144 Chiswick High RoadI took a friend here for lunch recently, the menu had changed so had the chef was also oddly also the only waiter. The dough from the sourdough pizza we had was raw, burnt on the outside - raw dough in the middle. What made this worse was that it contained absolutely no salt. FM were completely indignant when informed about this. The chef didn't know how to make or how long to bake the dough for which seems an issue for a chain specialising in pizzas? Options to add additional prosciutto to your toppings how now been removed, presumably for cost and they seem to be similar choices about their select their staff. UPDATE: They added me to their mailing list without consent after reading this and not responding
