La perfetta descrizione è nel pollo presentato in due versioni: timo e aglio e cajun. Stesso piatto, cambia solo la bustina dove viene infilato per insaporirlo. Fish e Chips impresentabile, neanche una pietanza tipica inglese può essere fatta come dio comanda: congelato e molle. Il resto è un accozzaglia di cibo che dal congelatore viene messo nel piatto. Prezzi ridicoli, il servizio non c'è nel senso che non ci sono i camerieri. Nel tentativo di risparmiare c'è una ragazza al banco che fa tutto. Una vergogna, per una gestione di un Hilton. Da evitare. A Woking di cibo locale buono c'è ampia scelta. Non questa spazzatura.

La comida era excelente. El servicio era excelente. Personal, particularmente Rahman & Alex, era muy amable y servicial. El personal salió y le cantaron feliz cumpleaños a mi hijo como era su cumpleaños 8 th en nuestra estancia. Teníamos el desayuno en 2 días. Hay mucho para elegir, no se podía pasar hambre a menos que era muy exigente! ! La comida por la noche, no me puedo quejar. Los niños hamburguesa y patatas fritas parece ser el mejor de todos! Lámpara de cadera y burger en el menú principal también eran excelentes, como los pudines!

Día 2 cena en Woking. Elegí Wocca Grill and Bar, en el restaurante de la casa de Hilton para la cena, ya que no tienen tiempo para salir y explorar. Otra vez pedí típico plato británico, a travez de salsa y puré de cebolla caramelizada con cebolla dulce. Con que yo había elegido para tomar una copa de Cabernet sauvignon de Chile.El plato estaba delicioso, por decir lo menos. El dulce de cebolla caramelizada ajustó el sabor de patatas magníficamente. El carro es uno de los mejores que he probado.Y el vino tinto era de un rojo profundo, con un aroma de fruta, roble y chocolate. Impresionante y completo de fuselaje ancho.Recomendaría este restaurante a cualquiera que se aloje en las inmediaciones. Y HACER también su carta de vinos. También es impresionante.

Fuimos a cenar una noche de sábado cuando se aloje en el hotel. Nos sentamos y esperamos por 30 minutos y ni siquiera recibimos las bebidas o una disculpa. El Maître estaba descuidado d y no solamente el pueblo de asientos, pero los pedidos mientras personal de pasar más tiempo que con la liquidación mesas tras los clientes. Nos dieron harto de esperar y pedimos nuestras comidas deben ser enviados a nuestra habitación. Después de hablar con el gerente del restaurante, que se ofreció a 50% de la comida y se excusa a un función en otra habitación, causando el mal servicio para los clientes. Después de esperar más de 50 minutos llegó nuestra comida. Habíamos pedido el limón y tomillo pechuga de pollo en salsa de hongos salvajes y whiskey. Recibimos las patas de pollo cocidas sin salsa! Este era engañosa si no un incumplimiento de las normas de comercio. Llamamos a recepción para pedir educadamente salsa y trataron con desdén y sin salsa se acercaba. Postre no era mucho mejor. La pera y desastre durazno eton (precio en la mejor parte de £10) consta de crema batida y las peras y melocotones de lata, no hay señales de ningún merengue. La tarta de crema de casis estaba pasada, cubiertas con fruta enlatada y sabía mal. Absolutamente indignado por el nivel de servicio y calidad de comida. Esto ha empañado la reputación de Hilton en nuestros ojos.

Cenamos aquí mientras estábamos alojados en el hotel y la comida era buena. Me gustó mucho la salchichas y puré. Tienen música y estar relajado. La comida y el personal eran también buenos. Los precios son similares a otros restaurantes en woking, así nos pareció bastante práctico y agradable. Camarero nos dijo que estaban a punto de cambiar el menú, que es bueno y significa que están haciendo algunos esfuerzos ...

Hemos estado en unos cuantos sitios en Woking y este tiene que ser uno de los mejores para el tipo de ambiente y comida que nos gusta. El personal era agradable y no podemos quejarnos de la comida. La comida era lo que era mejor y tranquilos es que el nos quedamos muy contentos con el ambiente general del hotel. Y el restaurante cuenta con un bonito bar y todo lo necesario para s comida relajante. No está en su típico ambiente high street pero ofrece el mismo nivel de comida y servicio en un ambiente mejor.

No nos quedamos en el hotel, así que no puedo comentar en una estancia. Sin embargo, reservamos una cena para 4 en el restaurante. Ambiente agradable. El servicio era un poco lento, pero el personal era agradable.Filetes eran buenas pero verduras era escaso, así que todos necesitamos un desierto para llenar. Precio completo para carnes + 6 patatas fritas!/2 tomate 1 hongos + pud y 2 botellas de vino era £150.Bien, pero no tengo prisa en volver.

Well where to start we were a family group of 9, 5 adults and 4 children from 2-7 years of age. We wanted to book a table for 7pm for an evening meal but was told it would have to be 6:30 as the restaurant was busy later not surprising as it was easter weekend.We came in for 6:30 but the girl who was seating people started to ask if we had booked and then the phone rang and said she had to answer it and ignored us for the next 5 minutes then she hung up and said derogatory coments about the person on the other end of the phone. Then she could not find our booking which we had paid for in advance but finaly got seated at 7 pm our order for drinks and food were taken in reasonable time but we had to wait for over 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive and over 30 minutes for our starters to arrive the mains took another 30 minutes after we had finished our starters and the children were getting restless and tired the mains finaly arrived and of the 5 adult meals only 1 was edible and 1 child meal was forgoten completly and had to be asked for again. After being in the being in the restaurant for over 2 hours we still had not recived our desserts and the childen were so tired we had to leave I complained to the person in charge who did not even have the grace to reply or apologise and we were never asked if our meals were ok.We thought breakfast could not possibly be as bad but how wrong were we.Once again we had to wait for over 30 minutes to be seated even though there were plenty of free tables just no staff to clear or reset them only 1 young lad who was running around like a headless chicken trying to do his best for just over £5 per hour he was a credit to an otherwise disgrafull restaurant .It was a buffy style breakfast help yourself but most things were never avaliable at the same time and shortage of plates bowls spoons etc.Needless to say we will never use this restaurant again its the worst I have ever been in.

Went here for the third time with a group on deal, and we were really pleased we did, the food was great, for starters we had scallops and I went for prawn pate, both were presented really well as was the taste, we had, with the deal a bottle of house white, when the waitress gave it to my partner to try, she said it was not that nice, no problem she said I'll get you a bottle of Pinot, which promptly arrived and tasted much better, and we were not charged extra either, which was great.The steaks arrived along with a salad to share and again the presentation and taste were great, chunky chips, there could have been a few more but they were tasty.We were too full for desserts, a great meal with great service, thank you.

Tried restaurant with a Groupon offer (steak and bottle of wine, £25/head). Cheapskate I know, but could be an expensive mistake otherwise! Outstanding steak and very passable wine. Will definitely try their a la carte next time. Worth a visit.

On arrival we decided to have a cold beverage and sit at the bar area - sadly the beers were anything but chilled. (They really took the British 'room temp' drinking to a whole new level!). We did then enjoy a lovely 2 courses from the restaurant, and my partners scallops & fillet steak were great!! However, my sirloin was served dry and very medium, I has asked for medium-rare. Was a shame really as the accompanying blue cheese sauce was more clumpy and tasteless. The bill then took 40 minutes to arrive! Altogether I would have to give it a low rating on food this time round. May have to try the fillet next time!

I'm not convinced that changing a name is always for the better (think Royal Mail to Consignia for example). The hotel used to be the Holiday Inn and now it's changed to Double Tree by Hilton, the restaurant used to be called Hugos and is now Wocca - both names mean absolutely nothing and don't exactly inspire in my opinion.
