Wok & Go in Hillingdon

Looks like nice place, my first time. The food was below average, lacked flavor and taste, full of Chillies. Rice was under cooked and hardly any meat. Quite disappointed.

Server was really nice and welcoming, best experience i’ve had in uxbridge for food!! they’re amazing <3

Delivery was quick but appalling service I'm afraid. First order was fine, second order I got given beef instead of vegetables (I'm vegetarian)... third time half the order missing and got given meat AGAIN. Total waste of money.

Order arrived without part of the order, one dish was incorrect and we waited 1 hour 20 minutes for delivery. When I called about these issues the service was very poor with no resolution. Extremely disappointed with our meal and will not be ordering from here again.

The food has not arrived yet after an hour and a half of waiting (45 minutes after estimated delivery time so far). I could've walked there, got the food myself, ate it, then walked back to the store to get another meal in the time it's taken! I have given a 4 star rating for food quality though because I know the food is tasty. But yeah, ridiculous waiting time.

Took two hours for my food to be delivered, and when I opened my delivery, the prawn crackers weren't there. Very disappointing. Will give them another chance but I am a little ticked that I wasn't even offered a discount.

Didn't deliver food, was delayed by two hours and didn't let us know about the delay. Not helpful at all, shame as the food is good

Delivery took over two hours, despite website quoting 45mins to an hour. Telephoned 3 times to enquire and the gentleman who I spoke to told me each time that my order was next to be cooked. I complained to him and his response was "I don't know why it says the expected delivery time is one hour online because we have people complaining about it every week" !! He also told me there was only one delivery driver working. He was very polite though. Food was piping hot when it arrived, obviously had just been cooked. Ordered the combo box which tasted fairly nice but a distinct lack of meat and prawns. Also ordered the spring rolls (should be named mini spring rolls) which came with a small pot of sweet chilli sauce filled barely quarter of the way. Not worth having. Overall very disappointed. Should have listened to others when they told me to steer clear of the place

Waited over 2 hours for food (the wait time said 45 mins), restaurant said they couldn't give a discount as we had ordered through Just Eat. When the order arrived it was wrong, but we didn't call back as we were worried we would have to wait another 2 hours for a replacement. Ordered before but the food was not as nice and it was also not very hot. Would not order again.

The sweetcorn and chicken soup was the most disgusting this I have ever seen .. Thick and gloopy. But still bland... Asked for it to be delivered at 21:45 but didn't arrive until 22:10 (although they apologized to be fair) Asked for sweet chili sauce in the comments which was ignored. Other than that, the food quality was good as usual :)

Didn't have everything I ordered but they called to say sorry so that was fine. Loads of noodles in the box and decent amount of meat. Only down side I have to say is there was very little veg in the box that was a bit disappointing. Over all though I was quite happy though.

We took a phonecall to change our order of spring rolls to firecrackers. We accepted this. However we recieved our order and the only thing we recieved alongside our boxes were a box of firecrackers. The food was also rather unpleasent. Overall we were extremely dissapointed.

Second time I've ordered from here, first time was great, second time was awful - hour and a half to deliver, half the order couldn't be fulfilled, and had to pursue Justeat for a refund.

Awful customer service, delivery time and food just ok. Delivery driver was nice tho.

Stodgy and bland with barely any vegetables in the noodles

the sweet box was so spicy that my son was unable to eat it there was no ice cream so was replaced with spring rolls other than this small matter we all enjoyed our meals

Lovely food as always great service

I had to chase our food because it took so long to arrive, promised a call back and ended up having to phone twice. When the food arrived, it was stone cold and greasy with the wrong drinks. I rang to complain but the person at the end of the phone didn't have a clue what to do. I don't think I'll bother with them again as this franchise hasn't quite got the hang of Wok & Go.

My order went in and I was told it would be 40 minutes, it got here in ten. The delivery guy was lovely and the food and portions were great. I'll be ordering again!

Noodle box was very bland mostly just noodles quite heavy, starters good portions

I received my order very quickly and was piping hot!

Would've given full stars except I asked for mild spicy seafood noodles and I basically could not eat it because it was too hot so had to share the regular combo noodles with my partner. Please read the notes and let customers know if you can't do something so we can order another dish. Otherwise the regular combo was really good and delivery was fast.

As always food was great, the delivery was quite slow but it was Friday evening so fairly understandable.

A huge improvement from last time. Good arrived a lot earlier, it was piping hot, the KT box was very tasty, the Panko prawns crunchy and fresh. The only reason it isn't full marks is that the chicken and sweetcorn soup was a tad tasteless but that's it. Really enjoyed it, thanks Wok&Go!

Food is pretty good and the prep time was very quick (8 minutes, compared to 40 minutes when I go in and order face to face). It was annoying having to queue for 5 mins to collect my order despite there being one member of staff just standing around. There should really be a separate collection desk if there's an extra staff member anyway.

Excellent food, quick delivery, we were a little disappointed that we didn't get the mixed platter from the meal deal for 4 but the quality was good enough to overlook that. Will definitely order again!

I've had a lot of thai green curry but I'm not quite sure what that was that I just had. It was really watery, didn't taste of TGC and not much chicken in it. The chicken I did find had a bone in it. It was kinda icky really. Wok Inn were nice though. No complaints on the service.

Pre-ordered before 5pm. Food arrived at around 5:20, well before the predicted time of 5:45. We had the meal deal for two.All the food was piping hot. Very tasty and not too greasy. Delivery girl was friendly. Only negative comments are that we were dissapointed that they didn't have our original choice of prawn side. Although they did phone us promptly to tell us this. Also although tasty the noodle to veg/meat ratio was quite high. All in all one of the better delivered takeaways we've had in Bangor.

Food quality was fantastic as was the amount of food in the boxes. I got a large combo box and wasn't able to finish it all as it was jam packed! Delivery time was also great. It said 45-60 minutes on the website and was delivered in less than 20!

Wow! On holiday in Bangor and ordered via JE. All 5 of us agreed this was some of the best food we've ever tasted. Bloody great!

Ordered meal for delivery time of 11.15pm had my first phone call saying they were out of starters and did I want a refund or drinks. £7.00 is a lot of drinks so I asked for the refund.delivery was taken out an hour early so after 2nd phone call I decided to pick up delivery instead. The meal..seafood lucksa soup was ok not great too much noodle to seafood ratio. Mee gee seafood box-again I think 2prawns 1 piece of sqiud and some scorched crabstick with a lot of noodle isnt worth £7.20. Well done just eat your app is fab...wok&go seriously need to up their game.order plenty of stuff for a sat night.get some desserts in (the ice cream on the eok&go website would have been great.saying that I did get some prawn crackers instead of a refund on the delivery charge.

Wrong order turned up, they refused to correct it when we phoned up. We were promised the delivery man would come back with a 50% off voucher, never turned up. Soggy food and terrible customer service.

I paid for the meal deal for two but didn't get my drinks. I like hot spicy food but just couldn't eat my meal. It's possibly the hottest food I have ever tried challenging myself to eat. I failed.

Extremely salty! Very dried. Didn't enjoyed it and couldn't eat it at all. Will not be ordering again.

This took over an hour and a half to get to me. No apologies on delivery. The food might have been nice had it not been totally cold on arrival. Not impressed.

slow delivery took an hour and a half plus the rice had small bits of beef and other meat, barely noticeable, which just tasted like rice with vegetables.

Tasty food, too expensive for what it was and the delivery was a little late but very polite delivery man and he had clearly searched for the house.

Great food, just took hours to deliver

Awful! Delivery was est. 45 mins, after 30 mins we were in town anyway so went in to ask if we could just pick it up instead they said they hadnt started on it yet and theyd bring it in 15 mins so i said fine (worktops were a mess btw) waited a further 45mins for it to turn up and theyd forgotton to put any sauce on it or peanut toppings (had pad thai) so basically waited 90 minutes for plain dry noodles...

I had the combo it could have done with more meat in it .

Painfully slow. Took 1 hour and 50 minutes for my order to arrive. An hour and 20 minutes into my wait I got a call from a staff member, telling me that I wouldn't be having prawn crackers. She then got my order mixed up with someone else's (twice) and when I asked if my food was on it way, brushed me off. No apologies for the lateness, no apologies for the missing food. Rude as anything. When the food arrived it was cold and gummy, and they missed a drink off my order somehow. Saving grace was the delivery man; apologetic and friendly. Obviously very stressed, but still nice. I felt sorry for him, he was obviously snowed under. They are obviously understaffed and under equipped to deal with demand at the moment. I'd recommend not ordering take-away from them. They seem to have at least an hour wait for food at all times, which is absurd, considering the fact that they cook noodles, which don't take long to make. I might give this place a try again in a few months, but for the moment I'd strongly recommend that you stay away from here.

Ordered food at 6:30, it's now 9:17, no sign of delivery, or even a phonecall to explain that there was a delay. Really disappointing considering this is a new venture in Bangor. :(
