Friendly & polite service. Good sized portions cooked to order with plenty of flavour & really tasty. Great value for money. My first time here but, Will definitely try again.

Bought a mix combo box which was very tasty! Staff were happy to accommodate a few dietary changes to the box for me too, hassle free and at no extra cost. Food was made really quickly too, and it was piping hot. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Love this place. Food is cooked so quick and is always so delicious! Highly recommend this place to everyone. All staff & chefs are so welcoming and great to talk too.

Absolutely love it here. The Pad Thai is my favourite and never disappoints. Very friendly and welcoming staff too.

No he estado en edades n decidido a ir de compras. Muy decepcionado. Para empezar, pedimos 2 grandes combo box sin gambas y 1 agridulce, las comidas llegaron, el agridulce estaba pálido como sin salsa y no pudimos encontrar un pedazo de pollo. El cuadro combinado vino cuando una caja caliente casi me arranca la boca. La encantadora señorita que nos atendió se disculpó por los problemas y cambió nuestro pedido, incluido el "dulce y amargo". Todos obtuvimos cajas combinadas 2, ninguna de las gambas estaba tan seca que la cantidad de salsa de soja necesaria la haría demasiado salada para comer. Y me di cuenta de que todos estábamos sacando el meet de nuestra boca y fue solo cuando les pregunté a los otros 2 por qué lo estaban haciendo, también dijeron que tenía un sabor raro. La última vez que probé a conocer como ese fajo en un mal chino y estaba apagado. Dejamos nuestra comida y nos fuimos a maccys no es bueno cuando son más de 30

Muy limpio. Personal servicial. Los baños estaban fuera de servicio. La caja caliente es una buena opción para no picante, pero obtienes una buena variedad de carne dentro de la caja y muchas otras cosas, además de fideos obviamente. La salsa que usan también es muy buena. Mi padre siempre recibe el combo box ya que no le da especias y como siempre lo disfrutó. La cantidad que te dan en la caja mediana siento que es más que adecuada y siempre la dejo llena. El precio que cobran por la comida es más que justo por lo que obtienes en la caja.

Ordered a pad thai noodle box and a chicken katsu curry box from here via deliveroo. The pad thai box was cooked with way too much sauce, with a sauce that didn’t even taste like pad thai - I have had the pad thai box in the past from other wok & go’s and this was nothing like it. The chicken katsu curry box is also meant to come with fried rice - mine came with boiled rice and hardly any curry sauce. There are better wok & go’s nearby, will not be ordering from this one again. Truly disappointed.

Food was delicious, service was good, quick, clean & cheap. High recommend, I will be going back too.

When I walked into this restaurant, I was greeted by two very happy young girls. The service from them was amazing and they helped me with my whole order. It's the first time I have came here so was unsure what box to pick so they helped me pick. Large selection of boxes to choose from and the girls picked the Combo box for me. Great price and food was so delicious. I recommend anyone to come here as I loved it and will be coming back very soon!

Horrified that they gave me chicken instead of the vegan chicken I'd ordered. No remorse, barely an apology, had to press strongly for a refund. Appalling The claim to'love vegans' rings hollow...

Personal muy servicial. Siempre limpias y ordenadas, y aunque solo una pequeña selección de cajas para elegir, todas son muy agradables. El precio por la cantidad que logran meter en su caja de fideos es muy justo. Sin duda lo recomendaría a familiares y amigos y volveremos allí de nuevo.

Esto concluye nuestra visita esta semana a los tres Wok & Go's del centro de Liverpool. Este es, con mucho, el más grande y tiene más asientos. Teníamos la Classic Pad Thai Box y la Classic Black Bean Box. . . . . . las cajas pequeñas son suficientes si las prueba por primera vez.Fideos clásicos y sabor súper auténtico. . . . . . lo cual es una sorpresa para un restaurante de comida rápida, pero si hace el trabajo, está bien para mí.

2/3/19 around 6pm, we where struggling to get in any restaurant, everything was an hours wait, so it was looking like McDonalds large hot box & large sweet chilli, quickly prepared, quite hard to eat out of a box especially towards the bottom, but all in all filled an hole & all for sixteen quid.

Got all the way home to find they've wrote down the wrong type of noodles which I didn't like. They hardly put any meat or veg in so you're paying nearly a tenner for noodles. Ridiculous. Never had a problem with Bold Street so no excuse is there? Avoid this one!!

First time at wok&go;, and was thoroughly impressed. Staff very friendly and food was excellent. I bought the medium combi box, which doesn't look very big but the food is jam packed inside. I was stuffed when I eventually finished.

Been going here for several years.

Came in this evening with my friend and our mothers and we were treated to beautiful food and the most wonderful hospitality from Saffron. She never seemed to stop, always doing something and always so friendly with it. An absolute superstar of an employee! Xx

My first visit to the work. I went for the regular combo and my son had the black bean. Both cooked fresh with plenty of meat s and shrimp. Struggled to eat all.

The box are very nice but sometimes they can be to greasy and not enough meats but the choice of noodles are great

We always go here every time we go to town,which is most weekends,been going here for a couple of years,the food is excellent and very reasonable,the portions are very generous and it is clean and service is good,I have noticed that a lot of Chinese people eat here,so that is a good sign that the food is good.

I recently used this wok and go for a large business order for 20+people ! Mike the manager dealt with my order personally and professionally. My order was smooth sailing from beginning to end and every single order was completely correct and absolutely delicious !! With a few extra freebees added on ! Thank you so much WOK AND GO AND MIKE ! Truly went above and beyond service

Came here after work and was very impressed with the food, only waited about 5 minutes which surprised me as the shop was relatively busy, staff are friendly and helpful also. 10/10 would come back again.

Food is pretty decent but that's the least you'd expect in paying £6 for a fairly small box of food. I often get the green Thai curry box: it stays hot for a long time which is ideal when having it after driving home from work. Service is alright in the other Wok&Go;, but I must say the service in Ranelagh is awful, the lad working the till doesn't seem to have a clue what's going on (giving wrong orders out, constantly on his phone) and apparently hasn't developed any customer service skills at all - tell him there's a problem with your order, expect a reply like "ah dunno".

Very good and fast service! The staff where a pleasure to talk to and where not robotic like many other chains!nice to see staff wanting to talk to you and would rate this as my favourite wok & go compared to the others in the area!

Noodle bar with plenty of choice from bland to mega-hot dishes with plenty of combo choice. A safe choice for a decent nosebag.

My first time eating at this restaurant. Ordered chowmein and with stir fried vegetables and chicken. Food was absolutely tasteless and there was very little chicken or vegetables with the chowmein. Would not return here.

I give this a wide birth for a couple months as they always get my order wrong .... and went the the bold street branch which is great ..... I went back to central station as it's closer to be told they close in 30mins so no spring rolls available and for the cashier to be to busy on the phone to her boyfriend again got my order wrong I paid for a crest my own twice for me and a friend instead got two rices boxes with broccoli in ..... no meat and sea food like asked as she was to busy asking what her boyfriend wanted rather than customers

One of my favourite pleases to eat! Food is always so fresh and delicious! We got the food delivered and it was exactly 20 minutes from ordering the food to it being delivered! Definitely value for money, you get such a large portion for the price. Great variety of choices to!

so yummy so authentic plus kids eat free, the food is fresh and in nice portion, take away and dine in options available, special student discounts. Open till abt 10 at night

I f-ing love this place when ever am in town and want quick bite I go here, the combo box is amazing shame none closer to where I live but still think is great place and wish it was bigger could easily fill up a bigger space, defo worth a visit.

So I went here on Saturday 21st January with some friends and received great service and great food... Sunday 22nd I returned taking more friends as the food was lovely, so why not go back?...

Great choice, ordered a spicy beef hot box, noodles, sauce & meat really tasty, ready in minutes, hot and filling. Great job guys, I will be back when in Liverpool next.

I always come to wok and go, this one and bold street. My favourite is the hot box, although the singabox is really good too. I ask for extra carrots as they are fab, the egg is delicious too. Sometimes there is a wait if its busy but I go a lot and they have never forgot my order or done it wrong! Really good food.

Ordered a hot box which had hardly any meat in and could tell it was very cheap produce. Girlfriend ordered a pad thai which was tasteless and contained hardly any chicken, noodles were overcooked and sloppy. We also had bad stomachs the day after... The place looks like it needs a good clean!!!

Ottimo take away di strada dal gusto tutto etnico : porzioni abbondanti e piene di carne e verdura; un piatto unico che riesce a saziare senza contorni o desserts.

Veloce, rapido e gradevole. Personale gentile e pietanze davvero saporite. Il costo è abbordabile ed è l'ideale per l'asporto.

I visited here in August and was disgusted to get home to find they had given me Chicken Spring Rolls. I submitted a complaint online and was advised they would be in touch with regards to better training of their staff and that they would send me a voucher with a refund & added gesture of good will amount. That was over 2 months ago now. I've chased them up countless times to no avail (not even a response). Not only do they not care about the food they serve but they don't care about the customer services either, quite clearly. I appreciate it could have been a genuine mistake at the branch but the aftercare from Wok & Go has been appalling too.

My friends and i visited wok&go; recently and were suprised with the great level of service that we received. Having been to other wok&go;'s which were ok this one blew us out the water and we all left with smiles on our faces . The staff were lovely and it was good to see the manager on the shop floor and not in the back like most would be . He was genuine and smily and you could see he got stuck in to his role. I was served by a young blonde girl who was also delightfull. The food was lovely and we will sure be back.

I spent £9.50 on a seafood box and chicken sweetcorn soup on 7/7/16.

I decided to get into when I saw they had at the menu pad thai. Well, the staff was nice but we ca not say that was a pad thai. It was disappointing because the cookers were from Asia. Maybe the other things at the menu are better

I think this place is great if you are looking for great noodle dishes at reasonable prices. I usually get the large pad thai, I think you really get value for your money being a student as well and getting 10% off is a good idea. This is the only noodle bar that I go to when im out in Liverpool. I think the way they have a chart inside and each day you can get a different deal and also they now offer loyalty cards which for a regular visitor like myself is great.

These noodles are soo tasty! The small is a pretty decent size and filled me up for ages. Although it is really expensive it is nice. There isn't much seating if you was thinking about eating in but I guess the name kinda tell you that. Noodles come in cool little take away boxes to munch around the city :)

Even though it looked like a take away, fast food, there are places to sit and watch the world going by, the food was very good value for money and you can watch it being cooked in front of you, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and value for money, a place I will going back to for sure

Iv been going to this place since i moved to liverpool. i love it! i always get the same which is the meegee seafood. The young man behind the counter is so lovely and helpful. food always tastes good to me and the price is decent aswell.

Nice little place right next to central station, makes a change from typical fast food. Noodle and rice box as a meal deal with drink and spring rolls available. Great value for money and quick and easy!

I find the good here too salty. I have some noodles with chicken or something and couldn't finish it. Not my type of goof. Quality of good is poor, just did not enjoy my meal

Ordered 8 boxes which were of variable sizes and contents. Each box was cooked perfectly. No mistakes from the server or kitchen staff.

I tried Hot Box (Large). The taste is not that horrible, but indeed It is greasy as someone mentioned. The price is relatively cheap. But they cook slowly and inefficiently, and make you wait.

Omg, I never had so much grease before. And the taste is too salty for me. I only went in because so many people queuing so I thought it must be good. How disappointing.

Amazing, freshly cooked Thai food cooked in front of your eyes in minutes. Can be busy sometimes and may have to wait 10/15 mins but well worth the wait. Tips: Medium box is well big enough and I'm a big eater! Ta, M1K3¥

I love Asian food and so I tried the small seafood mee gee box which tasted great.... don't be fooled by the size, its really filling and well balance flavours. I will be going again

Visited this wok and go today, girl serving was lovely, but when she asked for help from the other staff they just looked at her and ignored her, whilst she was doing multiple other jobs all she wanted was for the other staff to close the boxes and hand us the food and they wouldn't, felt bad for the girl, felt it was bad staff morale suppost to support eachother at work.
