Awful service after having a issue with part of my order refused partial refund, got called a liar over the phone very rude staff.

Always a great kebab and friendly staff.

Never get order right forgot my coleslaw again and again

Ordered a delivery from here yesterday and have felt really ill since. The food is massively overpriced, the kebab wraps were soaked and dripping with grease, the "hotdogs" we ordered were just sausages in hotdog buns and the garlic mushrooms were shocking. Will never be ordering from here again.

Sorry but disappointed again. Ordered a pizza wth extra toppings but only half of it has tomato base and cheese on it, with the toppings. So, consequently, most of the outside is just puffed up dough base.

6 pounds for a chesse and ham pinni, and it had no chesee qnd one piece of ham... unbelievable.... owner said its ok ? 👍 rip off

It was a disgusting kebab, it was old .my wife and myself was feel very bad stomach next morning. Not recommended at all.

Husband has just brought home a donner kebab, and it tastes like eating a rubber band. I normally have one every Friday. But it seems there meat is getting worse. Waste of £7.

I ordered mixed kebab with chips and garlic mushrooms it came with no chips and no pitta bread and kebab was small it was supposed to be large the garlic mushrooms was cold this is not the first time they have messed up my order they came to bring me some more mushrooms and they wasn't cooked properly either so I will not be ordering anything again and I would not recommend to anyone to order food from this place

Food was cold and bland, garlic sauce tasted like minty mayo, XL Kebab was basically a small kebab in a large box with so much salad, should be renamed XL Salad with a side of Donner Avoid like the PLAGUE

Used to always order from there, never had an issue until tonight. When food arrived cold after a hour of ordering, so we called and they were questioning everything. Told us they want that food back, which we said fine! Sent us a replacement which was hot and ok. 20 mins later the original delivery driver called me screaming down phone saying it’s definitely still hot and that I’m a liar and if I do this again they won’t deliver to me?! Does me a favour!!!! Will not be returning. After coming there for 4-5years!!

This has been our favorite kebab shop for a long time. The last few we've had haven't been as good but tonights was inedible. Thick, chopped, stone cold meat that was stale and tasteless and clearly hadn't been hot for a very long time. Our NYE treat ruined and in the bin. Will never use them again.

Bacon burger could've been a bit better and the price was a little bit high but overall very tasty food and really Nice delivery driver

A bought a small kebab on the way home after a few beers, as you do! I think it was £6.40, with salad & chilli sauce. It was bigger than I thought & it hit the spot. My mate got donner wrap for a slightly cheaper price, which looked quite tasty too.

PHENOMENAL best chicken shish kabab and lamb shish kabab I have ever had, make sure to add the skewered veg. You have got to try this takeaway you won't regret it A+++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great flame grilled burger and fresh salad never disappoints

Disappointed with the tiny portion size and bland chicken. Also didn’t put the chillis in and when you REALLY want a kebab- getting home and seeing it without the chillis and being so bland :(

Not great. Large kebab was a tiny pitta bread (literally a mini Pitta) closed and covered with warm (not hot) chicken and salad piled on top to hide it. All the sauce was on one side with the other side dry. Chips not hot and seemed like they were made a while ago. All pretty disappointing.

Ordered a large chicken shish all salad and a 9" margherita pizza. Arrived on time, food was perfect, shish meat was lovely, in a separate box from the salad, salad was also great as was the pizza. Will deffo be buying from here again

Driver was a bit miserable. Just thrust the food at me, turned and left.

I ordered a chicken donor wrap but it was missing the garlic mayo the lettuce and tomato. There were 3 bits of cucumber. A bone was found in the wrap aswell. Overall was dry, missing the sauce and extras I ordered and the bone then put me off eating it Previous orders have always been good so very disappointed based on a £3 delivery charge…. 10p for a bag and 50p for a service charge on top of the increase in prices of the food!

Bought a thin crust pizza and portion of fries Pizza was soggy, the middle underneath was stuck to the box and the fries are of the cheap value variety, they get crammed into a plastic burger box, closed and left to get sweatier than a cyclists shorts

The only reason I have given this a one star is because of the price. My food was very nice and delivered quickly. The price was absolutely ridiculous. The cost of the food was £15 and it states orders of £13 for delivery making the total cost £18.50. However, they added a £3.50 delivery charge which is outrageous. I won't be ordering from here again, because of this.

Great kebab great service quick delivery time

Portion size has been reduced drastically. Large kebab is barely an old small and for £8 really not worth the money as the food is lovely but you don’t get what you pay for anymore. Such a shame.

Have been ordering from them for the past 3 years. Pros, + wide selection menu + The place is clean, excellent quality that have been consistent over the past years. + shesh kebab is excellent + burgers are excellent + easy to park by and collect Cons, - Meat Kofta taste can be made better. - Portions could be better for price paid. -pizzas at few times tasted unfresh.

Ordered two large doner kebabs. Both cold, hard with very little meat. Complained. Sent ONE replacement which was equally as awful. Called to complain again. and basically told to get lost. Will not be using these idiots again!!!!!! Such a shame as used for years but will go elsewhere in future.

First time and won’t be going back. First order wrong, so returned it and they reluctantly redone it. Got it and sat down to eat it in less than 5 minutes after collecting it and it was stone cold! So cold that the cheese that was in the middle of the chips and doner meat 15 mins later still hadn’t melted!

They used to be good here. Now they have lost themselves a customer. Ordered a chicken kebab, didn't taste like chicken didn't taste of anything really, should call it mystery meat. Was delivered quickly that's all I can give it, I'm guess when you have no other orders tho, why would it not be delivered quickly. Just used the one in West end high street like we will be doing from now on

Due to the fact that I was working late and it was open paid a visit. Chicken in kebabs dry -the method used for cooking was quick but dried out the chicken -the staff acknowledged this. Chips cooked many times -NOT fresh-limp and not edible- Poor service-I don’t think the staff have ever used the words Please Thanks Hello Very expensive-well overpriced for essentially junk food. This establishment needs a change in attitude-policy seems to be serve poor quality fast food at rip off prices. I would gladly pay rip off prices for something I enjoyed . Chicken burger-limp chips-coke can -£7.50 Never worth it This is the classic ‘kebab’ shop -serve heated ,bought in frozen food at extortionate prices-it wouldn’t even last 2 minutes in Turkey

Firstly I ordered a extra large kebab with onions lettuce and green chillis that was stone cold,missing the main part,,the pitta!!! And the green chillis not to mention the amount of meat was abysmal I’d say it was a small,had more meat on a kids meal from other places, they jalapeños cheese bites were soggy and cold and the chicken wings were the best part as they’re pre cooked and frozen from somewhere else no doubt never shall I return there again!!

Decent quick mid week takeaway. Had burger and fries which was very substantial amount for the price paid. I will be going back.

The person who spoke to me at the door was extremely rude, knocked once and I answered straight away but he shouted saying how he had been waiting for 10 mins and tried calling??? I had no missed calls, then the food was cold!

First time order and had hoped for a much better experience compared to other local outlets. How wrong I was. Food was delivered stone cold, the chips were not fresh, had ordered 2x x-large chicken and Lamb Donner but no where near as expected compared to other restaurants and only 1 rock hard pitta. Called the Grill on the Hill as recommended by Just Eat, spoke to 3 different staff and explained my dissatisfaction and extreme short comings with their quality and cold food only to be told the food left hot and was apparently correct. Couldn't care less attitude and very unhelpful. Sorry but won't be ordering from here again so be wary.

Lovely kebabs and chips delivery exceeded expectations

Amazes me how it takes to put a kebab, a burger and some chips in a box and take an hour and half to deliver. Joke really, but if you like a cold meal then I recommend

My husband had just been discharged from hospital and was craving steak. Found this takeaway and ordered sirloin. It was cooked exactly how he liked it, with plenty of chips and lovely salad. All presented very appealingly. Top marks!

Quality of the kebab meat is superb, only negative is not enough sauces, salad and only 2 pitta breads for enough meat to fill 4 or 5 kebabs. I keep Tortillas in the cupboard and sauces in fridge, so not an inconvenience for myself. Just be warned, but the quality is undeniable. Superb!

The jacket potatoes were terrible very dry and very small amount of tuna. Not enough chilli had to leave potatoe as much too dry

we often get a kebab from here great food , always fresh and piping hot , great chicken kebabs as well also nice pizza with a great choice of toppings

We have been going here for years, even before just eat. The food is always amazing and I’ll even get a cheeky side order of coleslaw to have the next day with salad, rather then for with our meal.

Fabulous food as always. I love the fact that I can choose the sauce for the pizza base as I don’t eat tomatoes. The best pizzas ever.

Great grill. Kebabs and burger meals are great value takeaways and their delivery is superb fast.

I rarely eat pizza, maybe once a year. I have now had 2 pizzas in the space of a week! They were to die for. I liked that I could add my toppings and choose the base sauce. The first one was so tasty i practically inhaled it. Tonight’s was as good and not a crumb did I leave. I think I have found my go to pizza place. I may become a pizza lover yet! Thanks guys.You’re the best.

Really disappointed, Kebab meat was cold and tasteless, Salad was running with vinegar, had this had a change of management? Not happy at all, going by today's order we will not be coming back to the Grill on the hill !!!
