Food was okay, usual fare. Restaurant staff were very disinterested and make/made little effort to clean or clear the tables. It seems a common theme in a lot of places at the moment that the staff are not happy in their work: or maybe they don’t understand what their job is? Serve good food, keep the place clean and smile. Not rocket science

The cashier was rather rude, maybe having a bad day I guess. The food took 35 minutes to come out. Once I got it, my “plain” burger had ketchup, mustard, and a pickle. Disappointed.

As usual, items missing from order. It's not hard, read a list, add the items to the bag. Macdonalds take no responsibility for missing item and refer you to uber. They delivered the items given to them in a sealed bag. Im glad to see more restaurants opening in congleton as Macdonalds are getting worse each year.
