their fishfingers is amazing and the watar has so much flavour and their ketchup had no flavour i think the watar stole the flavour from the ketchup (water needs to apologise🙄)

Great food as ever. It’s very filling food so myself and boyfriend shared a wingstop style fries which is sweet and salted and always really nice as well as 8 boneless wings with the BBQ coating along with a ranch dip. The food at wingstop is always amazing and I believe lives up to the hype. There’s usually a queue but it moves quickly. Service is fast too. Only downside are the drinks. The milkshake didn’t have much flavour and the refil machines always seem to taste like the drink is flat but this seems to be a running theme across several if not all branches. They do have options for bone in and boneless wings as well as tenders and there are kids meal options. It is a bit on the pricier time across all branches but is worth it as a treat.

What is this actual rubbish??! Just don’t even bother. Overcrowded, overpriced and over-hyped. Absolute junk. I’m embarrassed that I even got talked into eating here. What a waste of time and money.

The food was very good. Rounack was very helpful and friendly. Helped me decided on what I wanted to order. Will definitely come again for the great customer services. 🙂

I was in wingstop Birmingham bullring on Monday 18th March at around 5.30 pm, there were two ladies working the till. I have never ordered at wingstop before so I wasn’t too sure what I was doing. The lady that served me was SO rude. It was quite busy around this time and I can understand that this is quite stressful. However, this situation was made so unnecessarily stressful for me because of the terrible customer service. The lady was very rude and snappy and I was so close to just saying forget it. Do not work there if you are not capable of treating customers with respect.

this place sucks. i waited 35 minutes for absolutely nothing and ended up getting a refund. they had to fix their order screen but couldn’t work with the physical tickets in front of them. they stopped service after 20 minutes of waiting but didn’t bother with the people they’d already served. don’t recommend this to anyone.

I went to WINGSTOP in the Bull ring today for the first time. It’s always so busy when I’m in town so I had high expectations. I didn’t realise the sauces were listed in hotness so I accidentally ordered the second spiciest and then bbq. The actual food was nice, service was quick and staff were attentive. My one star is based on the fact that they only serve Halal meat but don’t have a single sign to tell customers. I only realised when I was watching all the other customers, so I asked the staff who confirmed its halal but tried to brush past the fact there was no signage. Obviously the sign is necessary for various reasons, not least that Sihks can’t eat it, Muslims have to eat it and the rest of the country have their own reasons why they may or may not eat halal. Subway and KFC don't have an issue providing signage in their specific outlets so why don’t wingstop? I even checked their website and there’s zero mention of it. I really did feel awful afterwards and it ruined my afternoon as I always make a conscious decision not to eat Halal (which is my choice).

Dont bother with this place. Customer service is rubbish!! We waited half an hour for 3 meals and milkshakes. After half an hour they finally called my number but without actually checking they gave my food to another customer! When the server realised her mistake, she brought the food tray back up and tried to pass it to me like nothing had happened. They wanted me to take food that someone else could have touched without replacing so I refused and asked for a refund. When I complained to customer service, they told me that a replacement was offered to me. NO it was not- the server assured me food wasnt touched and wanted me to take that one. Milkshakes had been drunk by other customers too whom then realised it was the wrong order. Same thing happened to someone else I know. So clearly this is a common problem at archies. Customer service is absolutely rubbish and the wait for food is not worth it. I wouldnt even bother visiting.

I tried to place an order at the till with a visa card and was refused. I was told to use one of the electronic ordering stations. I was advised it was franchise policy. ...even though there was card machines at the till. I don't like using electronic kiosks so left and took my business elsewhere. Wont be going back.

I was there leading a hen party and I thought it was a great venue. Lots of character, clean and with a nearby multi storey car park.

We ordered a meal for our family, for home delivery from Rooster king It was extremely disappointing everything was cold and undercooked! The pizzas was burned and cold, the fries also cold and for a large fries the carton wasn’t even half full! The Chicken burger was soggy and pink, and under cooked inside. The order was wrong they didn’t add on extras we had paid for either. We phoned them up to tell them how a whole order was cold no offer of a refund just we can send out more chips no thank you! It all went in the bin wasn’t edible please avoid this takeaway cost us £48 total waste of money!
