Wings London as the name suggests specialises in chicken wings. And with five flavours to choose from, you'll certainly manage to get your fix, while mixing things up with strips and wraps, if you're in and around the area. The restaurant itself is aesthetically pleasing, ultra clean, and very welcoming from the outside. As for their menu, then it's been kept simple enough, with everything made to fit on a single sheet. But, what makes this place stand out from the crowd is that they offer diners the choice of having their chicken wings, strips and wraps either fried or grilled. Juxtapose all that to the five marinations available and, according to our maths, that makes at least 30 different combos to try (that's not including the vegan options). With hardly any other Halal restaurants on the long stretch of Boston Road, Wings London is certainly worth a visit if you're in the area. Had a wingman platter, was intended to be for two people, but could feed an Army or at least a small Regiment. We opted for the Boneless/ Chicken strips and thoroughly enjoyed it. My tip would be go for the Rice n Peas as one of the sides also be careful when choosing the flavours of the Wings House unless you enjoy Hot Hot Hot...., Great vale though and good service.

Really not caring staff, service is incredibly slow and don't be surprised to have your order incorrect or incomplete at its delivery.

Myself my daughter and grandchildren went for a meal. The service and welcome from walking in was top notch.the food portions were ample and well presented. The food was of a high standard and will be visiting again in the next week as in London again as of Saturday 5th october. I highly recommend this eating establishment. It is opposite Hammersmith tube station entrance

Lovely period building along the Thames river, we hit the pub after visiting the Kew Gardens. Nice choice of pub food, fish and chips were good, just remember we are talking pub, food not Michelin starred restaurant. Staff very nice and attentive. Dog friendly, no smell of dogs, the pub has its own peculiar smell, I wouldn't call it bad though. Apparently the high tide gets up to the windows sometimes, my mother is local and showed me videos. Look it up, it's crazy!

Have been in a few times for their lunch special, which is really good value. Love the venue itself as its quite large and has a great outdoor seating area. Definitely on the pricier side for a pub.

The Packhorse and Talbot Pub is a charming spot that perfectly blends traditional pub vibes with a welcoming atmosphere. It’s not just a great place for lunch; it’s also a fantastic spot for food and watching sports! The layout features a variety of seating options, including cosy booths and communal tables inside for those who enjoy a lively environment. If you prefer some fresh air, there’s also outdoor seating, which is perfect for enjoying your meal while soaking up the sun or catching a game on a nice day. When we arrived, we were greeted with a cosy setting, complete with wooden beams and rustic decor, which made it feel like a home away from home. As we settled in, we appreciated the variety of drink options available. The beer selection featured local brews, which were refreshing and complemented our meals nicely. My partner's wine was also of good quality, adding to our overall enjoyment. For lunch, the menu offered a tempting array of classic pub fare. The steak and chips were lovely; they were cooked exactly to my preference, and the chips were crispy and golden. The burger was equally as nice. Although the patty wasn't grilled, the beef burger itself was juicy and flavorful. The toppings were fresh, and the bun was just the right amount of soft and sturdy. One aspect that added to our experience was the attentive service. The staff were friendly and quick to assist, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. While ordering at the bar can be a minor inconvenience, it provided the opportunity to review the full menu and make our choices at our own pace. Overall, the Packhorse and Talbot Pub is a great choice for a casual lunch with family or friends, especially if you want to catch a game. The combination of quality food, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere makes it a place we'd happily return to. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty meal, a drink to unwind, or just want to enjoy the excitement of sports in a lively setting, this pub delivers a satisfying experience!
