My review isn’t about the food , on December 20th I parked outside KFC at 10.27am , I was rushing as my dad has been rushed to hospital in Crewe , I stopped here to pick him us some things from the grand junction and because they have no parking if they are not open I was charged £60 , absolutely disgusting, 3 minutes for £60, be careful if you think about parking there before 10.30am, on principle I will never eat there again or any other kfc , judging by the reviews about the food I wouldn’t want to!

Absolute circus in southbound service. Waited an hour for food. When I asked about my order the manager said ‘it’s gone in the ether’. Staff were laughing and at one point, the lady told us to give a round of applause to the manager as if they were doing a great job when at least 10 other people didn’t get food. Didn’t get my food, neither did multiple other people. The Apple pie given to an associate of mine was freezing. Food was under the heat lamp for an hour and didn’t move. Embarrassing

Why do the management not listen to all the criticism? Do they, like many managers, refuse to believe they can get things wrong? After a stack of critics saying they should cover the food at the entrance, croissants and scones are still left uncovered. Soup and coffee were tepid, queues were long at too many different meal stations with too few staff, a rather expensive piece of coffee and walnut cake had walnut pieces scattered over a buttercream top but not a trace of coffee anywhere. And if you tried to get a coffee at one of the machines, two didn't work (the screen said they needed cleaning/emptying) and two others had no mugs but suddenly, with no buttons being pressed, dispensed what looked like grey water as I stood in front of them. Staff were helpful but one woman at a till suddenly walked away leaving a huge queue at the one remaining till.
