Very good veggie roast, selection of beers, and lovely staff. We’ll be back for sure.

I gave Coach & Horses a go twice during a week-long solo trip and found that the food was okay and the employees seemed apathetic. The plant burger was a pleasant surprise as were the skinny fries alongside. The haddock and chips had more breading than fish with gigantic fries paired with the usual mushy peas. I tried both indoor and outdoor dining and preferred the patio. I don’t expect cheery workers everywhere but a smile or hello goes a long way. Just sayin’. If you don’t care about service and just want some beers with friends on a big patio this might work for you well.

Went a day after August bank holiday.Naturally it was quiet. But the quality of service was excellent. We had burger dish and haddock fish. Very well prepared. Quality of bun was superb as was service provided by gentleman who served us was too good. His hospitality needs to be taken note of. Also enjoyed drinks in shining glasses.

Very good service with staff that are very polite and welcoming. Atmosphere is lively and family friendly. The menu was a bit hard to follow due to its layout so was hard to see the prices. Would recommend the beef burger with fries as was very nice. Interior is very spacious and cosy. Would come again!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Coaches and Horses Club Pub, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The tomato soup was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and perfect for a cozy meal. The burgers were equally impressive, cooked to perfection with juicy patties and fresh ingredients. The combination made for a fantastic dining experience. Kudos to the chef and the team for the excellent food and warm service. I'll definitely be back!

We were in from out of town and had a lovely afternoon with friends here. The food was excellent (fish and chips top notch), the beer was great and the service was superb. Highly recommend!

Whenever my husband and I are visiting Isleworth, we make sure to eat and drink at the Coach & Horses. The food is delicious - my compliments to the chef. It is also spacious and beautifully decorated. There is a space in the restaurant for whatever mood you are in - large outdoor garden, indoor sunroom, quiet indoor spaces, and spaces for larger parties. It's a great place to spend time with friends and loved ones.

Such a delightful pub in a lovely area close to the beautiful Syon Park in west London. Fantastic Sunday roasts with warm welcoming staff who were so helpful, happy and obliging. Lovely homely interior, spotlessly clean and very inviting. We sat in the garden area in a warm summers day. Great atmosphere and well worth a visit.

Sunday roast was delicious , Yorkshire puds are huge ,horseradish sauce was the best we have ever tasted 😋 will definately be back .

There was dog poop everywhere that had not been cleared up. The food is not as great as it used to be.

Booked venue on behalf of work. Around 60 colleagues had a blast- very enjoyable evening in a relaxed and very comfortable venue. Will definitely be back if the occasion calls for it!

I was here on a few days ago, and handed my credit card over for a tab. 2 days later my bank calls me to say my card had been cloned and £7k spent on it. Luckily I'm covered, but don't hand your card over in thst place! Police have been notified!

We were staying locally - excellent experience from staff to food to paying on line. Sitting outside was pleasant although not much you can do about flight noise!

The food here is cracking! Went here for a birthday lunch with my sisters and I was not disappointed. The chicken pie was outstanding. It was flavorsome, well seasoned and great pastry. The fries had the right amount of crunch. My only criticism is that the portions are a little on the small side, but that’s not a bad thing! The eton mess style dessert was also very delicious and generous in size. The service was fantastic and the team were super friendly. A great birthday lunch.

The Coach and Horses pub has recently been refurbished. So, very clean, tasteful and great to visit. The food we had was very good and the service although it was Father’s Day was excellent.

We had a great Fathers Day meal at the C&H. The starters were delicious, especially the prawn cocktail and the mains, too. We had friendly, attentive service from the staff and we would not hesitate to return. Thank you!

We visited the Coach and Horses as a group of 5 (3 adults and 2 children). I called ahead to see if there was availability and if it was too early for dinner (5:30pm arrival). I also informed them my son was autistic. A reservation wasn't prompted and therefore not made. We arrived and were seated straight away. There was no one else in the room at the time. There was a lot of time taken between each phase of service after being seated. It was disappointing as it appeared we would be well looked after but unfortunately we felt we were somewhat avoided. It took over two hours to have our meal which became distressing for our autistic child who usually copes well. Food was ok. Portions were not generous. The children's meal had a very small portion of chips to accompany it. It took a while to even get the bill and to pay. We left disappointed.

I really like this pub so much that I once in a while come from Grintford here to meet with my friend. Food, atmosphere, service everything is great here. Kinga was serving us today, and she is so pleasant and lovely person. Always happy to come here)))

I had heard great things about this place but was very disappointed. The location and building layout was great but was understaffed especially the waiter's and waitresses were under pressure, so much so our waitress was very snappy and abrupt. The drinks were very expensive with two people in our party had dirty glasses one so bad was brought back. One in our party had ordered fish and chips and I have never seen a fish in batter like the one that was served to us, it was basically a fishes skelton in batter this also was mentioned to the arrogant waitress and she reluctantly took the meal back. I certainly won't be wasting my hard earned money in this establishment again thats for sure.

Beer wasn't good, and there were no snacks apart from a single packet of nuts.

Had a lovely Sunday roast yesterday. I always go for chicken but they were out by the time we got there. They had two massive parties so understandable. We opted for the beef instead and it was delicious. Moist and well seasoned. My son had the posh fish fingers and chips. He loved that he could have a walk around in the outdoor patio bbq area and made friends with another customers friendly dog. Staff are always lovely and attentive. We’ve tried most local pubs for a roast and we always come back here and never disappointed. Parking is free and accessible too, bonus for our local area.

Unfortunately, you can’t give a ‘no star’ rating. We posted a review not so long ago as loyal and frequent guests to C&H. We love coming here, the staff (for the most part) really are wonderful. The manager however, Aggie, unfortunately lets the team down. Whilst her general attitude can be abrupt and intimidating, she has now added shouting at and talking over customers when there is a dispute. Our wonderful 4 legged family member comes with us every where we go and C&H is no exception to that. She adores the staff and the guests at C&H. There was a slight mishap between our dog and the pubs dog (Prince) where I accidentally slipped her lead from my hand when he passed and whilst trying to apologise, instead got greeted with shouting. I am completely embarrassed and immediately left the establishment. As frequent guests who enjoy a mix of soft, alcoholic and caffeinated drinks after a long shift at the hospital.. this really was the last thing I thought would happen. I am utterly disgusted and await a response from head office regarding the complete disrespect and embarrassment. Thank you to Kinga who apologised on the managers behalf and continues to treat us wonderfully Truly disappointed and so upset

Roast dinner was very tasty but the portion size could have been bigger.

As always the food was outstanding and the lady who served my Brother & i was extremely friendly & helpful . The menu has changed so was good to try new things . A great meal as always .

A fantastic evening at Coach and Horses where we celebrated our son’s 30th Birthday. Great communication from the start to finish. Excellent food and service and special mention to Grace and Shan for looking after us and going extra mile to help. Our guests were very impressed too with presentation of the food and buffet was delicious.

A fantastic evening at the Coach & Horses, where we held our Ruby wedding Anniversary Party. Great Communication from start to finish. Excellent Service, staff and food. The Buffet was so delicious and would highly recommend as a good selection of choice. - compliments to all. Our guests were very impressed too. This was our second Party held here- last year we held our daughters engagement there and were so impressed by the staff, service and food that we returned for our party. We will certainly be back again for dinner in the near future

We went on a Friday afternoon and the first problem we had was finding parking. It's a family and pet friendly pub but, I'm not so keen on having your pets inside the establishment as it makes it slightly uncomfortable for people who do not like dogs. The staff were very friendly, when we brought drinks found them really expensive. It can be a nice place if you are just meeting up for a quick drink.

Really good service and food was great as always. Been here three times and will be back again. The pub has had a renovation too which makes really comfortable and relaxed.

The person who served my table Sean was very helpful , he had a good knowledge of allergies which helped my table with a gluten allergy amazing service .

A large pub with some nice cosy corners and a good outside area. An average selection of drinks, though it would be nice to see a few other options on draught.

Had a nice couple of hours with the family during a visit to Isleworth.

We had a semi private area for a family event. The staff were great and let us come along and decorate earlier in the day. Everyone had roast dinner, which was really tasty. Parking was quite difficult as the car park was almost full when our guests arrived. I'd definitely return for another family event or just a chilled Sunday roast!

We booked a family Christmas lunch at the beginning of December to get into the festive period and it was a lovely meal. The service was great, food was all so lovely and we had such a great time. The hot chocolate was also so tasty 😍 and they had decorated our table so beautifully

Food was very inferior in quality and meagre in portions - 2 out of 9 people in our group sent their food back, 1 went home after 1 course, and all were left hungry. Staff were friendly. Pub itself is nice. Beef prices are expensive. Certainly won’t recommend it, which is a shame as this used to be a good pub

The place is spacious - perfect for a large get together, work do or finding a place last minute during the busy festive season 😂 We went for dinner there and the food was lovely, there just wasn't a huge amount of it. Everything else was top notch. Huge pub garden and tons of parking. We'll be coming back again!

Aggie, Nicola and all the staff at the Coach & Horses simply couldn’t have made our team gathering more special. The place was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Everything was ready for our early arrival and the service throughout the evening was exceptional. Food was fantastic too. Great job guys - no wonder you are so busy! HAPPY CHRISTMAS 🎄

Overall it was a good experience, however despite having a 3 course meal at 3pm, I was hungry again by 6. The portion sizes, especially for a Xmas meal were very small- felt like a lot was missing. Would’ve given 4 stars as the actual food was nice enough.

We had a christmas party here, they catered to everything that we asked. Even providing our music. Food was amazing & we even got takeaway boxes for any left overs. The marque was beautiful and everything was decorated & provided to cover everything. Would recommend!!

This is a cosy pub in the winter...despite being large. The barman was very knowledgeable about the wine list offering suggestions and tastings. Friendly and professional.

We’ve been here a few times and always found it an enjoyable experience, so picked it out for a family get together over a pre-Christmas lunch. Overall it didn’t disappoint as the service and atmosphere were, as always, excellent. The food this time was a bit disappointing in that the roast was not great - not particularly generous, the vegetables were not well cooked and there was no Yorkshire puddings. Most of us enjoyed the starters and the puddings were delicious.

Great Sunday Roast! Brilliant Christmas decorations, attentive staff and lots of choice on the menu for a roast. Food arrived slightly cold but the great flavour and big portion made up for it. Bread pudding was the best way to end this meal. Looking forward to be back!
