We held an afternoon celebration for 60 to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary. Anne, the proprietor, was incredibly helpful throughout the planning stages. The venue is a very cosy barn conversion and perfectly sized for our numbers. The food Anne cooked for us and the well stocked bar made for a perfect afternoon. We cannot thank the Mitchell’s enough for making our special day everything we hoped it would be.

We’ve eaten here many times over the years. The owners have always been on hand and nothing has been too much trouble. The staff are very polite, friendly and well trained. The carvery is absolutely scrumptious with second helpings always being offered! Very highly recommended.

We love the Deli. Such a cute little local café The food is delicious, there is always a lovely welcome from the staff and such friendly atmosphere! Highly recommend the omlettes, my daughter loves them!

Had a fabulous meal here, it was the flambé night experience something you rarely see these days as it uses up area for extra tables. Good quality, fantastic service, great fresh food and good value. We felt very spoilt.

A very friendly Bar and Restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The locals made you feel extremely welcome. There was a beautiful log burner which heats the bar extremely well and makes you feel warm and cozy. I cannot comment on the food as I did not eat here. They have live music and entertainment regularly. I would suggest you check out the social media pages for more information. A wonderful pub run by wonderful staff.
