Wow, what a lunch, 21st, drinks flowing, couldn’t be better. What a day, Abby was a gem.

This used to be my favourite place to eat .I can safely say I won't be returning sat ages before being offered drinks never asked if we wanted more drinks or how the food was my main arrived and was incorrect had to hint a member of staff granted shredded apologised and was quickly rectified portions have shrank dramatically and food just didn't taste the same not value for money at all along with the fact we were sat in a tight space with everyone squeezing past to visit the toilet s

we went as a big group for a bottomless brunch,our table was booked for 12pm we didn’t get any drinks till half past,the menu was disappointing not much option definitely not worth the money for slow service and rude staff.

Booked a bottomless brunch for 7 people, we booked on the day and could tell they were obviously annoyed and have been very disrespectful the entire time, giving us dirty looks from behind us and telling us to ‘slow down’ after only having 1 drink 30 minutes in. And we could tell they periodically put less and less alcohol into the drinks and more ice. Horrible service never experienced anything like it. The supposed manager being disrespectful at any cue and it’s honestly been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

AWFUL SERVICE very dissatisfied Expensive Bottomless booked for 7 people Told by staff to (stop drinking quickly) Staff were ignoring us and avoiding giving us drinks even though it’s unlimited…… Been to a brunch from the same company in different locations and very different good service Felt ignored even then managers attitude from the off was disgusting. Will not be back DO NOT RECCOMEND GO ELSEWHERE

Absolute amazing experience, made even better by fabulous staff. We visited on Wednesday 12th Feb for my friends 21st birthday. A specific staff member called Abby (sorry if spelt wrong) went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. We had the bottomless tapas which was incredible with all the food very fresh and delicious. Abby ended our visit with a candle in the churro for the birthday girl which really topped off the experience. Would definitely recommend and a big thank you to Abby for making our visit

Another visit to an amazing restaurant. After visiting during the recent restaurant week, my friend and I decided to visit again and this time to try the bottomless tapas . What can I say , friendly staff ,greeted with a smile and shown to our table after being asked if we had any allergies. Service was quick , professional, friendly but didn't make us feel rushed in any way . After ordering our first 3 tapas and getting out drinks , we dived in and enjoyed every tapas that was brought to our table . We were unable to pick a clear favourite as every tapas was different and totally delicious . We were served by Ana , a perfect example of how to treat and look after your guests . We are already looking to bring several of our friends to sample the food as they loved the pictures we posted on social media.

Visited here tonight as the bottomless tapas was coming to an end soon and I was not disappointed. The value for money was incredible, and the majority of the food was lovely. I did forget to take pictures of a lot of our food, but rest assured, it was worth the trip. Our server Isabella was nothing short of exemplary; credit to her for her excellent service despite what was clearly a very busy night.

We opted for this place as we do like Mexican food and never been here before. We pre booked a table but were slightly late due to parking issues, this wasn't an issue. We were seated at a table for two just beside the door and against the wall and pillar, not ideal and especially as it was cold when people entered and left. However staff were lovely and friendly, we had our drinks order taken quickly and made the most of the two for one cocktails which were very good. We both decided on the Brazilian Chicken and after a little time our order was taken, sadly this is where it went a little down hill as it took almost 40 mins for our food to arrive. The rice on the dish was on the cool side but the chicken and fries were toasty hot, overall the food was good. As we were going to the theatre we had limited time to eat. Overall the experience was good but not an option to choose this in the rating. We will revisit when we have more time.

First visit. We booked bottomless tapas for 50th birthday. Service was absolutely terrible. While the food was great the server never approached the table for about 35 mins at one time. The place wasn't busy but we struggled to get anyone attention. I paid for bottomless Drinks as well and during our 90 min slot I only managed to get one drink. I did complain to the staff member at the till ( they didn't charge me for the drink I had) but honestly it was a let down! Wouldn't go back in a hurry.

First timers so did the bottomless tapas. Food was amazing - atmosphere and server both top notch as well. Small gripe that we were advised that we order 3 dishes at a time to avoid overcrowding the table - seemed sensible but the dishes arrived separately so we were eating one then getting the other and so on - not really a problem and everything obviously fresh but we didn’t always both want the same dish and so watched each other eat. All in all a lovely visit and we’d certainly do it again but maybe order 2 of the same dish at the same time.

Visited to try the bottomless Taco offer £15. Friendly welcoming staff who explained process. When food arrived it was lovely, every dish we tried was tasty and there was something for even the fussiest eaters in our party. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Up there with one of the best bottomless in Newcastle. Super fast service they take your next drink order as they bring you your drink. Food is lovely, just the right amount if you’re out for a drink. Really flavourful and something totally different. Good price for what you’re getting, think we had about 10-15 drinks so it’s well worth the price! Also, didn’t apply to us but I did notice they had brilliant dietary options for everyone (gluten free etc) Amazing service from Ana she couldn’t do enough for us and was super quick, impressively so! Will be returning soon to try their main menu. Massively recommend!

A bottomless brunch booked for my birthday at 3:00pm on a Saturday in January and it was heaving! Fantastic atmosphere and very quick service from the staff considering how busy it was. First time I’ve tried the bottomless menu and it won’t be the last. Very good value for money. Excellent selection of food and cocktails to choose from.

Tony and Anahera were great looked after my son and I. Delicious food, really loved the margarita cheesecake noice 👌

Unlimited Tapas for £15, it was so good. Worth my money. The prawns, pork tacos and chicken enchiladas were amazing. The wings were saucy and perfect!

Soph & Izzy couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive and are definitley one of the main reasons we would recommend. Superb service and a credit to las iguanas! If you have a recognition sceme you should 100% recognise these ladies for being so outstanding!

Horrendous place, a blight on the beautiful Grey Street. Poor service, overpriced average food and the cocktails tasted like toilet disinfectant. Second time I’ve been here and hated both occasions. Never again
