The restaurant is considered one of the cheapest restaurants in Southampton, and the service is excellent in the restaurant, but it does not have facilities such as bathrooms or sinks for washing hands.

Very bad customer service. It's the worst ever restaurant I have ever come across in the world. The curly hair Afghani guy (who is their regular till operative) in the reception / counter is always very rude and aggressive to many customers. Another guy with beard (may be the owner) who rarely sits in the till also very rude. One day he scolded me loudly and used arrogant language for just using foreign bank credit card. Since I am a PhD candidate with 12+ years of banking and teaching experience in consumer behaviour, I have been observing various customer services. Finally, I have found the worst place in Southampton, United Kingdom. Importantly, most of the time they are frying short dated or low quality chicken wings and chicken parts. Sometimes, I can smell the bad taste in it. It has happened after 10.00pm in many occasions. "Not recommended" to those who wanted to be treated fairly in a professional way and to have hygienic food.

Ordered bargain bucket. Supposed to be 6 piece of chicken and 3 portions of chips. As always arrived 6 pieces of chicken 3 piece of chicken wings (which we don't like to have) and... Nearly 2 portion of chips..

Awful food, pizza was stone cold, chips were soggy, chicken wings tasted fishy, food went in the bin

Pizza was very bready, and not crispy enough on the base. Made me choose stuffed crust when I didn't want it. Cheesy chips were not cheesy enough. Ordered jalapneo cream cheese and got mozzarella sticks. wouldn't recommend, order elsewhere

Pizza Hot 4 U is one of the best pizza restaurant in Southampton. Taste and service is amazing highly recommended for the people of Southampton.

I use pizza hot chicken 4 U once or twice a week. The burgers, wings, chicken, I have always found fresh and delicious. Prices are very reasonable. You don't have to wait long for your orders. The staff is very kind and accommodating. I will recommend pizza hot chicken 4U to every one undoubtedly. I am 100% please with the quality, and customer services.

Regardless of liking food I only found um ample space

No cheese in the stuffed crust we paid £2.50 for, no base in the pizza or donner meat the only nice thing was the chicken wings.

Though the Just-Eat version of their menu is extremely poorly designed (sometimes requiring stuffed crust on certain pizzas, making optional add-ons like drinks a requirement for many items, etc.) the food itself is still really well made and tastes great.

Your driver delivered to the wrong address, it says delivered but it's not. You have no actual contact information on just eats "contact us" page for your establishment. How am I meant to contact you other than a review? That's not professional and not right. Instructions for delivery were very clear and yet I am still to recieve the order, it says delivered, it was not. Where is my food? Your driver has delivered to the wrong flat! I like your food but this delivery nonsense is ridiculous, why are your drivers ignoring instructions and also ignoring clear notices that have been posted on building doors to help find flats!? Also why is there no option for "says delivered but isn't here?" only late? come on

Very bad customer service ordered my food staff had an angry face towards me. My Oder was made and he just put it on the counter and didn’t say a word. When got home saw my burger box was burnt. Wouldn’t be going there again. 7 days from now on

Food took 1hr for delivery, the pizza was cold when it arrived and the menu said 9” but I can swear, I even measured it, it was no more than 6”. I do not recommend this place.

I ate pizza and the next day I vomited it all up, bad experience for me I think I was poisoned.

This is the 2nd time I ordered here and the food is ok but it was almost cold. Have had to warm it up in the microwave which I’m not happy about. 1st time I thought it’s a one off but it seems it’s not so disappointed and not sure to order again or not.

Have been going to this pizza place for years and ordered it this evening to find all the pizzas was all thrown to one side. All the topping was off and the bottom was still soft and undercooked. Massive shame

Not a great place to buy pizza, very poor food standard also they only serve halal meat which is awful and most painful for animals. Must avoid at all cost.

I live right around the corner of this place, I was introduced to it by The rafiques store owners and while I'm personally not very impressed by small businesses like this, Pizza 4 U is definitely my go to for the area when I want pizza. As someone whos not a huge fan of pizza generally it's saying something when I come back to order it more than once. Incredible customer service, friendly and all rounded easy to talk to and welcoming.

They serve best hot chicken wings. I like chicken wings and they have a tasty wings.good size wings with good spices.I never try anything else from this shop. The only reason I gave them 4 is their food packaging. They need to improve it little bit.

Just not as good as the one that used to be in Portswood, if you order a chicken fillet burger it's never cooked to order you just get one that's been sat on the hot rack. Chicken wings aren't as nice as 7days next door either. It's okay if you don't really care and just want something quick.

Ordered meal deal but no chicken wings in delivery.

Me and my partner ordered quite late one evening and the food came and I just wasn't happy with the quality. After just one phone call we were told that we were able to have our exact order any time made fresh and we did exactly that. Food was good and fresh and their customer service was brilliant, thanks guys

Beautiful pizza and chicken wings

Don't place an order online...they won't see it...I placed an order through uber eats at 8:10pm, it gave a rough estimate to go pick it around 8:40pm. Got there talked to one of the guys working the front. Told him I was picking up an order placed through uber eats. He looked at the computer talked to the guys in the back and said your order will done in 10mins. 9pm rolls around and my order is finally coming out...except my order wasnt fully there...all the extra toppings I ordered weren't on there....they literally just rushed my order as some basic bs. Thier pizza isn't worth waiting for neither is thier customer service.

Friendly staff(Mujeeb , Akhtar & Omar).Very nice Pizzas(thick base).I ordered 2 large chicken hot , 1 Large tikka tikka hot and 8 Spicy Wings. The dough was very soft and the toppings were evenly distributed.Also , the wings were well cooked.Thank you so much for delicious pizzas and great service 👍

Absolutely positively best place for halal pizza and fried chicken. Best value also. Checked out the surrounding shops and this is the best. They should maybe try get bigger store for more seating and also bring in grilled chicken so there's healthier food on the menu. Store also needs some updating, I think they changed the wall tiles on last boxing day

The worst place to order food! The owner is racist towards Black people! There were several teenage boys from different backgrounds who came together, and he kicked only the black ones out before they even began to eat their food. And furthermore they were the only ones who bought something, the rest of the other Afghan teenage boys who happen to be the loudest amongst them were never spoken to by the owner! And when ever black people come to his shop, he slanders them with their own language! Racist! I have had horrible experience from here. I Would not recommend his chicken shop to Anyone!
