As an old customer, I am .pleased to report this place is getting better and better. Service is much quicker, food is lot better and warmer, no more waiting for drinks order. Sorry I didn't take name of lady who served us so efficiently.My grand kids found a new orange drink in small bottles so tasty. One should heed management's advice and place order beforehand (although we didn't). Billing incl tipping clearly explained.

I love this place. I do find the food a little heavy on the oil side. But their roast was one of the best I’ve had. Totally enjoyed it. Great food. Great service. Definitely recommend.

Good food and drink options. Fast service by lovely staff

Sadly, my roast pork belly was dry & over-cooked (verging on burnt), which was a shame, because the sides were good (although roast spuds also under seasoned & not good). Gravy also tasted like it was out of a jar. If I had been dining alone, I would’ve sent the pork back, but didn’t want to embarrass my friend, who had treated me to the meal. Service was pleasant & responsive.

Today my husband and I went for drinks to Coach and Horses in Isleworth. We ordered drinks and a portion of fries. The fries that got after a while were practically just warm and nearly cold. And we were waiting for the sauces for a long time which we didn't get until my husband went to the bar to reminded them. A bartender named Daniel dealt with it straightway. He got us a fresh portion of hot fries and offered us another round of the same drink. We were impressed at his efficiency of dealing with a problem. We used to come to come Coach and Horses long ago but we will come again . Atleast we know now that we are looked after well. Thank you Daniel

Great Sunday lunch & good service

Large yet cosy Youngs pub. Comfy chairs, and an open fire in the winter.

We had a gathering with friends from far and wide . Food was great, drinks were a plenty and great atmosphere for a great meeting of old friends!

Staff really friendly. Sunday roasts are really good. Just needed more generous gravy jugs as took a long while to get their attention for more gravy. We had one veggie roast 1 x chicken roast. Really good but on carrot and green veg portion (cabbage) was tiny - more veg guys! 1 x haddock n' chips (really good) and 1 x kids fish n' chips bit on small side for an average portion eating 9 year old. For £10 a little drink included would be nice guys. Lovely table . Thanks ☺️

Great food, good choice in beers, nice and cosy atmosphere

I usually do not give bad reviews, but on this occasion, I want to provide some constructive feedback. First, I think the New Year's Eve party was not well organized. We inquired about the party event before December 31, 2024, but each time the staff provided us with different details. The buffet menu was never communicated to us, which is why we did not purchase tickets for £30.00 per person. When we finally saw the food on the night of the event, we felt it was not worth the price. The offerings mainly consisted of a selection of salami, ham, cheese, fruits, and bread, which was disappointing since the food is usually very nice here. Additionally, the DJ was not professional and did not meet expectations. The music often stopped abruptly, with no smooth transitions between songs. Although the event was advertised with an 80s theme, it was only after midnight that we truly experienced consistent 80s music, which ultimately saved the night as it was enjoyable.

We were staying close by and saw the pub on our way to the train station and called in on the way back from London. Couldnt fault it!! Lovely interior with several seating areas, Clean and tidy. Staff who were friendly and very efficient. Great choice of lagers! Best of all was the food! This helped with our decision to return to Syon Park in the summer - looking forward to relaxing in this pub again!

Can’t believe they rang us at 7:30pm for our 7:45 booking to say they weren’t doing food tonight, only drinks and a DJ!! We’ve had this booked for weeks and they choose to let us know on the night, 15 minutes before we arrive!!! Complete nightmare trying to find somewhere to eat on NYE at such a late notice. VERY poor service and NO consideration for their bookings! I would give them a 0 if I could!!!

Absolutely lovely!! I have been past this pub a million times and never been inside but I am SO glad I eventually did - it is an absolute gem. The staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive (which can be a real rarity these days!) and nothing was too much trouble. Although the menu is a little bit limited the food we ordered was delicious and served in a very prompt and efficient manner. The whole feel and ambience of the pub is just lovely and is now my new 'local' - if want to meet with friends or family for a get together I will be bringing them here. Thank you.

I came to the pub with my friends for food and drinks. Kinga was our lovely server who provided great customer service. The cocktails were great and so was the food. Will definetly be coming back…

I love this pub, ive been a few times and are usually served by Nas or Kinga they are wonderful. I always thoroughly enjoy the food and there is always a cosy atmosphere. Thank you all.

Wonderful experince, booked a table for our sons 18th birthday. Food was fab, we were served by Stan and Kinga who were incredibly kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Tables are very close together so couldn't hear what friends were saying as other table was very loud. Not a great choice of light lunches. Had sticky toffee pudding for afters , well what to say. It tasted nothing like what it should have , was disappointing. Very pricey for what we had.

The Christmas party was brilliantly organized, I will also plan another one in this pub, and Kinga will help with that as well as now!

I organized a small party with friends, the food was delicious, the atmosphere friendly and Mrs. Kinga a very nice and helpful person, we will definitely come back more than once!

What an absolute gem of a place. I came here with a group of elderly and before we arrived we had so many chops and changes, and Aggie and Kinga were so accommodating and patient. The service was spectacular, I had no complaints from my people, tables were cleaned between service, we were regularly asked if things were OK. Would recommend this place to everyone! From all walks of life.

Really great place. We went there by accident actually and we were pleasantly surprised . The atmosphere inside is marvelous. We sat by a small fireplace amd it all came together with the Christmas atmosphere.

Stan was amazing this evening, I was on my way to an appointment this evening and came across an elderly gentleman who had just falled down across the road from the coach and horses. Myself and another gentleman called an ambulance and took him into the coach and horses where Stan sprung to action with a first aid kit and assistance immediately, when he really diddnt have to help. Such a wonderful display of human decency and I hope he gets all the good karma for helping out that little old man. Thank you so much Stan! You are truly one of the good ones.

Christmas lunch again this year, great service lovely food all came out hot and a good atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and friendly we love its doggy friendly as well thank you.

Always pleasant visiting the Coach and Horses. If I could have one request, it would be to keep the bottles of Rosé that's on the menu in the fridge. We had to wait a bit for it to cool down in the ice bucket. Apart from that all was good. Great good, vibrant ambience and friendly service.

We booked a table to celebrate our NHS staff during the festive season, and the Isleworth Coach and Horses team went above and beyond to make it a memorable evening. The staff were accommodating, even decorating our table with Christmas decorations in November and providing crackers for everyone. Thank you to every team member—you truly made our evening special!

I have been coming to Coach and Horse pub for the past 14 years and atmosphere, food and service never disappointed. Very cosy and family friendly pub, great for locals and any visitors.

Went to a wedding reception here. What a great place to hold such a thing. Everything was perfectly run, and the staff were so nice, hard-working, and helpful.

We can thoroughly recommend the Murder Mystery dinner we attended at the Coach and Horses. Although not a cheap mid-week night out, it was worth the £60 per head. This is a very cosy, friendly pub; staff are amazing and the food, as always, was delicious. The entertainment was really enjoyable and hats off to the detective who had some "awkward" diners to contend with. Our favourite part of the evening was the recommended wines with each course, along with description and explanation of each choice. We would return to a set dinner with this added feature. If we had to add any enhancement to the evening; it would have been more convenient for us to book directly with the pub and have a more varied choice of menu but this was definitely not a deal breaker. Well done!!

Birthday meal for our daughter and family including 4 v young children..initially giving a table with tall chairs..not great with children..so we're moved in corner of bar..OK but service slow, staff v friendly but..food OK...but saw a roast , it was Sunday, and looked ginormous, too much for me...so avoided that..my daughter said Yorkshire pudding too crisp..not much for veggies...children's menu good...it seems London pubs cram people in..dont find atmosphere great , but then don't live in the metropolis, so not used to it...! Can't fault the staff..or the v small car park...

Aggie was a fantastic host for our wedding welcome event. The burger sliders were especially awesome! Perfect place to hold a social event if you're planning a wedding at Syon House.

Great portion sizes, really friendly staff. Went for a Sunday roast, we had 1 member in our group (7) with allergies, which was catered for without problems. Would highly recommend for a nice relaxed Sunday roast.

The night was ruined by some people outside of the pub which totally tarnished our evening.

Went for Sunday lunch lots of food well cooked. Skip the starters' massive dinner. Pigs in duvets delicious Roast potatoes could be crispier. I would reserve a table as it gets very busy

Went a day after August bank holiday.Naturally it was quiet. But the quality of service was excellent. We had burger dish and haddock fish. Very well prepared. Quality of bun was superb as was service provided by gentleman who served us was too good. His hospitality needs to be taken note of. Also enjoyed drinks in shining glasses.

I gave Coach & Horses a go twice during a week-long solo trip and found that the food was okay and the employees seemed apathetic. The plant burger was a pleasant surprise as were the skinny fries alongside. The haddock and chips had more breading than fish with gigantic fries paired with the usual mushy peas. I tried both indoor and outdoor dining and preferred the patio. I don’t expect cheery workers everywhere but a smile or hello goes a long way. Just sayin’. If you don’t care about service and just want some beers with friends on a big patio this might work for you well.

Very good service with staff that are very polite and welcoming. Atmosphere is lively and family friendly. The menu was a bit hard to follow due to its layout so was hard to see the prices. Would recommend the beef burger with fries as was very nice. Interior is very spacious and cosy. Would come again!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Coaches and Horses Club Pub, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The tomato soup was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and perfect for a cozy meal. The burgers were equally impressive, cooked to perfection with juicy patties and fresh ingredients. The combination made for a fantastic dining experience. Kudos to the chef and the team for the excellent food and warm service. I'll definitely be back!

We were in from out of town and had a lovely afternoon with friends here. The food was excellent (fish and chips top notch), the beer was great and the service was superb. Highly recommend!

Whenever my husband and I are visiting Isleworth, we make sure to eat and drink at the Coach & Horses. The food is delicious - my compliments to the chef. It is also spacious and beautifully decorated. There is a space in the restaurant for whatever mood you are in - large outdoor garden, indoor sunroom, quiet indoor spaces, and spaces for larger parties. It's a great place to spend time with friends and loved ones.

There was dog poop everywhere that had not been cleared up. The food is not as great as it used to be.

Booked venue on behalf of work. Around 60 colleagues had a blast- very enjoyable evening in a relaxed and very comfortable venue. Will definitely be back if the occasion calls for it!

I was here on a few days ago, and handed my credit card over for a tab. 2 days later my bank calls me to say my card had been cloned and £7k spent on it. Luckily I'm covered, but don't hand your card over in thst place! Police have been notified!

We were staying locally - excellent experience from staff to food to paying on line. Sitting outside was pleasant although not much you can do about flight noise!

The food here is cracking! Went here for a birthday lunch with my sisters and I was not disappointed. The chicken pie was outstanding. It was flavorsome, well seasoned and great pastry. The fries had the right amount of crunch. My only criticism is that the portions are a little on the small side, but that’s not a bad thing! The eton mess style dessert was also very delicious and generous in size. The service was fantastic and the team were super friendly. A great birthday lunch.

The Coach and Horses pub has recently been refurbished. So, very clean, tasteful and great to visit. The food we had was very good and the service although it was Father’s Day was excellent.

We had a great Fathers Day meal at the C&H. The starters were delicious, especially the prawn cocktail and the mains, too. We had friendly, attentive service from the staff and we would not hesitate to return. Thank you!

We visited the Coach and Horses as a group of 5 (3 adults and 2 children). I called ahead to see if there was availability and if it was too early for dinner (5:30pm arrival). I also informed them my son was autistic. A reservation wasn't prompted and therefore not made. We arrived and were seated straight away. There was no one else in the room at the time. There was a lot of time taken between each phase of service after being seated. It was disappointing as it appeared we would be well looked after but unfortunately we felt we were somewhat avoided. It took over two hours to have our meal which became distressing for our autistic child who usually copes well. Food was ok. Portions were not generous. The children's meal had a very small portion of chips to accompany it. It took a while to even get the bill and to pay. We left disappointed.

Nice place to go, nice people running it, good atmosphere, well decorated, friendly pub. Highly recommend it. Oh, forgot to mention they serve nice , good, tasty coffee, the best around Iselworth, at least for me. Big up and thanks to all team.

I really like this pub so much that I once in a while come from Grintford here to meet with my friend. Food, atmosphere, service everything is great here. Kinga was serving us today, and she is so pleasant and lovely person. Always happy to come here)))

I had heard great things about this place but was very disappointed. The location and building layout was great but was understaffed especially the waiter's and waitresses were under pressure, so much so our waitress was very snappy and abrupt. The drinks were very expensive with two people in our party had dirty glasses one so bad was brought back. One in our party had ordered fish and chips and I have never seen a fish in batter like the one that was served to us, it was basically a fishes skelton in batter this also was mentioned to the arrogant waitress and she reluctantly took the meal back. I certainly won't be wasting my hard earned money in this establishment again thats for sure.

Beer wasn't good, and there were no snacks apart from a single packet of nuts.
