've not come across it previously! Fantastic selection of freshly made sandwiches / foccacia / wrap / toasties / salads / jackets, with a bucket load of ingredients to choose from. Lovely, friendly service and the most reasonable prices. Can't recommend enough and will definitely be back!
