Costa in Cheltenham

We arrived at 8.30 Wednesday 19th March (opening time) and waited 20 minutes but it never opened. Several people left, including us. I'm not sure when they decided to open but it sounded like a common theme amongst the customers in the cue. You think they would open on time due to the morning rush. Don't bother trying.

I went to or coffee at the Costa drive throw and I left angry. And annoyed and felt for the girl on the till called maddie as she doing her best it was busy and some other woman with long blonde hair was shouting and being rude you could clearly see that's maddie was upset. I just Don't appreciate going for a quit coffee and seeing this is unprofessional and rude. And bullying.

I had e-mail from you and on my app too, I can have birthday treat but the girl didn't give me because I was few days late. Everything is nice.

Order was replaced but they written me a note to get a refund. Quick and still hot.

They forgot a drink so I’m not happy

They appear to have given me a regular in a large cup. There’s like an inch and a half of empty cup.

Missing the pastries I paid for. The driver said they weren't given to him

It has be about 5 years since I left Costa as employee and I have not seen any smile behind the counter and not a great customer service until… today I have to do something near by and I fell like the old days they were absolutely stunning they were friendly and helpful with every customer that I seen them serving. I was so pleased to see that and happy as customer service can be very basic or not even a smile, I am sure they both will do great in life as they were above and beyond Well done Milly and Frankie ( I apologise if I spent the names wrong)

As always the staff are great and the coffee spot on, but the new refit is horrendous, far to busy, it looks so cheap & tacky.

Mint choc frappe x2 and berry cooler was not had good has previous times a bit watery but then the weather doesn’t help previous ones the ice was like thick snow and was lovely in this heat it’s costing a fortune and although I will still use Costa I’ve now got my own frappe machine a ice maker and milkshake maker just the syrups and I’m away 😆

Amazing coffee. Just what I ordered! Perfect service all round

20 minutes later than the latest delivery time, total waiting time was an hour. The resturant is 2 minutes away.

NOT A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE RESTAURANT THIS IS ABOUT DRIVER. I was not happy with the delivery service, the driver had spilt my order in her bag after she was lost for around 25 minutes. We contacted the restaurant and they said for the driver to return the damaged products and they would happily replace them with her for her to redeliver. She unfortunately didn't understand/speak any English so she left, taking our order, never returned to the restaurant and we never ended up receiving our order. I'm really disappointed about the driver not being able to communicate effectively with me as a customer. I am still awaiting to hear about my refund request

Lovely place we go here at least 3 times a week. Always nice food and drink with friendly and helpful staff.

Visited Costa today Thurs 24th at 8.30am. The assistant was really lovely and polite, despite big queue she remained calm. Very friendly and delivered 1st class service.

Great cappuccino & convenient, little to zero ambience, but given it’s located in a Tesco store that’s to be expected. The coffee itself is worth at least 4 stars.

Even though obviously very busy, the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Really good location as right by the docks where there is a cinema, restaurants and shops. Nice staff and a clean room. Nothing exceptional about the hotel it’s what you expect in a Travelodge

Typical Costa. You know what you are getting and usually it never disappoints.

This Costa is in Tesco, it’s really good, Staff are helpful and friendly, food is good and quick, the place is clean and the tables are cleared as soon as the customer finishes, Coffee is hot, will definitely go there again

Friendly staff, decent sized seating area and good coffee!

Difficult as the location is quite small and tucked away making it challenging with all the trolleys parked around you. However the store staff were extremely friendly.

Every time I go I get greeted by a very lovely lady. She always ask after me and my young toddler. She's helpful and ever so smiley too. Don't know her name ... But she truly deserves an award for just being very sweet friendly and having amazing customer care. Will try n find out her name next time as she deserves to be recognised and praised for her lovely nature and hard working. Wish everywhere we went was like this.

Though I going there 4-5 days per week, for me experience with this branch very nice with its very friendly atmosphere and co-operative stuffs work as well. "Holly" one of the worker from this branch, she knows my all choices at Costa; like, yesterday I was on queue and when I just came to her, she just started saying about what I gonna be order. So, that time I surprised a lot but then I thought they are very efficient and very friendly as well.
