Ordered half a crispy duck, had to return it as it was a greasy, fatty mess. This is a picture of their 2nd effort. Disgusting!!

We will never use again. One of the dishes was meant to be *crispy* & not edible. We also ordered a few dishes and 1 had an item missing. This was after taking an hour & a half to deliver and calling to see where order was - they didn't have a clue! Once delivered late, called to ask for missing item to be sent straight away. After half an hour called again & was told it wasn't worth coming back to deliver one pot (which was paid for). I then asked for the driver to come back to collect dish & refund our money. Was told by the man I was talking to that he didn't take our order - WTH!! He is in the same place & comment irrelevant. Asked him if he had a checklist & didn't have any customer service & he said we should go to collect item and then phone put down.

Very long time to wait for an order , never wanted write bad review but I rich my limit, this time I waited 2h for delivery, bloody joke . Food tasty but I think I gonna found different restaurant as to long waiting time .

Very disappointed with our food this evening. My partner ordered a chicken red Thai curry and received this, he’s no where near fussy with meat but said this doesn’t taste anything like chicken. Rude chef, who basically said tough! After paying 30! Not happy with service or quality of food, will be recommending to friends not to come here!!

Pre booked a delivery yesterday for today as wanted to assure a certain time. Was assured this was fine and would arrive at 6.30. No delivery phoned shop to be told it left the shop at 6.30, well that was too late for a 6.30 delivery!!!! No apology. Driver finally arrived at 7 pm he showed me the ticket had the I completely wtong address!!! Food was cold had to reheat. Very disappointed after using this take away many times.

Positive Polite person when I ordered and the delivery man was nice and on time. All the food came hot. Egg fried rice and boiled rice was really tasty and white not yucky brown. Prawn crackers are really tasty. Chicken balls were nice. Sweet and sour sauce was the best tasting one I've had in years. Noodles were ok. Negative Mushrooms, prawns and pork in the chow mein didn't taste very nice I'm sorry to say. Chips were horrible tasteless and Hard. Duck in Oaster sauce was really salty. Photos included

We have eaten from Wok U Like many times and the food is always excellent. Their crispy lamb with seaweed is particularly fine. Their portions are generous (9 king prawns in one dish) and I don't think we have ever had a bad dish. Recommended.

I ordered beef in black bean sauce and Hong Kong Style sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice . It was really excellent . The best beef in black bean sauce I have tasted and the chicken was cooked perfectly . Well done 👍 Truly an inspirational experience for Chinese cuisine and delivered by the owner too . I’ll be ordering the banana 🍌 fritters next time . Everything was fantastic and great value. Try this place in Christchurch if you live in Central Bournemouth. Surprisingly everything was still hot when delivered to Central Bournemouth too .

It was my second try, I figured some of the first order was ok, lets try again! What i got was bland pasty noodles, oil drenched spring roll, I could have rung the blessed thing out and fried some chips, the Salt and pepper squid was out of a packet I swear and murderously salty, the chicken balls (sweet and sour), standard and tasty but again loaded with oil. I really can't recommend at this time, the potential is there but the execution is not.

Food was fantastic, website was easy to order from and the portions are huge! Delivery was a little longer than advertised but it was dinner time on a saturday so understandable, the delivery guy was very friendly too! Will defo order again!

Having used this restaurant many times over the years, despite many negative comments and warnings from friends it seems it’s now my turn to be messed around. At busy times eg a Saturday evening I was quite prepared for a delay but ‘up to 50 minutes but definitely before 9’ was a little surprising but we persevered. 9 of course came and went and on calling to enquire we were told our order ‘had left the shop’ it of course hadn’t unless the delivery driver was walking as it still didn’t turn up for another 20 minutes. The one thing you shouldn’t do is lie to your customers. If you can’t fulfil the orders on time stop taking them and think more about keeping loyal customers happy rather as you’ve done now convince us to go elsewhere. And incidentally your offer of a £5 discount against the next order is insulting. Had I opted to pay in cash on arrival, which I strenuously recommend to anyone reading this, I would have given you the option of reducing the price by a pound for every minute you were late or taking the food back. Truth is they just don’t care so I’ll find somebody else who does. Rather sad when you think our average spend is over £50!!

We have used this takeaway for over 3 years, they are rude arrogant people who have no idea on customer service at all and do not care. I wrote a very clear message and followed it up with a call to check they’d received my message to ask for a Vegetarian Thai Green curry with no mushrooms and using their vegetarian mock chicken! He read it back to me and confirmed yet they still sent it out wrong with chicken and with mushrooms. Upon complaining they offered a fresh dish but everyone else had finished so what was the point and could I trust I wouldn’t get chicken again? Appalling and no apology! To be honest the last few times haven’t been great so we should have known to steer clear! Well we certainly will now!

We have been using wok u like for s few yrs and they can see how regular we are. On NYE we had friends round and ordered £90 worth of food. They always throw in one bag of prawn crackers irrespective of order value so we asked for a couple more, to which they said no ‘only one per order ‘ after saying this was ridiculous they agreed to one more... wowOn delivery of course there was only one. Told the driver to tell the manager he had missed an opportunity to show his gratitude to our constant use and loyalty. He came back with two bags 5 mins later!! Then we opened the meals... no soy sauce for the duck, onions in things we had said no too, and one completely wrong dish. Was getting late and couldnt wait for some dishes to be recooked and delivered when the rest was rightThen two hours after eating one of our guests was violently sick (he was the only one who ate a prawn dish). And no he wasn’t drinking Needless to say we won’t be going back

Paid good money, for not a lot of items, so my expectations were high. Staff were pleasant. However, food was not as nice as I hoped, the kung-po king prawn was very poor. I am disappointed as this was supposed to be a treat for my dad's birthday. So put a dampener on things. I will not be returning.

Ordered our family take out from wok u like last night, biggest mistake ever. The food wasn't very nice at all. Me and my partner were the only ones to eat the prawns. 20 minutes later and the terrible tummy pains start. Still in awful pain now and feel sick. Just glad my children don't like prawns or they'd be ill too. Absolutely disgusting and unforgivable. Not only will we never return to this place again we've actually been put off from ordering Chinese ever again.

recently changed over from topwok due to their poor hygiene rating of 0 and found a gem with 5 stars on goverment rating thing.. found food to be excellent and staff helpful. been 3 times now and no hassle.

I last wrote a review about service and since complaining it has got much better. We do love the food so didn’t want to go any where else. Keep it up and thanks for listening x

We like the food from here but just lately the service has been rubbish. Our food had been wrong and tonight they forgot something and they were in no rush to bring it to us. Really disappointed as we spend a lot of money here!!! We will be looking for some where else now I think!!

My usual 'go to' Chinese takeaway was closed for refurb, so I had to quickly find another one on the way home, in a horrific thunderstorm!. The young guy taking the order was making many mistakes with my order I think he must have been new, so the manager (?) took over. I did a quick search for reviews while we were waiting for our order, I thought, oh no.... what have we ordered, as there are many negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised!

we order from here and it was very good with good firm balls and a tasty sweet and sour sauce. the duck was excellent and we enjoyed it. the staff were very friendly and happy esp rui the manager who was full of gayness and happy-go-lucky trait. certainly be back.

Well presented average Chinese takeaway. Similar to the other review avoid the KungPo Kingprawns but other dishes were good at a reasonable price

El viernes 10 de junio ordenados. Pensé que le daría a este establecimiento una, en vez de mi habitual para llevar chino. Lo que fue un error. Mezclado de arranque estaba pasada y excesivamente grasosa, costillas y pato seco como un hueso. Kung gambas y pollo en bean po amarillo probado repugnante. Me encanta la comida china y nunca he tenido un problema como este con cualquiera de los otros para llevar comida China local. Nos dijeron que teníamos que llevar lo que se dejó de nuestra comida para llevar de vuelta al restaurante para que pudieran examinar antes había alguna posibilidad de conseguir un reembolso. No pierdas ninguna de su disco duro ganado dinero en esta comida horrible. Evitar como la peste.

Yo ordenamos allí sitio el lunes donde dije claramente abierto mi pedido fui por 5-11 y pagué con tarjeta, que el dinero salió de. Pero cuando fui A recogerlo me pareció la tienda cerrada y me dijeron en la tienda de pizza. al lado que es una aparición regular. Por lo tanto, tuve que ir a otro sitio, así que he tenido que pagar dos veces para 1 comida

The worst take away food I ever had! Visited at 27/4/2016 Wednesday. Chow mien taste very salty and burned! Chicken balls very hard and dry! Very disappointed at first visit! Need to change the chef!

La comida es alucinante, siempre pedimos en línea y la entrega es normalmente unos 30 minutos, que están a unos 5 km de distancia y la comida es siempre caliente y el orden es siempre correcto. No volveré con cualquier otro nuevo chino para llevar....

Pedimos a llevar en línea, y tengo que decir que esto era bastante bueno. La comida estaba caliente cuando entregados, y nos dieron exactamente lo que pedimos.

Order arrived missing 2 rice dishes. When I called to ask for them I was rudely told I didn't order any and would take another 45 mins and have to pay for them. This ruined the meal and I won't order from here again.

We ordered a mid week takeaway and were bitterly disappointed. The pork dumplings were inedible, they were balls of fat with no identifiable meat. The shredded chicken was again so fatty we couldn't stomach it, so that was also left uneaten. The Kung pao chicken and shredded chilli chicken tasted exactly the same. I immediately fed our concerns back to them but we have heard nothing back. Even our cat turned his nose up at it!

While away on holiday we passed this place and though we would give it a go.So glad we did the food was Delicious and the staff were very friendly.You could see the food being cooked as it was open plan which was great.Very clean and would go back the next time we holiday here
