Visit to Birmingham. Saw the review so thought give it a try. Not much choice on food. Mainly all Chinese. All the food was warm not hot. Some was slightly cold. Not much choice on dessert either. Within 20min leaving the place, my stomach didn't feel right and had the runs. Worst buffet I ever had. Definitely won't go there again. Would give it a zero.

First time visit and wow - what an experience! First class service, first class venue, clean and stylish and excellent food too! It was a treat we may have to enjoy again. For an all you can eat buffet honestly this place is stunning! One to visit - I highly recommend it - and a place to shout about 🤩🥳

Best buffet experience in Birmingham. They offer a great variety of meals to choose from and they all taste great. The staffs were also nice and welcoming especially Ana and Olu who attended to us.

So good we went again the week after. Early Saturday service is quite and staff place us at table to ensure no Neurodivegent overwhelm. Good selection of food. Although need more veggie deserts.

- Confusing drinks menu (e.g says "shots" but it's just the "cocktail shots" with 1/4 unit each) - sent the wrong drinks into the room - dropped a drink in our room when handing off - YouTube mode was broken on the interface + Ok venue. Nice wood cabin setting

I Can highly recommend this restaurant. However, it said I could use my blue light discount card for a discount, but when it came to it, I could only use it if I paid cash.

Celebrated with a friend at the ming moon’s restaurant, a Chinese ultra modern buffet and it was the best I’ve had in awhile. We were a group of 12 and had made reservation ahead of the day so we got a larger table though we had to wait a bit for the space but it was worth it. I filled my tummy with most of the meals I was familiar with and I totally enjoyed myself. My friend was celebrated by the staff as they sang him a happy birthday song, it was just the loveliest night

I've always enjoyed going to ming moon and this time was no different, the staff which were Sue and naina were very accommodating towards myself and my 2 year old daughter. They were coming out of their way to ensure that we were all okay. They were very friendly to the point my daughter didn't want to leave haha but honestly thank you for your service, it doesn't go unnoticed and it's very appreciated.

The food is nice, atmosphere good, but too packed. The service was beautiful and excellent. I will like to commend Naina for doing a good job. Her customer service skills is top notch, good communication, beautiful smile and her relentless effort to make customer happy and feel welcomed. Well done.

Noque Gbemi server and Karma manager were very helpful, as I have food allergies. The app was easy to scan and use. There was a vast range of foods to choose from and they were beautiful as always. All areas clean. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Absolutely fantastic! Food was great, plenty of choice. The Teppanyaki was awesome! Loads of desserts to choose from too, and a chocolate fountain 😋 Staff were always on hand to clear away plates or top up the food, and were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely eat here again!

The food and atmosphere were both excellent me and my girlfriend really enjoyed the meal and the setting. However, the service was disappointing. When we politely asked to change tables, the server responded with visible frustration and even raised their voice at us, making us feel like we were being scolded rather than served. It was uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. We were simply trying to enjoy some quality time together, but the staff's attitude made us feel rushed and unwelcome. It really detracted from what could have been a perfect dining experience.

Great energy better than the club

My dining experience was lovely. The food was wonderful, the service, despite my waiter being around 3 inches tall, hairy and frankly quite rude with the way that they traipsed over my food and stole my chicken balls, was exemplary.

Apparently they shut at 9pm on a Tuesday so when I went in at 8.40 they would not seat us. Really disappointed, after paying parking for nothing and being 8 months pregnant thinking about it all day. Quite upsetting please update your hours.

What a place you can see why it's won awards and comes out top, I have allergies and soon as walked in spoke to staff there are very knowledgeable and helpful and if not sure ask away, So fear not they will help and guide you ,as for the food the crispy chicken dumplings are spot on as for the chicken balls is pure chicken curry is to the tee 😋 yummy. You cannot fault the food nor staff and looks great place to have a work do or get together as themed rooms, will I come back of course.

Not bad, this place is worth visiting for an authentic Chinese buffet. However, they don't have many options, and most dishes have similar flavors. Unfortunately, there are limited vegetarian options - only 1 or 2 items are entirely veg. Be cautious, as some dishes, including soup, contain eggs. On the plus side, they serve fresh food, and the dessert selection is impressive 🍨 🥧 🍦 🍡 🍧 🍰🧁. They also offer ice-cold and normal water, as well as a refreshing fruit cocktail." Horrible place, worst experience ever, found hair in the food and when asked to change the food the expression and customer service was horrible, they were so rude they ended up changing the meal. However no utensil or chopsticks provided with the meals, i went there to ask for chopsticks and the person there made a comment asking me “ if i can eat with the chopsticks “. That was such a RACIST comment and the experience got worse then and there whilst i was with my kids so i tried to ignore. Price also changed due to bank holiday which was ridiculous as they provided menu was with the same prices. The staff was meant to inform the customers of the price increase. HORRIBLE STAFF and RACIST. Would not suggest this place to my worst enemy

I had such a great time at Ming Moon.The food was absolutely delicious , every dish was full of flavour and clearly made with care. From the starters to dessert, everything hit the spot. But what really made the night special was our server Naina. Not only was she super attentive and professional, but also genuinely funny and full of personality. She kept the energy light and fun, and it felt like she was enjoying the experience as much as we were. It's not every day you get great food and a side of laughs! Definitely coming back – highly recommend! 💕

It is a very nice place great food options,very polite staff and the atmosphere is very clean but today I went there with my family and it wasn't good some food was cold are drinks was flat and had no ice we waited 20 minutes to have flat drinks the pudding was alright but the pear tasted off and I went in the women's bathroom and it was dark because there was only 1 small light in each stall pointing onto the toilet and there was water over the floor and today there was only 2 members of staff on but it is usually really good but today was bad idk why though?

Unfortunately, the lady who was front of house was neither warm nor welcoming... unfortunately that's not the best way to start. Barman was pleasant and helpful as were the 2 staff who we had dealings with. Food as always...top notch x

Really nice buffet with live cooking etc. Only downside for me is its quite expensive, but you get your moneys worth. The tables and benches are quite annoying as you find it difficult to get up and down easily without having to move the furniture. After about 5 times this does get on your nerves. Apart from that petty observation, everything was very good.

Went for a buffet meal with my family for my niece's 16th Bitlrthday, amazing food, price was worth what we had to eat, they made my niece's birthday special by lighting the cake we took in there and they even put happy birthday song on and a sign or lit up, service was amazing, will be going again in the near future.

My girls took me there on mothers day and also as remembrance for my late mum. Her last birthday was October last year. It was just beautiful. The reception was great and music on point!

Food is ok but the toilets are disgusting and the whole place just feels dirty and messy. There was drill music playing for about 30 mins then went to ed Sheeran very random vibes. Waited 10 mins just for a coke.

Hello. I have booked the karaoke room to spend my birthday together with friends, however, a lot of things have gone wrong on the night. Starting from the significant waiting time at the front desk, even though we arrived on time of our booking, through drinks order which took quite a while for a service to arrive at the room, to waiting long for drinks only to get the wrong order (we only received 9 drinks from the 11 we ordered). Cocktails are reasonably priced, however, we could barely feel any alcohol in them which is likely why we were so confused that after having a couple we were almost fully sober. To meet the minimum spend, we had to order a bottle of spirit which costed over 5 times more than in any supermarket. What ruined our experience is the constant service mishaps, only to find out at the end that even though we met the minimum spend, a significant surcharge was charged per person adding an extra fee to the bill. I was not told that this is the case during the time of booking, and only made aware that if minimum spend is met, the hourly rate is removed. The lady at the bar was difficult to deal with, but after an explanation, she took it off the bill, leaving us confused like we’ve done something wrong. I will not be coming back which is a shame as the idea of the venue is really cool.

Food was dry. Chaotic, loud and over crowded around buffet with some people trying food and putting it back felt like feeding time at the zoo. Seating was uncomfotable, I ended up only having a starter which was dry and tasteless. So for me not value for minet

My partner paid for us for mothers day. Food absolutely lovely. Cannot fault it. Service by a lovely lady. Great atmosphere and we had a great time. However, a dampener was put on this due to a height requirement for children. My daughter who is 11 yrs old nowhere near adult age and barely eaten anything, she is of tall build. Can clearly see she is young and is actually visibly autistic. Because she is above 1.4 meters tall, they charged adult price. My partner had booked and it does say on the website which wasn't previously noticed but also i dont tend to measure my child, or know her official height every time we go food. But I still think it's appalling considering how expensive it already is. I think it's very judgemental and discriminating against those of a bigger build or height. I have to mention that the woman booking us in initially wasn't very friendly faced with us either, or when we were leaving. The rest of the staff were amazing, busy but great atmosphere.

Always love coming here. Food is great. Plenty of vegetarian options. The spicy veg soup 🍲 is my favourite 😍. Server ( funs) was very helpful.

Naina & Yu Peng were our servers, and they were outstanding, great fun and deserve a pay raise for dealing with us rowdy lot. We booked a karaoke room which we recommend. The manager was great too jumped in the photo with the birthday girl at the piano. All together a great team and great food and atmosphere.

It didnt meet my expectations. They do have varieties of choice but i m not happy with the same flavours they have for most of the veg options... It was not a big buffet, i would say the setup is average, because the space is small. £23 for person on a sunday. They say they are halal but they serve pork, so i will not be going again.

A wonderful restaurant to visit with friends or family. Great atmosphere and a wide variety of food to choose from. Personally my family and I love the service and order mocktails quiet often. Private themed rooms are also available to hire which are great. You can add a karaoke option too. Highly recommended
