Probably worst takeaway ever. Don't waste your money

Absolutely disgusting food. I'd rather eat a hobo's used underwear than touch that again. Guess they're keeping their costs down and turning the kebab heaters off. Cold, weirdly stiff and just nasty. Everyone loves a good greasy donor so I have no clue how they made it hard, stiff and dry. Guess they sent me left overs from last month. Try Charcoal Grill and avoid this place.

Delicious foods and excellent service

Cancelled the order which is fine, sometimes it happens. However accepted the order and waited half an hour before cancelling. If you can't do it just cancel straight away.

Delicious shish kebab and chips delivered today. Very generous portion and lovely and hot, will definitely be returning.

Good quality and quantity for a reasonable price

Poor Service sent wrong items and when you call constantly busy for 30 minutes on a Sunday night more likely took phone of the Hook won’t be ordering from here again.

Food was awful. Chips tasted strange, burger sauce tasted of vinegar. Chicken fillet burger was frozen and bland and covered in Mayo that just didn’t taste right. Real shame

Asked for 2 extra pitta breads and only got 1. The chips was cold

Very tasty kebab. The chicken shish wrap is delicious, the meat and vegetables are fresh, and the chicken marinade is tasty. Guys, just one thing, please wrap the kebab better because everything was falling out of it from the bottom 😅

Just had my 1st try of a large chicken and lamb shish delivered from here and it was absolutely delicious. Lots of meat, all cooked to perfection, plenty of salad and they put plenty of garlic mayo on. Will DEFINITELY be ordering from here again.

First and last order from here tonight. The service was shockingly slow, meaning the food arrived so late we were no longer particularly hungry; a good thing, in retrospect, given how cold the food was. Alas, if only the food being cold was where the issues ended. The chips were soggy and limp, the salad essentially an afterthought, and the kebab was so oily, I was afraid the US might invade under the facade of liberation. I cannot state this firmly enough, avoid.

Tbh the burger patties were very nice of good quality ,sadly the burger bun was very dry and fell apart, also the chips were only lukewarm and over cooked , such a shame because if used fresh bread and didnt either over cook / recook the chips , this could be a really good product. Hope they take this on board. I will give it another go in the future to see .

If I could I would give 10 stars. Food came earlier then we expected,still steaming hot and delicious. The homemade chilli sauce is absolute bomb! Amazing!Well done!

Absolutely disgusting food. Very greasy and chicken kebab swimming in oil /fat. Tiny little portion with a spoonful of lettuce and a spoonful of onion. Customer service absolutely disgusting, rude staff. NEVER AGAIN

Decent kebab but quality/quantity varies and often don’t get exactly what’s requested but you don’t find that out until you get home. Need to keep an eye on your order as they make it to avoid disappointment but when it’s good it’s very good

I order from here all the time. only ever had 1 sort of bad situation, but food is nice and worth the price you pay, always accommodating when asking to change something. Will definitely recommend

Never really had a problem with them before but ordered takeaway Saturday and they took the money and then cancelled order without stopping payment so wont order again

Always ordered ethier using Urber Eats or Just Eat apps and always had nice service. One of the nicest Kebab shops in Southampton, always quick with delivery, in fact I only step foot in the store twice. The Special Mixed Grill is awesome 🙂

We are a regular customer but last night our order was wrong and when we got home and unwrapped it was covered in grease. Later on we felt quite nauseous and had to make frequent trips to the toilet. We won't be ordering from their again

I have spoken to the people who do the reviewing system and asked if I can enter -5 stars for southampton grill, ordered food that was never delivered and then fed a series of pathetic lies to where the food ended up, avoid these scammers

They Don't honour the UBER eats promotion. Every time I try to use the promotion after 5 orders they cancelled! Again and again.

I ordered the kebab tray. It was vile. Chicken too salty and the rest tastless. Not sure what meat was in tray that looked all ground up. Waste of £20

I brought two kebab i was asked about sause i said can you put them in a small pot . Got home went to dish up one was smothered in chiller sause and one smothered in barbecue sause . To much unable to eat throw them awau waster oF£16.00 POUNDS

I normally order from here but tonight tried somewhere else, after a complete disaster at the other shop I ended up back here at my favourite 😍 delicious food, amazing customer service and very reasonably priced 💯

AVOID!!—Used to order from here last year . Must be different owners now the food has gone from amazing ,too food i wouldn't feed a dog. Didn’t even get salad on the kebab and the chicken tasted soft,dry and powdery. The Food is now in the bin and i will avoid this place!!!

Great grilled chicken kebabs..have been our go to for a little while. But I understand they are under new management.. the portions aren't quite as large as they were and the red cabbage seems to have disappeared ..please bring it back!

Best kebab shop in the Bitterne area hands down,and very generous portion sizes!!! but the sauce isn't as good as charcoal grill in any other kebab shops I'm afraid, so we always pop in there before we get our kebabs from Southampton Grill

Always very good food and service. It's a quick turn around at a fair price.

First few orders was great but then it was something missing or mixed up with something else and the fat on the flat breat and it was soaked with fat. Not happy to help you or to replace it. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS SOUTHAMPTON GRILL AGAIN. AVOID

In our first 2 orders you was brilliant, quality and service! The last 2 orders was horrible, really bad meat quality as if it's a mix of rubbish in it, very late delivery and ignoring our request of separating the sauce. Don't think we will order again

Amazing food and amazing staff. Ali was very polite in a mix and match order. Explained everything and even told me about an offer I don't know about which got me a free portion of chips. The food was very nice and would recommend to anyone who likes a perfect kebab. They give both quality and quantity and wouldn't go anywhere else for my kebabs again.

Absolutely shocking 1hr late stone cold food when rang up to complain 7 calls later phone not answered dont waste your money find somewhere else probably better takeaway in Southampton

Honestly the cheesy chips was so perfect 😍but unfortunately the fish and chips wasnt nice at all my dad tried the fish and chips and he didn't enjoy it at all the kebab was nice but very very greasy!!
