I ordered some Chinese food, I found it was quick service, nicely cooked, the staff was friendly and efficient. There's a vegetarian option available which I found out afterwards on the menu, which I will order next time I go to work On wheels

Simply one of the best Chinese takeaway in town, if not the best – amazing food, good value for money and friendly staff. Lots of options from the menu. Food were freshly prepared and cooked to perfection, and most importantly tasted and looked the real deal (none of the weird colours and stodgy looking dishes that you get from some other takeouts). The special chow mien, chicken balls, salt & pepper dishes and the Malaysian satay chicken are notably our favourites. The satay chicken portion is huge (chunky piece of chicken unlike the smaller piece that you usually get from elsewhere) and the peanut sauce that comes with it is truly scrumptious (can’t get enough of it). Highly recommend this place without a doubt!

I'd given up on Chinese takeaways recently and didn't realise Wok On Wheels still existed after it moved from its original location. Rediscovered through Tripadvisor and gave it a shot tonight - so glad I did. OMG the salt and pepper squid gave me flashbacks. The udon was overcooked but the belly pork and sweet and sour chicken balls were spot on. Plus free mini-samosas and fortune cookies. Portions also good, plenty for leftovers. AND the delivery arrived 30 minutes early. Result. Definitely coming back for more.

We always order from here as it is the best chinese takeaway we have :) always very quick and helpful and sometimes give us an extra dish for free.

Can't believe the chicken satay 4 skewer is equivalent to other shop 8 skewer, tasty and juicy, love it. Will see them again soon.

Ordered, Chicken Satay and when it arrive it was like old shoes, tough, rubber and totally inedible, phone to let them know and the person o the phone got defensive and said that’s how they cook their Satay and it’s not their fault that’s how they buy it!!! Would never go there again, bad food and terrible service - stay clear

First time ordering here - we had the spare ribs, Singapore chow mein and salt & pepper chicken. The food was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and good portions sizes. My new favourite place to order from!

We got take away from here last night and it was absolutely delicious. We got a platter for starter amd shared this and got a different main each. All the food was super high quality and just gorgeous. So impressed! Would highly recommend.

Friends from outside of Reading would for a wok on wheels. Was Lightening delivery. They got rid of crispy Mongolian lamb. Last straw.

Usually have a good experience ordering our once a month take away from here. Just seems to be missing a trick or 2 now. Food has been ok, but again that's getting a bit less in quality terms. Will be trying other places now

Decent food, but very heavy handed with the onions and the chow mein was fairly bland. We assumed we would get free prawn crackers with our order (most Chinese takeaways do) but unfortunately not. Otherwise a good takeaway

When I ordered the restaurant quoted 1 hour for delivery. After several phone calls and lies, the food finally arrived 2 hours 13 minutes after the order was placed. Food was luke warm at best, cold at worst. They also left an item off of my order that I'd paid for. When I called to complain I was blown off, and I'm not sure the man even knew I was complaining as his English speaking skills were sub par to be polite. Horrible customer experience, will avoid this place like the plague from here on.

The food was 2 hours from the time we ordered to delivery. We called 6 times to locate the food, each time greeted with a different excuse. When the food finally arrived we realised some of our order was missing, half of the food we did receive (beef dishes) were luke warm, undercooked, tasteless and inedible. When we called to let them know that the food was missing they again made their excuses and the best they could do was to offer us a 10 percent discount off our next order. We will NEVER be ordering from them again, the service was absolutely atrocious and the food was down right horrible. Please avoid.

First class take away. Exhaustive menu to choose from well described & illustrated with photos. It takes me longer to choose than it does to be cooked fresh bagged up & waiting. Friendly helpful staff always.

Regularly use this take away, twice I've ordered and they have forgotten items, the first time they came with the item, this time they aren't answering the phone so have paid for food I haven't received, also, food was as up to standard as usual and delivery time was too long, won't be using this place again.

It was a very good meal, quick and easy to order, good prices, quick delivery and delicious, good quality food.

It was a very good meal, quick and easy to order, good prices, quick delivery and delicious, good quality food.

Two complaint... £3 delivery charge for a £20 order plus no Prawn crackers! Should always get prawn crackers on orders over £15.

Always get good service, food is always really hot when delivered, never had any problems and I guess the most important part the food is all really nice. I've never collected my order but had to rate the service to be able to submit this review.

I ordered the smoked chicken and crispy chilli beef. I wasn't sure which one I was eating, one was wet and the other dry, both were red. As is becoming the norm with Chinese takeaway, they bulk out with tonnes of onion. I can't believe margins are that tight!

Our meal was very tasty with plenty of the filling that we had ordered, not like others where you only get about four to five . Delivery time was very quick we were expecting it had 8:25 but it arrived before 8.

The food was tasty in general but seemed a bit dry . Maybe it was not as freshly made . I will think about going back in the near future .

Food was very bland, wouldn't go there again. Even the sauve didn't taste nice.

I ordered for 21:00 but it arrived about 20:17. I ordered fit 22;00 because I was on my way home. I got a phone call asking where I was luckily I arrived about 10 mins later. Check the requested delivery time it's there for a reason!

The food was really nice, delivery was on time, food arrived hot. we used to use these all the time but had a very bad meal so stopped. a friend recommended them as they had improved, so thought we would try again. we were pleasantly surprised, we will order again.
