Ordered a takeaway via Uber eats, the order turned up wrong and stone cold. Quality is terrible. Avoid. No one to contact as there isn’t a contact number. Will never use them again!!

New owners? Honestly shocking, I used to love coming here because the food was lovely! I come here 2 months ago and all the furniture was gone with only the benches left to the side, the guy at the counter was so rude and said we had to order through a barcode! We ordered and like usual the food was good, but the atmosphere, the staff completely let it down. Why buy a business which has a good reputation and completely destroy it, I just don’t understand!! I came back tonight to give it the benefit of the doubt, and again they just were so rude me and boyfriend walked back out because I won’t be giving no more business to such rude careless individuals who only seem to care about deliveroo orders.

Ordered food online from my partners phone, came on time delivery driver well done you... However spent £35 on the smallest meal I've ever seen, no love Into the food at all chips were just few, no salt or pepper sachets. Chicken was dry... I only managed to take a pic of my meal I was so hungry I had to eat it. Over priced for what I got

Possibly one of the worst food experiences I have ever ever had. This restaurant has to be avoided. Staff aggressive when challenged, this store is under new management and won t be open long. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Undercooked chicken. Gutted because I used to come here all the time, but won’t be coming again. Massive issues here and when complained they didn’t see any issue with the blood in the chicken!

I really enjoyed the wings here and their loaded fries is awesome. Better prices than wingstop and flavours are just lovely.

Food is fine as have eaten here before, however the service is shocking. Walked in 2 other tables are seated, so not busy, went to the front counter and waited for 10 minutes to be completely ignored by staff, so didn’t manage to actually eat this time. Should have ordered on just eat would have been quicker!

This is truly a hidden gem. My son and I are from America and were encouraged to eat here by a friend. We entered the location and immediately was greeted. We used the kiosk to order and the attendant was very patient during the many questions we asked. The food was fresh, good, and hot. Look, if you’re ready to have your souls leave your body, try those Mango wings. Honey, they were HOT! The BBQ sesame wings were great and the fries (we had Cajun and loaded) were great! The staff were friendly and engaged in discussion with us. We felt totally welcomed and the good was amazing. I just could not eat the wings as they were all just too hot. They offered to prepare me additional wings. Though I declined, they did make additional (non spicy) wings for me before I left. I recommend this location. If you do visit, Wednesdays are 2-4-1. Wings are half price.

Terrible food did not get what we ordered from the menu, when we queried it was told “we don’t do it like that for takeaway orders” Order was slow, thrown together, missing items and it seems to be run by children. Will not be ordering from here again.

Having been a regular with this establishment for the last 3 years, all I can say is boy have the standards dropped. Wednesday nights use to be quality BOGOF on the wings, walked in tonight to be told that the promotion was not available as the wings were frozen. I proceeded to order jarvs buffalo chicken strips and regular loaded fries. Having waited the best part of 30 minutes for my order to take away, I was informed that my order would be upgraded to include some complimentary wings. I drive a short distance home and open my order to see that my chicken strips were missed off the order, the regular loaded fries were replaced with Cali loaded fries and the complimentary wings were the frozen wings that were cold, deep fried and tasted inedible. All items straight in the bin. I will not be returning and collecting my chicken strips on another day as informed by the customer sales representative. £14 down the drain!!!!

Wing Shack Co Loughton Awful experience with staff members serving 877894426 I have to say the food is always amazing and I have been ordering from wing shack for a long time. However I recently had an awful experience after asking why I had been charged for a service charge when picking up a takeaway. Apparently not OK, apparently people 'just pay' is what the staff member said. After being told this and one of the staff members agreeing to refund the service charge I was waiting Silently! However the other staff member decided she could not let it go told me I was rude in the way I asked and why was I accusing them. I told it was not it accusation that I just wanted my money. She continued to rant before we got into a full on argument. Completely inappropriate response to my querying about my own money.

The food was 10/10 and the service was impeccable especially from the 3 waitresses; it was quick and efficient and they were very polite.

Wings are really crispy and there’s a lot of meat on the bones. The buffalo and bbq sauces are the clear winners out of the selection. The burger could have been bigger, but was still good.

I thought I was the only one who had problems with the female staff at this place but I’ve read through reviews and everyone has a problem, Why hasn’t no one been fired , last time I went in they was arguing with me because they said I didn’t order something which I clearly did then they argued with a chef because the Food was wrong makes you as a customer feel uncomfortable. SORT IT OUT

I thought I was the only one who had a terrible experience with the two female staff working there. She is vindictive and vile with her attitude. I went with my family of four, and he two female staff just kept giggling at us. The next time I went it, she had decided to ban me as I sent an email of complaint. Utterly shocked they are still working there.

The two girls working at the front are rude and have no sense of customer service - we were ignored on the way in and on the way out, and it seemed very clear that they judged us on the food we were ordering and laughing and gossiping whilst giving dirty looks when we were eating. Food doesn’t even matter at this point - horrible experience would not come back.

We got a selection of different flavored wings and chips for a delivery. It was honestly very tasty and leaving us wanting more. The flavours are all nice but the BBQ wings we thought could be a bit better, and the chicken bites were a little dry inside. Will definitely be eating from here again though, the wings and chips were very satisfying.

Been going here for 4 + years & this was our 1st visit since the pandemic. Seems to be lots taken off the menu, no milkshakes or desserts anymore. First of all food was incredible. Cajun fries delicious, wings hotter than Satan's balls, burger and wrap tasted great (shared all of this between two people). Reasonably priced at £45 between two people (not a problem considering how good the food was) Service absolutely horrendous. Rude front of house team who stood around on their phones the entire time, we never received a check back, plates were not cleared, ignored as we left. This place has so much potential to be a great place to go out, just not if you want any interaction with the staff whatsoever

Spent £21 for a meal and 15 minutes wait, the chicken burger was so burnt ot crumbled of the meat. The meat was very hard and dry as it was very burnt. Very annoyed - tried calling them but they didn’t pick up.

The food was excellent as was the service. A lot of menu items were not available. Wings, chips, strips and a chicken burger are available. Will return with friends. You have to order and pay on your phone which is awkward and I think unnecessary.

Had a lovely experience at the Loughton branch with my family of 5. Despite the busy atmosphere due to the pandemic Miguel did his very best to give us an pleasant experience and service. What awful service, spoke to the manager in advance a coupe of days earlier to let them know that I will be coming there and have over an hour's drive. Was advised... don't worry we will accommodate you. Went there on Monday, 24th August and just saw total shambles. The staff did not know what they were doing and place was dirty and messy. I spoke to one of the staff and told them that I was expected. I was advised to wait outside as there is a 20 min wait. I was happy with that, but within 15 mins a huge queue had formed. At this point it was chaos as the staff member was letting anyone in. I questioned it and was told these were "Priority", I asked to speak to the manager and it took him 20 mins to come out after a number of requests. I was given all sorts of excuses which contradicted themselves. Even some other customers were embarrassed and said we could go in front of them.A simple piece of paper and a pen would have resolved everything... Owners take note.... Its called a waiting list which is commonly used in restaurants !!Eventually after the lies, there was no trust in the management, so left hungry, having done two hours of travelling and over 50 miles round trip. Can't fault the food - the wings are quality, the chips are great, and the punch is incredible. However, since the COVID lockdown their service has slipped to horrendous standards. On one occasion I collected an order in store, waited an hour for my food, and when I checked the bag two items were missing. I was then told they had run out (why didnt they let me know before I checked, hoping to get away with it?) and they replaced the £6 item with one can of drink.... More recently were decided to give them another chance and ordered via just eat. The food took 2 and a half HOURS to arrive. It was stone cold. I was told that they would call me to arrange a refund but I havent heard from them since. Really awful service which is a great shame becuase when they get it rgiht the food is great.

The food was yummy! The sauces on the wings are so delicious! I loved the honey and sesame, the mac and cheese portion was big and creamy! The staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable, they had gloves Available too if you dont like getting your hands dirty. I recommend getting more wings! So tasty!Will definitely come again!!

This is a very late review! But me and my girlfriend enjoyed her anniversary the night before in London and on the way back home we made sure to come past Wing Shack because we had been before and it was amazing. Again the food was bang on! The flavour in the wings are insane. The big man behind wing shack was talking with us and we told him that we were hanging and it was our anniversary the night before - after we had finished eating we were brought over brownies with some ice cream to celebrate as well. Wicked gesture, will be back next time I’m in the area. Cheers

Not for me.Ordered honey wings, which literally just tasted like the meat had been sitting there for days thawed out and just of honey and no seasoning. It was not nice at all. My partners wings looks very nice and he enjoyed them but me personally I wouldn’t go back there. I just was disappointed.

2nd visit here and it was as good as the first time in terms of service and quality of food. One thing that I would like to say is the wait time was a bit longer maybe they was under staff in the kitchen when we went on this day. But all in all was a decent trip and will certainly go again! Hope the quality stays decent

Food is good but the service! Terrible. An item was missing from our order and when we complained, we had to wait on the phone for a staff member to get back to us, they hung up, we called back, we asked for the manager and he asked to call us back! When he called us back, he basically said he couldn't help us and that the kitchen signed off that we did have the item. Terrible terrible service, where the restaurant is right and the customer is wrong!

been here twice now -had burger and chips -very good can not fault them place is clean and staff are helpful and friendly-opens later than most restaurants in loughton too -will be going again the next time we visit the greatest city in the world -soon i hope

This place has the potential to be great, being the only restaurant/chain in the area of its type. However the food does not match the hype. The wings are dry and not fresh. The flavours have some potential but again not great. The fries and mac and cheese also disappoint. I have visited on 2 different occasions almost a year apart so no one offs. A real shame.

Took my son here a couple of times before and was fine however on this occasion service was very slow and food average. The place wasn’t that busy but still waited 30 mins for food to arrive and 45 mins for our milkshakes yeah drinks after the food!! And the milkshakes were runny not what I was expecting for £4 each or whatever it was, food was ok tbf but spoilt by not having a drink with the hot wings. Prob won’t go back again as plenty of others places around to eat.

I ordered 2 portions of halloumi and a milkshake and it came to £17. I asked for the halloumi to be plain as I know they add sauce on top as me and my family are regular customers. When my food came I pointed out to the waiter that the halloumi had sauce on top when I had requested it plain. The waiter said he would talk to the chef. He came back and told me the chef said he wasn’t cooking any more halloumi. I am only a student so this was not a cheap meal for me and I feel that as I was young and with my friends I definitely never got the service I would have got if I was with my family. I scrapped the sauce off and tried to eat it but it was very over cooked and now cold. Probably due to the fact I had waited to see if the chef was going to replace my food. I won’t be going back and neither will my family and friends.

Great spot to grab some food in a chilled and friendly environment. The wings are great, packed with flavour and a good size. I also ordered the jerk wrap which was amazing !!!! You can take any wings you don’t finish home which is good and try the punch which they don’t skimp on the Rum!! Definitely will go back and it’s worth a visit if your in North London

Wing Shack is worth travelling for. Whenever I'm with a group or just finished an activity, I always suggest a visit to Wing Shack as they're menus have something to suit everyone. The honey and sesame wings are to die for, as the mac and cheese, one of the best I've tasted in London. The music is hip hop and brings a good vibe to the restaurant, my only criticism is that they play music with the 'n' word or some that aren't suitable for children. Aside from that, good venue, good food, good experience.

I go here regularly on Wednesdays when they do two for one wings. They are fantastic. The restaurant plays good music and the staff are really friendly. The wings are big and the sauces are tasty. I love it here!

Went there for a meal on a weekend evening. Was easy to get a table. Customer service was good. The food was average and in my opinion was overpriced. Their special fruit punch is too sweet! It’s like drinking syrup.

Waited over 2 hours for food. When it came the table was so full my drink got knocked off the table. Asked the manger if I could please get another one and he looked at me from across the room shrugged his shoulders and said not my fault. Considering I was the one who told 6 of my friends to come and spent the most money a bit of a slap in the face.

Ordered the chicken burger and it unfortunately just had too much coleslaw so couldn’t really taste much else and it was too messy. Oreo milkshake was good though. Don’t listen to the bad reviews for this place! The food is to die for and so much flavour! Its like nandos style where you have to get up and order but thats not a big deal. Only thing is when we walked in would of been nice to have been greeted and taken to a table instead of having to sit down ourselves but thats the only negative! I think the owner over heard me saying i got sparkling water instead of still water and went out his way to get rid of the sparking and bring me over a still free of charge! What a nice gesture but do check the bottles yourself as its hard to see on the boujee water bottles! Definitely will be returning

So I've literally just left this place and I'm writing this.

Went last night and got BBQ and Buffallo wings - probably the best I’ve ever had. Big portion size and plenty of meat on the wings. Great playlist as well and very helpful waiter which makes for a nice atmosphere, will definitely return soon

My 12year olds chose for us to go there for lunch so I was expecting just your normal chicken cafe.

Took the family here and had a great meal, relaxed and fun environment, and friendly welcoming staff. We had 2 kids meals (popcorn chicken and the burger) Mac n cheese, and 3 types of wings all were superb but I rate them in this order 1)buffalo 2)sesame&honey; 3)bbq.

Been to many restaurants around London to try their buffalo wings and hands down these guys have the best buffalo wings about! The chicken is cooked perfect crispy on the outside but nice and tender in the inside . The sauce is amazing full of flavour , real authentic buffalo wings . I will be going back for more !!

Visited today with my boyfriend, and this place did not disappoint, we tried the bbq, buffalo and jerk chicken wings and there were all amazing! Mac and cheese is probably one of the best I’ve tasted in a long time, we also had halloumi cheese fries, regular fries and squid which also were all really good! Well travelled over 20 miles for Chicken Wing meal tonight and admittingly the reason that spurned my visit was the 2-4-1 offer on Wings Wednesday... and I can honestly say - absolutely worth the Visit... the Guys that run it were amazingly friendly however totally unassuming of the expectation of a restaurant like that - sorry guys but you’re not the normal restauranteurs even for a place like this... but phenomenally pleasantly surprised as the most polite and helpful and genuine guys I’ve ever been served by... and I eat out a lot! Obviously due to the evening offer the place was considerably busy which meant a bit of a wait but no more than any other restaurant... my party of 5 people consisting of ages from 2 year old to 84 year old thus a wide scope of appreciative commentary... and actually will be returning in a few weeks for sure possibly with a bigger party. Simple, plain easy extremely tasty fresh cooked food. Outstanding - much prefer to spend my funds money on Small business to succeed rather than these huge conglomerate restaurants ✅

Waited 30 mins for my food and wrong food was brought over to which I’ve been told my correct order was going to be brought straight over and I waited an hour to be told there was a miscommunication sat there for 90 mins waiting for nothing !

I was extremely surprised as to how delightfully edible the wings were. Myself and 3 friends destroyed 48 wings between us. We tried all the different flavoured wings bar one and they didnt dissapoint. For those who like kick up the backside, try the jerk flavoured chicken.

I visited wingshack with my boyfriend. We ordered the squid, Mac and cheese, chicken burger, jerk wings and honey and soy wings. All of which were amazing, apart from the burger, we weren't a fan of the coleslaw which was inside it. The jerk wings are very tasty - I recommend them.

We have ordered deliveries several times from this restaurant the food is generally good but we have had issues with missing items , cold food and partially cooked chips .
