Lovely atmosphere it seems never been there though, is grilled chicken all that good?

The restaurant is inside the mall, the food is very delicious

Great food and atmosphere! I loved the Sunset Burger, and there were plenty of chili sauce options to choose from.

Was served by Oliver throughout our visit, he was super lovely and friendly! Really helpful, such a great representation of the company. He's such a credit to this location! Thank you Oliver!!

I'd happily give 5 stars because of the food BUT... Customer service is not the best when you talk to someone who doesn't want to be there. I know times are tough and maybe autumn is not the best season but it doesn't take much effort to smile. Smiling makes everyone's day just a little bit better 😉 Also- I'm not sure how Nandos got away with no toilets. It's a restaurant... You should have your own toilet and not make people go to the public West Quay restroom. The food was delicious though. I can't deny it. Our favourites are chicken pita and boneless thighs BBQ+garlic.

The food is tasty! I have the pie-like course, vegan, which I suppose. One thing to be desired is the amount of sides. I’d like to have mooorre spicy rice! I can’t live without the staple, which is also my favorite carbohydrate-origin. I prefer the spicy flavor goes beyond medium.

Chips 3/5 compared to most Nando’s but the rest is PENG as normal

Food was okay, water machine not working and water jugs supplied were warm rather then cold considering there was no ice.

Nando’s never gets old. I enjoy it ever once in a while. The recipe is still so tasty.

Service was slow but the atmosphere all around was great although the food was good some of it was bad

Great space, service was slower than a typical nandos... However staff were very friendly.

Food was great took bit of time but was ok to wait, my main dispointment is the knife and spoons needs a good scrub not pleasant having them dirty and having myself to start scrubbing before eating my food as I should expect them to be cleaned.

Really quick and friendly service especially for lunchtime in a busy shopping centre at Christmas! Food looked amazing on the outside but the reason for the 4 star is for the quality of the chicken- gristly, fatty and quite discoloured throughout. Had this the last few times I’ve been to Nando’s unfortunately!

We had great and tasty Boneless platter. The creamy mash wasn’t as good as I use to it (hence the 4 stars). The service is very good, overall.

Stopped here for lunch today! Ordered via the app and had email confirmation straight away. For some reason the order never went through there end. Waited 15mins then asked for our cups so we could get a drink. When we received our cups it was explained that the app order hadn’t gone through there end but now it had! Waited half an hour then asked another staff member where our starters had got too. They still couldn’t find our order! In the end the starters and mains came out together! We was given a free drink to say sorry for the issues! Food was ok, chicken was slightly over cooked. Service was terrible once again.

Food was good but service was extremely poor!

Had to stand about waiting for 15 minutes to be called despite numerous empty tables, but the food was OK - when we eventually got it.

No rice available and order took 30mins to be served. Slight problem with order mngr didn't wife's order for whole chicken....instead had half chicken as free.

Not bad not great. No chicken on the bone, the frozen yoghurt machine, which the kids want to try out everytime we pop in has been broken for longer than the economy and today there was no Fanta! The horror!!! Food was okay, chicken a little dry and overdone but passable. Staff fantastic, just let down by the fact everytime we go in something is either out of stock or not working.

Went for lunch with family, got the table straight away, nice and clean place and good food 👍
