One of the best places to dine at , felt like home , was amazed with the staff service , especially the sweet girl and her customer approach.

I walked by and was drawn in by the amazing food aroma. Tried the tandoori momos for the first time, and they were fantastic! It was my first time having flavored momos. The service was super quick too.

Dishes are always cooked to perfection, with vibrant flavors and generous portions.

Wok food made to satisfy Indian taste buds. I have always ordered Take away. Medium spicy works for me.

Very tasty, Indian fast food at a fair price. Exactly what was needed for a quick bite late in the day. Would recommend.

This place is a gem! I tried the Chilli Paneer Noodle Box (V) and and cheesy chips with their special Dragon Sauce. I was completely blown away by the Chilli Paneer Noodle Box! So much flavour and the Paneer was so fresh! Highly recommend. The chips are nice and chunky (as most would call it, proper chips) and they guys here were very generous with the cheese but with that Dragon Sauce smothered on top it was phenomenal. Be sure to add the chips as one of your sides, you will not regret. I have been recommending this place to everyone I know and I recommend anyone else reading this review to certainly try it. You will not be disappointed.

Just found this little gem of a takeaway although there are a couple of tables to eat in the shop. Food is absolutely delicious. Good portions, good service, great price. Highly recommended 👌

Turned up for food, 1 minutes past two, refused the lunch meal deal despite waiting in a queue for a few minutes before i got served. Disgraceful. Avoid.

First time ordering then collecting food from wok india. It was outstanding. Everything was soooo tasty. We had 2 lots of mommos - fantastic! The lamb curry, 2 chicken curries, special friend rice and noodles - sufficient for 4 of us. Collection only 20 minutes - cool vibe at the premises. Thanks alot.

One of the best place for a Chinese cuisine in Newcastle, highly recommend it special for a Paneer wrap and Hakka noodles

Loved the food. Don’t think there’s any other place for indoor-chinese here in the north east. Prices were good as well. Only thing I would request is: please get some prawns in the menu as well.

Super tasty! Was looking for somewhere decent, cheap and different for lunch after a hospital appointment at the Freeman hospital. Found this place on Google, a very easy walk from the hospital. It didn't disappoint, food was so delicious and a decent price too. Wanted something quick, tasty and reasonably priced. This place fit the bill. Staff really friendly too. 10/10

The Chili chicken, Hakka noodles and fried rice were tasty. Closest to some Indo-Chinese food I have had here. I had high hopes for the momo, it felt a bit chewy and not very fresh. Maybe because of the take out time. But the food really is certainly delicious ✨

So finally I ended going to WOK INDIAN.. The food was amazing the Dynamite chicken/Hakka Noodles and the Crispy fried Chicken Momos Dragon absolutely delicious and would defo recommend WOK INDIA..... Thank you 😋😋😋

Almost the perfect indo-chinese I've had in the uk so far. But there was much oil in their fried rice and noodles. It's only a matter of time before usa pays a visit 🤣

The food was honestly flooring. It’s so so so hard to come across Indo Chinese food and especially this good. I am genuinely in awe. I’m annoyed I didn’t know about this sooner. One of my favourite days I’ve had in Newcastle in my four years here and just for the food and the service. The guy at the till was very kind and clearly loved the business. MUST TRY !!!

Had a fantastic meal from here tonight. Food was so full of flavour. We had chicken momos, sweet n sour chicken noodles and dragon chicken meatballs and fried rice. It was all excellent. Service great, packaging great and price great. Highly recommend.

Gobi Manchuria was yum, the fried rice and chow mein was fully flavoured, typical Indian street food taste. Just salt was less which I added and it was perfect. Perfect gateway if you are craving spicy Indian food.

I ordered the garlic sechuan paneer rice bowl and the cheesy fried potatoes - incredibly reasonably priced (£13.95 total!), lovely staff, food tasted unbelievable. Garlic sechuan sauce was very tasty, paneer lovely and soft, and a generous portion, while potatoes were super cheesy and again very generously portioned. I will be coming back here!

Very good, tasty food. Ordered several options to share but the Szechuan garlic paneer noodles are absolutely to die for! Heaps of choice so I will be back to try other dishes soon. Very impressed with the veggie options, definitely something for everyone and decent sized portions too.

Nice place with modern decor. It was lovely sitting at the window in the sun watching the world go by. I had chilli chicken rice bowl which was absolutely delicious. Full of flavour and piping hot. Several vegetarian options available which all looked nice too. Parking available next to the restaurant but maximum 1 hour if you don't have a permit.

Just had my first take away from here and the food is amazing, I will definitely be a regular here!. Delicious Fusion of Indian and Chinese flavours. Read on some of the negative reviews before I ordered that the portions were a bit small but they absolutely are not and I ended up with way to much food. The chicken meatballs with the devil sauce are especially delicious and the sauce is amazingly tasty and nicely spiced (would like it to be a bit more spicy but I like really hot food). Can't wait to eat from here again 5 star flavours 👌. Update: been here several times now and every dish is amazing!. Also the delivery through Uber eats has been spot on every time. Love it.

I loved the food real authentic Indian cuisine, after long time I tasted the real Indian foods . Because most of the Newcastle Indian restaurants are Bangladeshi or Pakistani, this food is cooked by Indian , so the taste is real with spices .. loved it

Food was microwaved, when I collected I could hear the microwave pinging and watched my dishes coming in and out. This isn’t fresh food, £40 badly spent. Staff were friendly and wanted to please.

I went to wok india 2 weeks ago with my friend. We ordered a chicken manchurian rice bowl. I didnt like the food because it was very salty and raised a complaint. The manager reached out and offered to give their food another try. I had my original order ( chicken Manchurian rice bowl), fried momos and chilli paneer noodles. The taste was balanced and very good and i will surely order from here again.

Good little place - will probably be our go to whenever we fancy Chinese. Only had one dish (sweet and sour) but the meat was really well cooked, noodles still had abit of bite to them, and the food was hot and fresh.

Food quality and taste is shocking, cauliflower was soggy and everything tasted the same. Noodles were vile!

Picked up a portion of Chilli Chicken earlier and have to say was really impressed. Food was ready on time. Really flavourful and tasty, good amount of chicken. Ended ip sharing it. Also loved the fact the oil level was low. Usually curries tend to have a swimming pool at the top so seeing less oil was a blessing for the arteries. Will deffo be back.

After lots of curious wondering, we finally got a delivery. Food arrived piping hot and nice and spicy. The chicken was a bit too gingery and it was all very salty but otherwise great. Especially enjoyed the cauliflower noodles, which tasted even better the next day as portion sizes got the better of us. The seasoning on the chips was really interesting, too. This solved the battle of "chinese or indian" when choosing a takeaway!

Really miss Newton Tandoori, HELLOOO WOK INDIA, LUSH FOOD!!! For me really unfamiliar tastes but great to broaden your gastronomic experiences, yes. Main tofu course was lush and doughballs dessert with coconut and dates, WOW! I almost never leave reviews but am compelled to, wishing you every success guys!

Spent 40 quid excpecting good food.Soggy chicken and chips. The chilli sauce on the chicken was just salt. The cinnamon on the soggy chips mate it taste quite bad. 3/10 would not come again

The best spicy food I’ve ever had after coming to Newcastle. It reminded me the desi street style noodles I used to eat in India. The chef was very mindful about our specifications. Will definitely go more often and would highly recommend to try. Totally satisfied.
